  1. Try pausing it just as he kicks the ball.
  2. Agreed, I was blown away by the quality of Leitner. Many people have criticized the boring possession but I thought we handled the situation great against a quality team.
  3. Cantiaci Canary wrote the following post at 06/04/2017 9:58 AM: He was an impact manager ... no more no less. The excruciating mistake was clinging on on him and hoping that the deterioration would stop. The crime was not learning from the decaying days of Worthy and Hughton that once the rot sets in you have to act ruthlessly ... nomatter how nice the manager is as a person. The Board remain entirely unaccountable for this and do not show any shred of remorse. The supporters deserve an explanation for all the major transfer decisions in the past year or so.
  4. 100% agree. Wes is still very fit and absolute class, one of our best of all time.
  5. I disagree, I think it''s reasonable to ask why someone with Hoolihans class wasn''t bought on to replace Pritchard. Something need to change and Hoolihan is classy enough to create opportunities.
  6. Transfer policy has been a disaster and cost us far more than managers have. Why would a club shell out £9m quid on Pritchard when it is obvious the priority was a top striker. Beside, we already have 2 other players in the same position- Hoolihan and Naysmith. Instead we end up signing Oliviera at the last minute who looks totally unsuited to the English game although it my be too early to judge.
  7. I thought both were brilliant-pity some nerd got rid of Chris.
  8. Sausage rolls are a disgrace along with the rip off cost of tea etc. With £68m TV money you''d think they could treat supporters with a bit more respect.
  9. Totally agree. Why get rid of Holt and bring in a pale imitation in Elmander? We''ve lost the spirit that got us here in the first place.
  10. I haven''t slept properly for a week. I also wake up with a headache every morning.
  11. Agree there has been a lot of progress in the last couple of games. There is now a solid formation and pattern emerging- largely down to Tettey who has made a big difference to the team. Formation and shape of the team is sometimes more important even though Pilkington ( in particular) didn''t perform all that well although I thought he played well against Arsenal. All in all, the last couple of games have given me renewed hope but we need to get back to a point a game asap. If we play Howson,he needs to be an attacking midfielder rather than a defensive holding player. Still prefer Bennet to Snodgrass who remains unconvincing. Pace is essential in the Premiership and that something he obviously lacks. However, agree that quality of crossing is really poor.
  12. Surman was one of our best players in the first half. For some odd reason, Hughton took off our two best players yesterday.
