Also at the game today. Bothr their goals were from our mistakes and osy was involved in both of them! (looking forward to have spillane back) Were were not great in the first half and came out all guns in the second half and fully deserved our point. Only sour point was fan getting thrown out in first half and fight between our own fans at half time due to some queue jumping!

I tried wikipedia and according to that the pink un has ceased as a newspaper, hence why I asked on here!   Now that I know that is was so called becasue the colour of its paper, does anyone know why pink paper was used?

A random quesion but does anyone know where the name "pink un" came from?

  This months 4-4-2 magazine Deon Dublin picked his all time favourite 11.   He also picked subs of which 3 were Norwich players, no surprise that one was Huckerby but the other two being Andy Hughes and Peter Thorne did make me chuckle especially with "deon''s" comment about how well hughes got on with the city fans!   Did anyone else see this and have a little giggle!

I bought my new replica shirt at the weekend and am I the only one that thinks this seasons has a bit of a "cheap" feel to it with the almost ironed on logo? I have never been a great fan of the quality of the xara shirts but this seasons is very poor.   Also with the small Aviva logo on the back are the players names going to be under the numbers this season?

Sorry if this has repeated anything already said but is the cost of the club not actually £36 million? £16 million share value £16 million to repay bank loan for new owner £4 Million loan re-payment to directors   Then on top of that is any investment on players the new onwner wishes to spend. So rather than quoting £56 million (as above + PC offer of £20 million for new players) would saying £36 million be more realistic and not scare off as many potential new investors?   Surely if anyone did bid £36million + £7-£10 million for new players this would make is more viable to new bidders?   And I think any championship team with that kind of transfer fund and with a sensible manager (which I beleive we have) would really have to shoot themselves in the foot not to finish in the top two?  

I see Joe Lewis has been called up to the U21 squad again and I know he wont be first choice but obviously other people can see potential there and I cant help feeling that we have made a mistake in letting him go.   Also I see Green still cant get in the england squad, I am sure I am not being to biast but I would say he is better than 2 if not all 3 of carson, james and kirkland.

Its been interesting that Glen has said that he would like to talk to Deon about the possibility of staying another year (weather or not talks have happened yet, your guess is as good as mine) but he has not said anything about extending Darrens contract.
