Does anyone else think that these boys could play a part next season, Lathrope has obviosly caught the eye of Roeder and if Renton can regain fitness I thought he looked promising. Wot do u guys and gals think?

Personally I would take him, even at his age he''s better than Doc''s and Shack''s, although his legs might not be upto it. I would give him a player / coach role as suggested and give him a year to bulk the squad as long as the wages are right.

2b honest the way things are going, I''d probably get a game for either at the moment!!!!

Obviously they weren''t the best and obviously Shacks is dodgy, however they were a good pairing and Shacks played some of his best stuff with Taylor along side. Went to Blackpool away and the 2of them were class, don''t think they lost a header all nite and Blackpool were hoofing into the box non stop!!!!

Simple, its some of the best bits of some of recent top players!!!!

Could have done a job for us and with the right coaching probably would have been one to sell on in the future. If he would be interested in some sort of pay as you play deal then i''d take him. Creative wise he is far better than wot we have in midfield.

BBC Sport Gossip page says Alan Pardew wants Fozzy to help them push for promotion next year, he said he wants to stay but who knows, will leaving the contract situation come back to bite Glenn on the arse?

I know he said he would find it hard to play against us but just seen on BBC Sport Gossip page that Kevin Blackwell wants Hucks at Sheff Utd!!!  Our loss their gain?

Here''s one for ya - Steve Howard? I know Worthy tried to sigh him in the past and I know he''s older now but anyone think he could do a job for us, especially now Leicester are down he might wanna stay in the Championship, decent targetman and scores goals, how about it?

Just a few points slighty off topic i know but, Can you remember a few months back we were linked with him and now its Liverpool!!!!! Personally i think he''s a very good goalkeeper and Newcastle have been goin great since he came into the side for Given. Does anyone else think he could be worth a shout for England amongst all the problems we have with keepers and now he''s playin regular football?

Fair play to Glenn he has (hopefully!!!) done his job in keeping us up this season, but he is seriously losing the plot. First he treats Hucks badly when after what he''s done for us he quite honestly deserves better, now this!!! Speaking of Pearce and Gibbs, oh how they have great futures blah, blah!!! They are other clubs players and he should be concentrating on our young boys not others!!!!
