  1. Two threads going on about the new away kit. Come on web team merge them into one!
  2. You can see just from this thread how much everyone hates that ugly hotel in the corner. It spoils the whole look of the ground. This hotel is going to be there was years and years. How much money can this really bring into the club? Not very much and far less than if we had built another corner stand.
  3. From Dundee for 500k. He was one of our targets wasn''t he?? This could mean they might drop their interest in Russell. http://www.teamtalk.com/football/story/0,16368,1788_3731248,00.html
  4. Addidas, Nike , Umbro, Puma. You can take your pick they all make some really nice kits and we get Xara! What a great brand!
  5. For once Smudger i am agreeing with you. But let this be the one and only occasion ever!

  7. I know its what they think it will look like, but i have a feeling someone has seen it, so its going to look very similar to the one in the photo.
  8. Can someone copy the photo from the link and put it on here. I can''t do it on a mac. Cheers.

  12. Being reported everywhere and now the daily mail, who very often get things correct: Ameobi on brink of £3.5m deal to leave Newcastle for Norwich By SPORTSMAIL REPORTER Last updated at 9:20 PM on 18th June 2008 Comments (0) Add to My Stories Norwich are on the verge of signing Newcastle forward Shola Ameobi in a deal that could ultimately be worth £3.5million. The former England U21 striker has knocked back moves to Ipswich and Stoke this summer but is keen to link up with his former St James’ Park manager Glenn Roeder, who is believed to have persuaded his board to find the finance for the deal.
  13. More and more stories about this are appearing! Breaking News That Ameobi May Join Norwich Wednesday June 18th, 2008 by Ed Harrison· 18 Comments There are reports coming out of Norwich, that the Norwich City club may be close to a deal to sign Newcastle striker Shola Ameobi. Shola Ameobi - moving to Norwich City? Reports from a source close to the Norwich club, suggest that Newcastle’s Shola Ameobi could be set for a move to Norwich, in a deal worth around £3.5m The Nigerian born striker, who has already been linked with Stoke City, Ipswich Town, Hull City and WBA has been removed from the teams squad list, on the new updated Newcastle United site. It wouldn’t surprise us in the least if Shola moved to Norwich, because we believe he would just love to work again with Glenn Roeder, just love it. Glenn was able to get the very best out of Ameobi, while managing Newcastle, and Shola averaged about a goal every 2 games for the former West Ham manager. The only problem with Norwich was whether they could afford the fee of around £4M, and whether they could match Shola’s wage demands. We think if they can do that then Shola would jump at the chance to join them, and could do very well for the East Anglia club. The players agent, Steve Denos has already admitted that Norwich would be an attractive prospect for his client, and that Shola would have no worries teaming up with former Newcastle boss Glenn Roeder.
  14. Ameobi Deal On The Cards? By Ricky Bilverstone - 18/06/2008 13:17 Reports from a source close to the club, suggest that Newcastle''s Shola Ameobi could be set for a move to Norwich, in a deal worth around £3.5m The Nigerian born striker, has been removed from the teams squad list, which makes you think that his future now lays else where. Earlier this month, Ipswich were said to have been close to clinching a deal for the 26 year old, after claiming that they had had an offer accepted by the North East club, only for other parties to claim that no firm offer had been made. While the players agent, Steve Denos admitted that Norwich would be an attractive prospect for the player, who would have no worries once again teaming up with former Newcastle and now City boss Glenn Roeder.
  15. Yep my mistake he was born in Dublin and plays for Republic of Ireland.
  16. Expect to see him a lot more at carrow road this season with us now signing Irishmen Clingan and possibly MCcourt and Hoolahan!
  17. He is a very good player! Loves to take players on, and scores some wonderful goals beating 5 or 6 player sometimes. He might be tempted to join us, to join fellow irishmen Clingan and Hoolahan and would no doubt get to play a lot more here than at west brom. Another good signing if it happens!
  18. I thought we covered this last week with the "QPR to hijack Hollahan bid" Until fifa make a ruling he cannot go anywhere!
  19. This Bullard chap was on the blackpool vital site weeks ago saying he was coming to Norwich. He is now on Norwich vital site and he also claimed before he is Hoolahans brother in-law.
  20. OK thank you. Bell and Hoolahan i should imagine down to there being problem blackpool with livingstone etc. The loan player who is now going to be a norwich player i would guess its Bertrand or Pearce
  21. Were waiting gordon.......................................
