  1. Unfortunately I am one of these people that read the tabloids and the latest thing I have heard is that former Watford manager Aidy Boothroyd is being lined up to replace Glenn Roeder. I can help but think.. what is the point?! Yeah his use of the loan system is questionable but he does have limited resources and there is the fact that we are languishing in 20th place. I can''t see the value in replacing a manager to bring in someone else, who will have just as little to work with as Roeder. Truly worrying times!!
  2. When you consider how the guys at the back did against Ipswich it is ludicrous to say that it is worth losing a creative influence at the front for additional defensive support. Just look at some of Bell''s crosses and freekicks this season. Norwich''s main problem is scoring goals not leaking them. Sure we let in goals now and again, not much more than any other team, and usually these are lapses in concentration not necessarily down to the players ability. But the amount of times we fail to score first is unbelievable. We need someone who can put the ball accurately into the danger zone for the likes of Lita, Lupoli, Siberski and occasionally Rusty and Pattison to get on the end of. i.e. David Bell. Clingan runs his socks off in the middle of the park but has only managed 2 goals so far this season (both from the spot if i remember correctly), and is no deadball magician. All in all, I agree we need defensive reinforcements but not at the expense of our creative players. Loans have worked relatively well so far this season. I know it is not the ideal solution but if you have limited funds then you have to prioritise. For the first time I find myself questioning Roeder''s judgements. I know, who am I to question? But I pay for my seat so I am allowed a voice. Come on you yellows!!!!!
  3. I can''t even explain how depressing this is. I totally agree with you! We finally have what we would like to call a ''dead ball specialist'' in Bell and we''re happy to exchange him to shore up the defence! Truly depressing for all associated with the yellow and green army. The question I ask is: where is Peter Cullum? He has already stated that he will not watch the club go into administration nor would he be prepared to see us battling it out in league one. So where are you Cullum? Hear our cry!
