Six at Over £300 per seat!!
Things are looking up replied to minestrone's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
What I can''t understand is people moaning about the ''unfair'' ticket sales by the club. Tickets were available for season ticket holders, current priority members and anyone else who wanted a ticket on the condition that they paid up for a priority membership before buying tickets. No reason to be paying a fortune off a tout or moaning that you couldn''t get a ticket. -

Simple answer is don''t be mug enough to buy them. Let them be stuck with them and therefore out of pocket. Nobody is forced to shell out £300 for a ticket. Presumably those who are encouraging people to sell tickets like this are those who didn''t want to spend £20 getting priority memberships. -

Change in the laws of the game ?

Denying a clear goal by the use of a hand or arm, straight red, one match ban. Nothing new there. -
Anyone in the queue?
Things are looking up replied to FenwayFrank's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Queued for over an hour, chose tickets, clicked buy, then I got system error your session has closed. Empty basket, no tickets, no chance of getting 4 together where we want to sit! Fuming!! -

Going to be a nervous game against Villa, but I believe we''re going to win 2 out of our last 3. Had City down to finish on 44 points several weeks ago. -
Spurs Tickets
Things are looking up replied to Yorkshire Canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I''m a season ticket holder, in fact I buy three each year. I''ve not gone to any cup games this year. Why? Because after spending over £800 on those three tickets in these tough financial times, I have to be very careful where I spend any more money. By not going to the earlier games I can now afford to attend the Tottenham game if I choose to. I wish like some preach on here money was no object but for hard pressed families like mine it is and will continue to be for quite some time. -

Last I looked he''s still City manager! -
What happens to Lambert
Things are looking up replied to Yellow Green Army's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Won''t except his resignation simply because there''ll be a large compensation payment coming our way from Villa should they offer him the job. Believe it''s just going to be a matter of time and money before he goes. Still he''s done a great job here, got us back in the Prem and for that we should be thankful. -

He''s not left yet! But if he does then I wish him well. He''s done a fantastic job on a very tight budget. Look where we are now. As for being a mercenary, can any of you say you wouldn''t move for more money and a vastly bigger spending budget? Not many would turn it down. -

My son made me laugh the other day, taunting his life-long Man U supporting mate by reminding him he was going to get to watch Man U live before him! -
The papers reported this as players underpants didn''t match, but in fact it''s the undershorts that were the problem. Little known rule relating to them having to be the same colour, same as tops under jerseys. Referees have been instructed to enforce this ruling from now on, presumably to stop players wearing anything that may be deemed offensive etc.

Went to Carrow Rd this morning with photocopies of my 2 boys birth cetificates, proof of age was checked, season tickets handed over. Bit of a queue as only 3 people behind he counter. I took the opportunity to ask if they were going to expand this age verification to the over 60''s who may be claiming OAP discounts, but the member of staff refused to comment. -
John Ruddy is a Premier League goalkeeper - are you joking!!!Did you watch last season!!
Did YOU watch last season? Just to remind you we finished second with John Ruddy in goal!!! So why do you slate him? Same old Shite different day. -
Auto renewed my 3 in Jan, cheapest price to renew and with 12 months interest free payments too. As said before there really is no reason to wait, unless you weren''t going to bother if they didn''t get promoted! You made your choice and now you''ve got to pay the price for waiting, bigger fool you!

The Season Ticket Waiting List
Things are looking up replied to Excited Canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
From my experience you can''t help when you get hooked to Carrow Road. I started coming to the odd game when funds and time would allow, then my sons joined me and they too got the City bug and wanted to go more regulary. The cheapest and most convienient way was to buy season tickets for us, but there was a waiting list, we joined it, got our tickets and through good times and bad have stayed every since, And as we were singing Saturday " We were here when we were SH*T!"
