1.

Dear god NOOOOO !!!! I don''t ever want to see that tw@t in a Norwich shirt. Over priced, overrated and ...... Well, a tw@t.
Sorry, but what exactly makes him a tw*t?
Some people have very short memories.

3. Mmmmmmmm, Butterfield anyone ?
4. [quote user="Yorkshire Canary The dilemma of rotating strikers who cannot score at this level underlines why we are where we are. becchio and Holt are the best of a very bad job. Our defenders have scored just as many important goals. A win /loss will be by very narrow margins and may come down to good/bad fortune on the day quote] Far more likely to be more atrocious refereeing decisions.
5. Absolutely disgraceful referee AGAIN ! Benteke grabbed Bassong by the throat. Red card. No other option. But he bottled it. Bennett pulls down Snodders for the pen, 2nd yellow, off he goes. Bottled it again. We should''ve been playing 9 men and villa should be without Benteke for the rest of the season. No justice, no luck....... No premier league next season.
6. Oh dear. Did you leave your specs at home or were you not actually there.
7. And Jas, I expect you think Roswell is true and we didn''t land on the moon.
8.
Agreed. He wasn''t on the pitch from the start because he isn''t good enough.
9. No arguement here, although Ryan Bennett always seems to play well alongside Seb.
10. I seem to be late again, ooops.  Can I have PSG for an away win tomorrow please.
11. Sorry for the late call, serious internet malfunction.  Can I have a Barcelona win please Nutty.
12. [quote user="ncfcboy. I normally just browse the forum, but I decided to sign up to air my view for once. I think it''s unbelievable how some people continue to back Holt. I understand that over the past few seasons he has been one of, if not our best player. However, note the past tense. This season he has been nowhere near his best and just looks like an average championship striker. I also understand that our tactics have changed since Hughton has become manager, but this does not excuse his general demeanour and play. I know he will not have as many chances and so will not score as many. But if you just look at his attitude during most of the games he has played in this season, it is like he is doing the bare minimum to try and keep people off his back. Whilst before he would challenge for headers, now he barely tries to jump, instead chosing to let the player challenging him jump into him to concede a foul. This might work sometimes but it is just pure laziness. He hardly ever runs to challenge for the ball, and spends so much time effing and blinding to the referee, mostly for (correct) decisions given against him. If he put in more effort into his game he could be the top player he was for most of last season, but in all honesty he does not look like he does or wants to put in the effort. What has he done to merit being captain today? He is not a good example for the players at the moment and his whingey attitude shouldnt be what we are about. Again, I acknowledge his contribution the last few seasons, but places should be based on form, and his is not great at all. We are a football club and a business and should not be ruled by nostalgia. And in response to your analogy, if someone can''t adapt from cooking fries to flipping burgers then they should probably not have the job. quote] Oh FFS SYG. We get the message, you hate Grant Holt!! But to create an account just to give your moronic view some support smacks of desperation. What did he do? Turn you down when you propositioned him in the gents? Probably gave you a good hiding into the bargain, you sad little boy.
13. More like WTF !!! Looks like a 4-3-3 but leaving our most creative player out of the squad and EB? Maybe Wes is injured? Well, we wanted Hughton to change his ways so what''s the outcome going to be, a master stroke or an unmitigated disaster ? We''ll know in about 2 hours time.
14.
More than some on here apparently Warren 😉
15.
If you need to ask .............
16.
That''s because you Sir (and I use that term most loosely) are an idiot. 😌
17.
Has anyone considered that we are actually asking these players to play well to end their Prem league careers. With the injection of cash due and given that we have actually looked like a championship side in the 2nd half of this season. I would suggest that a complete clear out and influx of "better Quality" players would follow our survival. I would imagine that it is fairly hard to motivate players to give their all, in order to be replaced by a better version next season? Despite the fact they are playing for a Prem league wage??I 100% agree that Carrow Road needs to be a wall of noise for the remaining games. Unfortunately the players need to give the fans something to cheer about.  Its a catch 22 situation. I fear a defeat to Arsenal and Reading will lead to major discontent. Especially if we start with 1 up front against Reading!! We really are in a scrap and need an ugly potentially UN-deserved win in order to build back some momentum as Wigan did against Newcastle.
What a complete load of ****.  Do you seriously think that footballers are that stupid?  If they play well and achieve results they will keep their jobs.  If they play like a bunch of numpties and keep losing, therefore getting us relegated, then they will likely be replaced.  If Holt, Becchio or Kamara score 8 goals in the next six games it will only enhance their position both in the clubs eyes and in the transfer market.
18. Rumour has it Ruddy is playing on Monday ( I think ). Maybe if he comes through that ok he could face Arsenal ?
19.
Holt contribution today -On the pitch 10 minutesA stamp (yellow card which should have been red)An elbow (could have been another yellow & then red)A dive (could have been another yellow & then red)End ofSorry, but he''s become a liability & in our situation, we can''t afford liabilities. That''s why he''s not starting.
I can''t argue with the first but please!! An elbow??? Are you serious ??? Worst piece if theatrical crap from that pathetic defender I''ve ever seen. And I can''t wait to see your so called dive on a replay. Looked like a stone wall penalty.
20. LDC, as much as I try to remain positive I see a couple of large flaws in your post, and I''m not creating an arguement for arguements sake. 1. We can''t win a game and we can''t score goals. One win in, what is it, 13? Is relegation form for anyone. 2. Do you honestly think in today''s mercenary age, that we will be able to keep hold of our best players? Holt and Hooly will stay but Snods, Pilks, Seb, Tettey, Ruddy ? All will get premiership offers from clubs who will pay big wages. And while we''re at it I would strongly suspect that there is a clause in the RVW contract should we go down. Having said all that, Holt will do for Swansea on Saturday and everything will be fine 😀
21. Holt must start against Swansea. They hate him, he loves it. He will be really up for it and will lead from the front, as he always does. Chris Hughton, leave him out at your peril. Tettey back in alongside BJ, Pilks hopefully fit, start with Holt and Wes and KK on after 60 against a tiring defence. Bunn back in goal. That''ll do nicely. 😊
22.
Holt is not visibly fit compared to last season. Seems to have put on weight and his overall game has also suffered, partly due to Hughton''s somewhat negative tactics. I''d be surprised to see him next season and he lacks motivation. A man who knows his best days are were in the past, and that must be a hard thing for a footballer to accept.
Oh god, another one. You know him personally do you? Of course, you are acutely aware of what his motivation may or may not be.
