1.
I don''t think Roeder lacks charisma (he lacks something, but i''m not sure quite what!)
He lacks the ability to bow to pressure from people whp dont know waht they are talking about. He calls a spade a spade.Works for me - in a business full of brown nosing pussy he''s a joy for anyone with a brain instead of an ego to work for
 2.
in fact if you look at the leicester highlights you''ll see shax is mostly the only defender who is still trying to get back and get close enough to make a challenge for some of their goals (where was the doc)  - he was trotting back???
Man you need to get to a game. I was there, highlights schmilights, Shackell was terrible. end.Anybody...... name a game when Shack was on form. I must have missed it...... Taylor w ould have been great, never going to happen now sadly...... there was lots of talkabout Dean Richards and Taylor being the wish list for next season. No Shack. No Doc. Doc may now survive...... Shackell will go. P''Boro already in.....
 3.
We have a youth academy that has been invested in heavily over the last few years, a youth system that has produced the following International youth players, Chris Martin, Michael Spillane, Rossi Jarvis, Ryan Jarvis, Andrew Cave-Brown, Joe Lewis - all home grown players that our so called supporters barrack and abuse at the first sign of a mistake.
Maybe you should have watched Spillane yesterday. He was terrible.Jarvis brothers are not being judged on the "first sign of a mistake". They''ve been tried and failed to produce. Martin looks good at reserve level (scored two yesterday again), but is lippy and doesn''t take on board the advise the coaches give him.ACB - sorry, not ready yet.Lewis is a prospect, but that was good business. He would have been difficult during the next contract talk and may have walked.Anyone else you''d like to see drag us down a division? The produce from the acadamy has been terrible and there are many reasons (excuses?) for that. But I can assure you that things are improving very rapidly. Get to a game and take a look at how different the football is. Stephenson is doing a fantastic job, I''ve never seen a City side, with so little natural talent pass a ball like this crop do. Bally Smarty had a blinder yesterday.
 4.
What ever they give won''t be enough for most of you Nobby negatives.............................................
Well said. The reason we''ve got such good numbers is probably as much to do with the money spent off the field as any extraordinary generic quirk in the Norfolk bloodline..... Carrow Road is a good day out..... and thats not due to the ''on pitch'' investment is it?
 5.

further - i assume you wouldn''t have a problem with a peed off shax leaving in the summer then???
could well be one of the 15
Please god. LGT, I suggest you watch a few other, very odinary teams then take another look at Shackell. I felt sorry for the kid when he was pushed into playing LB at Palace (Simon Tracey aside the worse performance in my lifetime in a Norwich shirt), but he just doesn''t learn. I again felt sorry for him when Grant made him captain (huh???) but even when relieved of that ''burden'' (he called it) he failed to improve.Nah.bye bye ''Shackle''
 6.
yep - i''m sorry roeder, but i''m not convinced last nights starting 11 was our best line-up, nearly but not quite
And how do you expect Roeder to know "out best line up" until he''s seen the ''not best line ups''. Eh?As for the worst CB we''ve given a shirt to for many a year Jason ''where does a CB stand'' Shackell..... he is appalling. His poor sense of position and when to commit have dropped poor old Doc in it again and again. He turned last night to encourage ''the line'' to push out and only then realised it was HIM trailing by 5 yards..... as he always is.Pearce I grant you is not the most domineering CB, but he''s young and has great positional sense allowing Doc to do the dirty work. I thought they looked pretty good against a very crude (but as usual effective) Watford team last night. Shackell gets 10/10 for bravery and good intentions, but like Easton, McVeigh, Notman, Henderson (saw him play today....ha ha) et al....all for some reason darlings of the children in the Barclay, he is not good enough.......
 7.
As most of us City fans still back GR, and still back Jamie lad too, the only egg I can see is on your face matey.[:|]
I''m a noobie - you''re obviously the forum dummy.....
 8. Rubbish in the first half - second to everything. Watford are not nice to watch, bit like Stoke, lump it in the box and see what drops. Much better 2nd half, Croft looked fit at last and showed some good pace. Midfield gave as good as they got. Dion was poor, looked tired. Doc was best I''ve seen him, Pearce was excellent (not sure why he went off), Shackell was terrible.Tapas was a bit slow but great technical skill and positioning. Ryan played some excellent dead balls in. It snowed a lot.Chips were rubbishSome naff totti in Destiny afterwards
 9. He did the same thing to Roeder in January I hear. And Wolves.
 10.
Would certainly be a first in this country.....
If it succeeds yes. I doubt there''s a club in the football league that hasn''t had a similar scheme at some point in their history.Has the kitty contacted other supporters associations to enquire what worked / what didn''t? I bet not.
 11.
" Somehow found it " The answer is easy- it was called google. Believe me my knowledge of the internet is very limited. All i was trying to do was get some background on the Kitty and those behind it and was amazed at some of the information available. NCISA has been asked for its views on this project but what can one say if you are not in the loop but then again goodness knows who is in your inner circle.
Exactly. Its not rocket scinece to keep a site hidden - why upload the files at all if its not ready?I love your assumption that any player bought with funds from thr Kitty will be sold and not realeased.Take a look back at the type of player your fund is likely to contribute towards..... 90% of them get ''released''.Bye bye kitty. How will you protect against this scenario? Will the fund pay the players wages (answer = no). So therefore you''ll have no say whether a player is released or left to rot in the reservesThe whole project is extremely naive and ill conceived. I sincerely wish you the best of luck, but its a dead duck.
 12.
Who do people think we''re going to get to play wide right? Cristiano Ronaldo?
Unlikely.... he plays left side
 13.
At least someone is making an effort........
Makes the board look like world champions........ Its utter sh *te and I''m embarressed by it. Wait til TWTD gets hold of our begging bowl.
 14.
The website is just about finished, and is of the highest standard, and has so much more than a run of the mill website
signed Rupert........... aged 9 and a half............What after school computer club came up with that? You''ve destroyed any credibility you may have had pal. If you got charged money for that then the masks they were wearing should have given you a little clueha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
