1. The Championship is 100% one of the most difficult leagues to predict, however this would be my top 6... C) Derby P) Middlesborough PO) Hull City PO) Burnley PO) Bolton PO) Blackburn Got a feeling Brentford will lose their core set of players and with Pritchard going back to his parent club, I can''t see them repeating last seasons form. The remaining relegated team won''t bounce back again, QPR will finish mid table. Relegated... Huddersfield/Rotherham/Sheffield Wednesday
2. Reckon we''ll finish 10th, an optimistic one I know, but genuinely confident that we''ll do well under AN in the prem! My 3 to go down are Watford, Aston Villa and Newcastle
3. In a word, yes. When you see a piece of extraordinary footballing skill like that it deserves respect. Pure class!

7. My first memory of playing football is for Horsford Youth in the early 2000''s. Started off out field then moved on to be a keeper for a few years. Didn''t make the squads for Horsford Youth for a few years and then a new club in Horsford was started (Horsford All Saints) so I joined them for a season in 06/07 as a Striker/Attacking Mid. Moved house to Sprowston, so played for Sprowston 07/08. 08/09 I took a break from football because I just wasn''t getting the game time (main rule of being a striker from my experience at youth level is if you don''t score a hat-full every game you sit on the bench. An ethos I totally go against as a coach). Then in my final year at youth level in the 09/10 season I played for Old Catton which was probably my best season at a youth club due to the fact that it was a laugh and I got a fair bit of game time. I wasn''t the best player by a long shot, but in my opinion I never got many opportunities right from a young age and always tried 100%. Since youth level i''ve completed my basic refereeing course and level 1 coaching badge and until recently helped run a club at Horsford Youth which I had to give up due to moving away for work. The negatives from my experience is that I was never really given a chance, the positives are that I think it has allowed me to be more empathetic towards players that aren''t the best and has improved me as a coach.
8. Seeing this phrase, ''time to gel'' or ''time to bed in'' quite a bit on this message board but I for one disagree. It seems to me that its a kind of excuse for new players that come into the team and a positive spin to put on a more negative start (admittedly 1 game) to the season and performances. The main let down last Saturday was the defence and 3 of them have been here a while and have well and truly ''bedded in''. In my opinion, the Premier League is an unforgiving league and there is no way that we can be signing players and then giving them competitive games to ''bed in''. If it takes them 5 games to gel, that is a possible 15 points lost to ''gelling''. These players play together every day and should know what each other is about, we can''t afford for players to not be ready to play to the standard expected of them, they need to be hitting the ground running, not ''bedding in''. That is what has done us so well in previous seasons with players like Crofts, Pilkington and Howson making immediate impacts after signing for us. I for one want to see players such as Snodgrass, Turner, Bassong and the likes integrating well. After all, they are all professionals. Bring on tomorrow and hopefully Snodgrass gets a hat-rick.OTBC
9. Thanks for the constructive criticism. In terms of the low res images, I know that they look a bit rubbish but there aren''t that many high res images with the new kit that aren''t of Holt, so just tried to make the best of a bad situation. It''s only a first attempt really, so when the new season starts i''m sure there''ll be better high res images, hopefully of Ruddy and Hoolahan because that''s who I ideally want for the cover. Thanks again for the words of wisdom above.
10. Used the current FIFA 13 cover and removed messi, added holt/martin/jackson using pictures from the web. Used Photoshop to do it all.
11. Got a bit bored this afternoon so decided to make a custom cover. Relatively pleased with it so thought i would share it with my fellow Norwich City fans.
12. At the top of the post you posted to there will be an icon that says "notify" with a bell next to it. This should be ''lit up''. Click it and it will be greyed out and you will no longer receive emails.
13. Surprised Browno hasn''t leaked it yet tbh. For me though its got to be blue and white halves. Bit of a retro feel.
14. I was also thinking this. My heart says that Holty has seen Hughton coming in as good enough reason to stay on and push on for next season. Although, my head says this is the quiet before the storm and we are waiting for the right offer to come in before we let him go, after all every man has his price.
15. Effectively, no he is not offside and the goal should rightly count because we are talking about 2 separate phases of play. The first being the through ball over the top and the second being the square ball for the goal. As referee''s we''re told to remember the acronym P.I.G. P - does the player ''P''lay the ball?, I - does the player ''I''nterfere with an opponent?, G - does the player ''G''ain an advantage. If the answer to P & I are no then the player can''t be gaining an advantage in that phase of play, therefore cannot be offside. As we see in the first phase of play, the ball is played through and Navas is clearly in an offside position but is not guilty of an offside offense according to PIG. In the second phase of play, he is not in an offside position, therefore cannot be penalised for an offside offence and puts the spanish ahead. Must say well played to the lino, it would have been very easy to put the flag up and have everyone say fair enough, but he has got the decision bang on. Hope this has helped :)

17. didn''t listen to it yesterday, but i was under the impression that there was a time delay, hence allowing them to cut off any idiots.

19. Well, we played with Pilkington and Bennett on the field today who are both supposed to be attacking/winger style players and yet we struggled to get wide today. Everything was very narrow and the rare occasion when we did get wide was from our full backs, Drury and Martin. Im not slating the players themselves, in fact im not particularly moaning at anyone in particular, I just find it extraordinary how we had 2 wingers on the field of play and yet could not muster some width. After all, our strengths are our crossing and heading, thats where we get a lot of our goals, so why oh why didnt we play to our strengths today!? Really disappointed with today, had we had a different approach to the game things might have been different. Would have loved a visit to Wembly.
20. There''s only one answer to this for me, Darren Huckerby.
21. don''t know about favourite, but the two that always stick in my head are ''Jas The Barclay King'' & ''First Wizard'' (lol)
22. Unfortunately there has always been issues off the pitch with chrissy martin which is sad because he''s actually a decent player. I heard that the ''injury'' that he had last season was not as bad as it was made out and there was again issues off the pitch which meant he wasn''t in PLs first team plans. It would seem that he''s got back into PLs good books since, hence why he''s back in the squad, but unfortunately, as the above poster said, he''ll always have baggage. He could have been a top premier league player as well, maybe he still could be...
23. Can anyone remember a few years back with Manuel Almunia? At the time England were struggling to field a decent keeper and this guy was no.1 for Arsenal. I seem to recall most people were buzzing for Almunia to stick on an england shirt. His whole family (inc himself) is spannish and he would have only qualified because he''d lived here for a decade.
24. I thought Bennet was going when that tackle went in. I had a pretty good view of it and thought he was lucky to still be on the pitch. As for the penalty, not an intentional hand ball (hence no card) but he''s controlled the ball with his arm and effectively gained an unfair advantage by doing so, therefore pen. Overall a pretty poor showing from Mr Taylor, and no one''s mentioned the fact that he played 5 minutes of stoppage time exactly despite the fact he stopped for the best part of 3 for our penalty (In effect only playing 2 minutes of stoppage time instead of 5) thought we might have gone on to win it.
25. Lambert will go with the same starting 11 at Villa that''s played the last few games. Bit harsh on Crofts (and Holt for that matter) but I just think that''s what Lambert will do.
