1.
Nice try LGT, but you won`t get more than a couple of sentences of petty sniping out of our ralphy.  As far as the likes of him are concerned the club could plant biofuel crops on the pitch and use the stands as open-air casinos and he would support it.  After all, this football malarkey is just way too difficult and costly to bother with.  Thank goodness these tunnel-visioned muppets are in the minority.
Thankfully there''s more of us "pro Norwich City Football Club" than there are whingeing anti-everything doom mongers.
 2.
Nothing else to do in Norfolk on a Saturday afternoon, in Winter.
Well there''s Wabbit season................
 3.
I think he very useful player in this league if he stays fit and gets regular games if you got offer of 1m+ i may be tempted personally but then i would want to have target lined up,you wouldnt want sell him for say 1.2m then be looking the market i would also look for young replacement who cost 700k max so you make bit money but also have another developing player he also at great age for footballer and no reason why norwich shouldnt keep him you should be flattered that your getting intrest of "Bigger" sides for your players
FOR GOD''S SAKE MAN, WILL YOU WRITE PROPERLY !!!!

All of us knew what DD was doing in his thread, some of you thought it was funny (basically, the Roeder is God, how dare anyone say anything negative about him brigade) and some of us thought it was perhaps a little bit pathetic i.e. those of who have dared to point up a few of GR''s faults whilst at the same time being careful to say that we also think he has done a very good job for us ...... so far"   ''Ere, you get down off that fence boy, afore you get a spike up your ar**
 5. Mmmm?  At time of writing, 2 positive suggestions, the rest ..................... ??????
 6. Very difficult isn''t it.  The problem is, are you supposed to pick your best 11 players ever, or pick an actual side, ie 1 goalie, 4 defenders etc.....?? As most people seem to be going for a playing eleven then here''s mine;                         Keelan Culverhouse   Bruce   Watson   Bowen Barham      Townsend   Paddon   Huckerby                   Peters   Sutton Bench :  A cast of ooh...... Hundreds Manager : Mike Walker
 7. DDD  "posted this morning before I got up etc....." ............................hahahahahaha.......................hehehehehehe.....................sorry, just managed to pick myself up off the floor and staple my sides back together................... funniest post in ages................ if not ever......................ooooooops, think I need to go and change [:$]
 8. I wouldn''t call that a flaw in my arguement Dotty old chap, just my optimistic nature and sunny disposition [:D] I don''t think Glenn came here thinking it was a "gamble" trying to take Norwich to the premiership.  I think it''s all part of his ambitious nature and he certainly thinks that he has the opportunity to do it here.  He''s probably looked at the infrastrucure (let me finish here Wiz), the fans and the potential and thought that everything is in place and that this should be a Premiership club.  Colchester or Scunthorpe may be a gamble, Norwich, more of an ambitious challenge.  A bottom half club in the prem? Maybe on the slide? Maybe one too many managers already? Probably thinks, Nah.... been there, done that. I would think that Norwich city is THE ideal club for a top class manager, which I believe Glenn will prove to be, to stamp his mark on. He''s maybe had a look, seen that we were rock bottom and thought there''s nowhere to go from here but up.  The only question is, how far can he take us?  I don''t believe he has any intention of leaving until he has answered that question for himself.
 9.
Glenn has 5 choices: 1. If he''s not starting he''s injured. [Glenn is patronising] 2. If he''s not starting I''ve fallen out with him over whether we watched a Dad''s Army repeat on the coach and we''re not speaking right now, plus he might sod off to the US [Glenn has peed off our major player and has no man-management skills] 3. I''m not saying anything [Glenn is guilty of secrecy and the usual lack of information from the club and therefore something must be up] 4. Darren has lot a yard of pace and needs to regain form [How dare he publicly criticise a deity who single handedly got us promoted] 5. Whatever I say you''ll come up with a conspiracy story but  actually he''s been adbucted by aliens and taken to the planet Zog [Glenn has been at the sherry] So Glenn can''t win really can he.?
Love it. Made me giggle. Need to get your facts right though Tumbleweed, we all know that Hucks has gone to Discworld so that the Wiz can put a spell on him.[li]
 10.

And you know Roeder''s future team selections how exactly? The only mistake he made on Saturday was playing Fozzy and not Pattison.
No I don''t know Roeder''s future team selection, trouble is neither does he, he just selects whoever he''s told to by Wenger and Co.
Pathetic, absolutely pathetic. Is that really the best you can come up with? Did you get that witty retort from one of your playground chums?
 11. Extremely well constructed and, I would say, pretty accurate. Couldn''t agree more. I await the Spifires and Hurricanes with great relish. [ap]  No doubt one, at least, will throw a "Tiny" bomb in for good measure.
 12.
The constant comments about ''having a laugh'' usually ''over a pint'' and the persistent effort to make it appear that Smudger and Cluck are in some way intellectually superior and have an insight beyond everyone else sits oddly with getting banned from a liberal and open minded forum or turning up for a protest alone because no one wants to join you. Some people really do need to get a life.
hahahahhahahha, heheheheeheheh  Nice one Centurion [:D]

 14. Been saying the same thing myself since Leicester. Just waiting for the backlash to your post from the anti board/Roeder doom mongers. Buckle up Voice, it''s about to get bumpy! [:D]
 15.
I have been accused of many things but naivety is not one of them. Cynical, possibly. Realistic and pragmatic, definitely. Roeder is clearly an intelligent guy. Therefore, I can see him trading in his chips whilst they still have commercial value.
By the same token then "Dotty" do you not think his "chips" will have far higher commercial value as a manager who took a team from the bottom of the Championship to the Premier League and kept them there???  Now perhaps a manager who could do that would be worth his weight in "chips" and be a target for a truly big club.  Otherwise he might only be offered a job by the likes of Bolton, Newcastle(again), Birmingham etc. I would see Glenn go with a large thank you after 3 or 4 years if he left us mid table in the Prem to go to a top 6 club.  Personally I think he''s the kind of man who sees a challenge and is prepared to meet it head on.  He wants us in the Premiership and he wants to be the man to take us there.  I can''t see him going anywhere unless the board do not keep to the promises they made to get him here in the first place.
 16. Yes. Erm, am I supposed to elabourate here? Ok, we need some height up front against Watford, not to mention defending set pieces in our own box where Dion is invaluable, especially when compared to little Curo or Ched. Therefore:                   Marsh    Semi   Doc   Pearce   Mo Crofty   Fozzy   Patty   Bertie             Curo   Dion subs: Gilks, Cheddars, Shacks, Gibbs, Hucks(if fit) or Vela Gotta keep Curo in as he''s 2 in 2 and could be on the road to a good scoring run.
 17.

I don''t know about the rest of you but I think the board should appease the magnificent Wiz and sack Glenn Roeder and install the !st Wizard in his place.  Obviously Mr Roeder knows absolutely nothing about football.  His selections are always wrong, team tactics atrocious and man management skills non existent.  Our Wiz, on the other hand, is the font of all knowledge on all things football and all things Norwich City.  If the board were to appoint Wiz he could rescue us from the oblivion of League 1 to which we are definitely headed under Glenn Roeder and while he is there he could undermine that useless cook and her cohorts to such an extent that they''ll all hand over the club to him and jump on the first plane to retirementsville.  Just imagine the scene at Colney every Monday morning after another massive victory with Wiz at the helm dispensing his meaningfull morale building wisdom to the assembled millionaires waiting by their Bentleys and Ferraris in the car park. Oh what joy !!! something for us all to look forward to [:D] Could we have your votes please, or maybe we should start a petition? Thoughts please.
Oh, my candidate for post of the year this one Scooby, its funny, well hilarious actually! but it was done in such a good natured and friendly way that the mods should ''pin'' it as an example of the good spirit this message board can generate at times. But it also contains many truths................I would be an excellent choice as manager. My first task being to teach the crowd how to sing ''On the ball City'' correctly!   It should be sung slowly, its an anthem, and it doesn''t need City City stuck on the end of it!  I would want Delia and Co all removed before I even accepted the post, and my first priority would be to sign a big lump of a striker for Jamie lad to feed off in games. All loanees would be sent packing expect Ched and Mo. See, I''m showing signs of greatness already, and then, when my obvious talent had been recognised by other clubs, the new board could sell me at a huge profit................because thats what we do well at Norwich, isn''t it?.[:|]
[;)] Point made and point taken Wiz, although I hope the "big lump of a striker" is gifted in the goal scoring department in his own right. Suggestions on a post card (thread) to ........... I don''t think Boyo quite got the point though. Maybe irony/sarcasm or whatever you choose to call it is a little beyond him? Hey "BOYO" ! Read again please, I am a Roeder fan !!
 18.
What was wiz saying about newbies again.....
OOOOOOHH!!! [:''(] I''m sooooo hurt.
 19. Sssshhhhhh, not so loud. They might come after Roeder when they sack Pulis tomorrow [;)]
 20. Are these the stats of a team in crisis and a manager who doesn''t know what he''s doing?  No ! They''re ours, in the Championship since Glenn took over.  5 defeats in 22 League matches and 2 of those in the first 3 games before he had a chance to really make his mark and sort out the mess left by Grants chaos. I would hazard a guess that if you gave those figures to the majority of teams in the Championship over the last 22 matches they would bite your hand off, not slag the manager off for not knowing what he''s doing.  So, all of you who are leaping salmon like onto the anit-Roeder band wagon, LOOK AT THE BIG PICTURE and stop reacting in such a knee jerk manner to a few setbacks.  It will take time for Glenn to construct a new dynasty and repair Fortress Carrow Road and for all his achievements so far Mr Roeder is not a miracle worker, although "silk purse" and "sows ear" spring to mind if he is going to build a squad to get us into the Premiership! Support is what is needed, not endless sniping from armchair experts who call themselves City fans and think that they can do better.  If we don''t appreciate who we''ve got I''m sure someone else with more money will.  He''s already expressed his admiration for the fans since he''s been here so let''s not try and change his opinion.  For all those doubters out there I say this..... "Be careful what you wish for, it may come true"
 21.
Given all the rumours, newspaper reports etc. I think Glenns entitled to a sarcastic dig.
Too true Trent. Some people are definitely displaying a lack of sense of humour. I expect Glenn is having a good old giggle here. Probably won''t stop "Wiz''s Whingers" having a pop at him over it though.
 22. Excellent point Kirku!  I would hazard a guess that many of the spelling mistakes on here are as a result of numpties like myself who weren''t taught how to type at school and are of the pre computer generation.  There is though, I agree, a tendancy toward a complete lack of punctuation and grammatical correctness. (I do realise I am leaving myself wide open here, but no body''s perfect). I fine exponent of this is our dear old friend the Wolerverhamperton fan whose posts I often have to read more than once to make any sense of them !! .......... Or maybe he''s just typing in a Brummie accent [^o)]

 24. Moan, moan, mopan, whinge, whinge, doom, gloom, moan, moan ................................... That Monday morning feeling is always increased in the knowledge that you, as always, will put a moaning, whingeing thread on here! You''re a real bundle of Joy Wiz, a proper little ray of sunshine. And why oh why would anyone "trust you" or your pessimistic opinion? Go away !!!!!
 25. What I find upsetting is that you can''t go along to watch your child play and take a photo of them without asking the permission of every other parent there!!!! CRAZY!!  Can you imagine the conversation further down the line, "Dad, why don''t you have any photos of me playing football?" "Because it''s against the law to take a picture of your own kid scoring a goal son"
