1.

Very good signing for you boys, in his 4 years here he has been a good performer for us until Coleman took over. Coleman does not like Centre halves who like to play the ball out from the back he likes his big strong cloggers at the back. Are Norwich a passing side ? If so he will fit into your system very well as his comfortability on the ball is one of his main strengths. Elliot is definatley a top class centre back in this division and on his day he is one of the best. He does has a few weight/fitness issues but it''s nothing a good pre season can''t sort out. He definately has the potential to play in the premier league in my opinion. Strengths Very good on the ball. Clean tackler of the ball Very good in the air Good communicator, leads the defense well - potential to be a captain in the future. Weaknesses Not the quickest Can on the occassion overplay Makes a couple of bad mistakes a season On the whole a VERY good signing for you.
Am i the only person that thought of Ginger Pele ? Although weaknesses would have read : About as fast as a grandma with a zimmer Overplays and makes you soil your pants with every touch that isnt a toe punt clearance Executes a perfect arm drag take down submission ( Not a weakness in the world of Wrestling or Cage Fighting )
One thing I would like to point out is that like a very heavy two letre car - Doc''s top speed wasn''t the issue, it was his inability to accelerate which was further inhibiated by being caught flat footed that is really the issue. One of Doc''s best games was the game in our relegation season away at Nottingham Forrest.
Doc was actually the quickest player at the club over 10 yards. I have been told that by more than one of the current playing squad.
 2. I guessed they knew Fraser from their time at Newcastle? Mind you he would have been young when they were there.
 3.

I saw Fraser this morning. He was waqiting to pull onto the St.Stephens Street roundabout at about 8.45am, driving a metallic blue 59 plate BMW 3 Series. I didn''t really think anything of it, would they have a press conference for a season long loan signing?
I''m not saying I don''t believe you..............liar! [^o)]
Ha, like I said I didn''t think anything of it. He may just have been emptying his locker...

 5.
I''d welcome him back purely for that goal against Ipswich, wowwwwwww. One of the best cheered goals at Carrow Road in a long time.. Right up until this one...
Wicked picture! On the Croft topic, I think he has something to offer, but I assume he is a lot more money at Derby than he would have been here. Would he take a pay cut to stay in Norwich. I did see Crofty on Saturday night in Roccos (when he was with Lee Hendrie), but thought nothing of it as he is back quite often anyway. He is a nice bloke but always comes accross a bit dim.
 6. We have 2 season tickets in the lower Barclay Block E, quite near the front (Row D or E, I think). We ideally want to move to block C or D of the lower Barclay but be nearer the back. I know these seats are common but was wondering if there is anyone with a couple of seats that they wanted to move to Block E who we could trade with? I''ve tried the ticket office a few times now but had no luck.
 7. I have just seen this website and on it''s success stories it has a Norwich City player - Stephen Vennell. http://www.fcc-trials.co.uk Can''t find out much about him but google shows him as playing U13 in the 09/10 season. Just thought it was good to see that Norwich are using a network like this to scount players.
 8. Can anyone else believe how many things Dickson Etuhu likes on facebook? Haha. He always seems to like stuff on my news feed!
 9. Agreed, we were a laughing stock when we sacked our manager after one game. What a difference a season makes!
 10. From what I know of him he isn''t the sort of character that Lambert would want in the dressing room.
 11. I can see Indy''s points and in some ways I agree that players "find thier level". However, I think Doc brings more than just on the pitch influence. His experience and attitude is probably something that the club needed this season when dropping into a lower league. You could say the same for McVeigh. I think its true to say that Doc wants to be playing for Noriwch and I think we should point out that a fondness and association to a club is something that many professional players lack in an industry full of money and greed. At the end of the day Lambert will earn his money by spending his budget on his squad next season, if he wants Doherty to be part of it he will have to decide if it makes financial sense to have Doc on board for £x per week.
 12. Russel Martin is injured, he had some sort of cast on his foot.
 13. I have done it once before when I was at Uni in Lincoln, when they got in to the play offs after the last game of the season we all went on and then the manager at the time (Keith Alexander - R.I.P!) got a microphone and made a really good speach. If people start going on tomorrow I am going to join in, but I wont be instigating it.
 14. I took mine to state a point that I wasn''t happy to pay that much to watch a team fielded by a manager I had no faith in as a football manager. There''s two sides to each story, but yes you are all better fans than those who took their rebate. God bless you all, the saviours of our fine football club.
 15. I think he smiled that time he went to kick the ball back and ended up on his backside. Haha.
 16. Didn''t he recently win an apprentice of the year award for the football league too? I''d certainly say he is someone who we could see go on loan or break into the first team set up next season.
 17. I agree we could have been playing some of the more "un-tested players", but I think Lambert and the squad want to win every game and as a player I would want to (especially if I knew I would have a long break after).
 18.

Do you really expect us to see Wes again in the near future Morty? I''m not sure I do. Doesn''t sound good.
We obviously have no sure way of knowing. But I think Lambert''s team selection last night smacked of "lets just patch it up till Wes is back at the tip of the diamond" and I think that if Wes was going to be out for the rest of the season then he would have gone 4-4-2 knowing that it will be our only choice from here on in, because I think we all know now that the diamond doesn''t work without young Wesley.
I''ve also heard he is out for the season to be honest. I really hope its not true but its a pretty good source.
And this source is?
Sorry only just seen this. Someone who works at the club. Possibly another player...I''m not naming names in case he is fibbing to me.
 19. Last 2 posts have Martin as "good work rate" and "poorest work rate in the team". Haha.

 21. I think its easy for everyone to pick a team, but ultimately the choice is that of the managers. He sees them every day in training, he knows their attitude and personality and we need to trust his decision making. He will make good decisions (i.e. geting more strikers on against Southend and winning us the game) and he will make bad decisions. I was not at the game last night but have heard the diamond didn''t really work. We need to allow it and get behind the team of players on the pitch. We may be disappointed but they need our support to push them over the line with a couple more wins. Then we can all celebrate, dust ourselves down and group together, again trust PL to make any tough decisions on who is needed and who isn''t and look forward to next season.
 22. Pay as you go iphones on O2 website are £449 and yours are listed at £410. You won''t go any lower? For cash?
 23. How much do you normally get for them? I have been looking for a sim free one for a while but never know if the sellers are dodgy on ebay.
 24. Yeah I just got a text saying we lost 3-2. The squad looked very weak.
