1. anyone know directions to decent car parks for sat cheers.
 2. isn''t the norm to let the season finish then give the bloke next season to see what he can do, obviously if the situation becomes bad (like Roeder) then u change things
 3.

i''d agree with that, it''s hard to see where the points will come from, though i couldn''t see us taking 4 points off wolves this season, lets just hope they actually put in 9 good performances,
I think we have only managed nine good performances in the last couple of seasons so to hope for nine good performances in a row is asking for the impossible with the bunch of no hopers we''ve got playing for us at the moment.
quite right there, but they have to do it if they want to stay up
 4.
I would give up if i were you lot. We have no chance with the players and set up we have. Even our goal difference isn''t an advantage anymore i''m very realistic and it does look like we''re finished, i just can''t get it into my head yet though, probably because the unthinkable is going to happen, i live in hope that we do something

 6.
These are their games in hand 17/3 Palace away 7/4 Sheffield Utd away 21/4 Coventry away Can''t see them winning any of them 3 so that leaves them well in the mix with us, plus their last 5 games aren''t easy ones, Swansea h, Reading a, Coventry a, Wolves h Plymouth a. 18 Watford 35 9 3 5 32 24 3 3 12 20 33 -5 42 19 Blackpool 37 5 5 9 21 28 5 7 6 15 21 -13 42 20 Nottm Forest 37 5 7 7 20 24 5 4 9 20 28 -12 41 21 Barnsley 34 7 4 6 21 16 4 2 11 12 29 -12 39 22 Southampton 36 3 7 8 17 23 6 3 9 19 29 -16 37 23 Norwich 37 6 5 7 30 25 3 4 12 16 32 -11 36 24 Charlton 36 5 4 9 25 32 1 5 12 13 29 -23 27
Trouble is mate there isn''t much point hoping other teams lose their games when we can''t pick up points ourselves, it''s looking very grim, i don''t know what to think really, my confidence went a long time ago, live in hope i guess!
 7.

This ridiculous insult throwing at people who have renewed (17,000 of us) really is getting very tiresome and boring. I am one of the 17,000 (actually I am 4 of them if we are counting tickets) and my renewing is simply based on 2 facts. 1. I enjoy watching Norwich play home and away and meeting friends for a beer or two. 2. If I''m going to renew I will do it at the least cost to myself.
Exactly, I enjoy going as well, it''s a bit of time I can spend with my dad in the pub before the game and during the match.  I am such a fool for wanting to continue my support of the club Wiz?
You could always spend more time with your dad by staying in the pub instead of going to the match. And yes, you are a fool - you''re not supporting the club - you''re lining the pockets of Delia & co whilst they''re content to see us playing the likes of Histon in a couple of seasons..
do you and wiz actually read what you write ? what a load of old cr*p
So if you know this already Steve, why read it?
know what?

 9. a win is the minimum we need at Blackpool, that''ll keep us in the pack and give us a fighting chance, last night was massive and hopefully the players have the right mentality now to go on and get more wins,
 10.
We were in the lower tier, luckily far enough back not to get wet. Good to be able to stand for 90 minutes, although my daughter complained that her legs hurt at the end of the game. It got quite crowded in our row as everyone had moved back to keep out of the rain. I’ve no idea if the ball was over the line when Marshall clawed the ball back just before half time. All we could see was a huge stud scrape in the turf around 18 inches behind the line which meant it was very close to being a goal. Got a text from a QPR supporting pal this morning who was at the game, but left his phone at home. He said that the Croft penalty/non-penalty was definitely NOT a penalty. He referees at a decent standard on Sunday mornings, so I’ll believe him on that one, but I’ve not seen the incident myself on TV.
when you do see it on tv ask him where he got his blue and white specs from, that was a stone wall pen if ever i''ve seen one,
 11. Both players have recieved their international clearance and are allowed to play tomorrow night! good news, we now have a few more options, i''m positive about the game now as Killen looks like he can bash a defence about!
 12.
http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/30012009/8/photo/bryan-gunn-norwich-city-manager.html ... When it appears Eddie Hitler was looking after team affairs! (Younger posters may not remember Bottom like I do!)
i remember it well, Edward Elizibteh Hitler, top banter!
 13.

It is rather interesting that we are being linked with players that Gunny has clearly put forward in the past but who we haven''t gone with for one reason or another - Killen was a possibility in the past, there''s bids for Iversen and now Gow.
But again a loan? we''ll be a laughing stock soon.[:(]
Yes another loan and I am not happy with loans all the time.  But surely mate the thing that counts is getting the bodies in to stop us being relegated?
Exactly
 14. Why are people moaning and calling it a cheap option to put Gunn in as manager? How is it the cheap option? surely Gunn is getting paid the going rate! would people say Boothroyd was the cheap option? no they wouldn''t and he wouldn''t get paid anymore than Gunn!
 15.

The rendition of OTBC today made the hairs on my arms stand on end!
It did mine too, the atmosphere was great, and I haven''t heard the ground so united in song and chanting for a long long time. The green and yellow sheets of paper were a fantastic idea and I lowered mine just to look at the ground, all stands, and it looked fantastic. Yesterday I gained some pride back, not only because of the win, but because the whole atmosphere was different, like a huge grey cloud had been burnt away by the sunshine.
Because the poison had gone! great day for NCFC yesterday, fantastic, with the right managerial apppointment we''ll have many more days like that!
 16.
According to Aidy yesterday he hasn''t been contacted by anyone at the club so how can he be on the short list?
don''t think he''d say either way really, his comments in the paper today and how he was on radio 5 suggest to me he''s just playing it cool
 17.
It''s getting more hysterical than usual on here at the moment, and it hasn''t been helped by the Worthington affair which,at the very least was a PR disaster whatever the actual basis of the discussions. There is little doubt that the board are once again showing their naivety and giving lots of ammunition to those who want them out.It would be interesting to know how many on here would actually oppose a change of regime to new owners with money to put into the player budget. I certainly wouldn''t and I suspect that those who would could be counted on one hand. Having said that, the chances of such new owners appearing in the near future appears slightly less likely than Julian Clary getting the lead role in a remake of Raging Bull. There are still quite a few deluded souls clinging to the forlorn belief that Peter Cullum is still going to save us, but even a cursory examination of the financial situation shows that he has enough on his hands at Towergate. If he is out of the picture an overthrow of the board on the basis that someone is bound to step into is reckless to the point of insanity. Given all the above it isn''t totally surprising that we''ve had lots of criticism of what has been done since Wednesday morning, but when considered in the cold light of day, the crass and naive Worthy debacle aside, is it reasonable to be so critical of the board?  This managerial appointment will, without doubt be the most crucial of the board''s tenure. Does anybody REALLY believe that its not only possible, but, more importantly, practical, to achieve this within 48 hours? They have to get it right (and, yes, I appreciate that their track record gives limited hope that they will), so grabbing the first available person is not the way forward, although I accept that the transfer clock is ticking. However, I would suggest a week is more realistic and entirely reasonable to survey the options properly, make and action a decision, given that we have 10 days until our next game after today. The only way to have a new manager today would have been for the board to be in negotiations with someone else  a week or so ago with Roeder still in post. That would have been unethical, could have resulted in legal action and, most importantly, would have resulted in the board being widely (and justifiably) villified in the press, with  a long term knock on effect to the image of our club. A caretaker today was therefore the only realistic option, and Gunny was the obvious, and really the only, choice as a club icon well known by all the players and liked by the fans.Today will not be about tactics, it will be about battle and desire and getting a win any way we can . Those who have criticised Gunny should be ashamed. The guy has stepped in at short notice to help the club and deserves our total support this afternoon, as do the players. On the ball City
well said, we must get the result today,
 18. or Boothroyd could of applied for the job like many others and the club are looking at all the applications as they said they were, be patient he''ll be here!
 19.
my goodness you lot are typical... what''s your problem? free seat in the directors box... so what! (one of the comments on the article... by the way a lot of people get free seats for games if they are in the press... or next to nothing anyway...) it shows a different side.. an insight into what a managers family has to go through... not once did he say the fans were out of order - to munby they clearly are... - there are ways of doing things... abusing someone and swearing at someone isn''t one of them... any of you who think thats okay need to get real. - the types he screw their faces up in rage and scream at someone are quite frankly losers. mick dennis'' article is a good read... just because the article comes from someone who is close to delia and co and might look at things from a different view doesn''t make it a bad article... or... make dennis a bad person.  not once did he say roeder shouldn''t have gone... sorry to have a different view... it''s clear a lot of city fans don''t like that!
just like glenn roeder, he was a nasty bloke, i do not feel sorry for him one bit, i''m sure the few hundred grand he''ll take from us will soften the blow of a few chants!
 20. Thats obviously the route the board are going if they approached Worthy, we are doomed!
 21. I can see it happening tonight, Worthington resigns as manager of NI, tomorrow Worthington appointed NCFC manager, why are they putting us through this? whats wrong with Boothroyd and Malkey
 22.
If it is Boothroyd and Malky, the delay could be due to negotiations with Watford. NCFC would want to announce when the basic management team is in place. Just a thought folks.
exactly what i''ve been thinking today!
 23. good read! seems reoder was the arrogant nasty pile of crap that i thought he was, already knew stephenson was a complete git!
 24. i very much hope he is not appointed the next manager, he has the exact same personality as Roeder, this job is way above him!
