1.

Thanks anyway, I hope someone know the answer because when I search this name on yahoo, it was an old lady!!! ;-)
Let''s hope he doesn''t share Wayne Rooney''s tastes eh? [;)]
Oh no I understand what you mean, but suerly I don''t think our promising Scottish right-back won''t do the same as the England striker...;-) Let''s hope Andrew Cave-Brown will finally get a game under PG!
 2.
she isn''t a celebrity David.. not all footballers, especially not ones who play for sleepy backwater clubs in the middle of nowhere, have celebrity girlfriends.. and i''d take what u read on Wikipedia with a pinch of salts jas :)
HAHA! I don''t want to find out did he have a girl friend but just very interesting why she was an old lady! You were correct not all footballers had celebrity girlfriend, but why we are sleep back water club? ;-)
 3.
Please - the only reason he''s playing Renton, Smart and even Martin is because he has NO CHOICE! Are people starting to see why Worthington did''nt loan out fringe players, the minute an injury crisis arrives you''re done to 16 years olds. Before you say but you can recall - which manager in there right mind wants a player who could leave at any moment. Watch the reaction when we get beat on Sunday when it may well be against Men against Boys.
Yes of course we played the kids only because we had nobody except the Norwich fans. ;-) But I should think when Grant take over, he already know how thin our squad depth is, he should know we will get injuries and some player cannot play for a while. He know Earnie injured while the transfer window is still open and if he decide he don''t want to play Martin, he should go to the loan market to pick up a striker, or not loan out Jarvis and Henderson. On this Sunday of course it''s man against boys if you compare with Alan Lee and Francis Jeffers against Martin and Renton, we know it.
 4. I should say Worthy DID NOT LIKE OUR YOUNGSTERS because many of our promising young boys releaed, good example is Hayes and Crow
 5.
I''m guessing Digital Phones Company, Colmans, Proton/Lotus, Flybe offered a hell of a lot more money.
I still find in Hong Kong''s supermarket there are some Colmans products on sale here, it''s great to see there are something produce in Norwich can be find in Hong Kong!
 6.
theres only one person who can really answer your question buddy and thst Peter Grant, i''m hoping we''ll see some of the younger guys get a chance on sunday though, give them a chance to make a real impact rather than trying to give them a game in the league cup which nobody really follows
Yes hopefully he will read your comment and make a correct decision, at least to play a player in the right position, hopefully is Anderw Cave-Brown for his home debut!!!
 7.
you really do have a thing about Cave-Brown dont you???. but if Crofty is injured you cant stick Cave-Brown in there, it has to be Bally Smart purely because he will be alot more aggresive in that position that a right back OR Andy Hughes. taking the game to Ipswich is the only way we are going to beat them. they will come at us like a train!!!.
Ha ha, I would like to see Cave-Brown play of course but in right position, I would not try to put him in anywhere liked Grant put Hughes. Cave-Brown best position is right-back.
 8.
...the Hucks injury. It''s all in the name of tricking the scum.
Honestly honestly, I don''t think Hucks feint injured yesterday, because he was a Norwich fans liked the academy players and want to play for Norwich City, I am a bit worrying be honest...:-(
 9.
probley because he puts so much effort in and seems to play better at right-back than anywhere else
Not really agree and I would prefer to see Cave-Brown a player who can overlap and have more pace to play at right-back, hopefully the manager will see it... Again, if you don''t play him, you''ll never know how good or how bad they are
 10. If Ryan Jarvis recall, so we will have Martin, Renton and Jarvis play up front together??? Oh mine!!!
 11.
You could have put the quote in context - Grant thinks that a performance from the youngsters will be enough to see off the scummers. Given the number of times the suffolk kindergarten has produced the goods over us in recent seasons, perhaps we''ll see a return to supremacy by fielding the younger of the two teams on Sunday! Warner, Cave-Brown, Shackell, Spillane, Drury, Croft, Etuhu, Hughes, Eagle, Martin, Renton. Average age 22 (21 for the outfield players). If Croft can''t play, Hughes would switch to the right, with Bally Smart getting his first start. The outfield would have an average age of 20 - how could Tahn compete with such youthful enthusiasm? Yes, I''m worried too!
I doubt Smart will get the first start, but I don''t know Crofty was injured? Surely Andrew Cave-Brown should be ahead of Smart...
 12.
For the 1st time this season, I really wasn''t bothered at all by the result last night.  As all my concentrations and hope is geared towards this coming Sunday.  Unfortunately, all I can see is a bad loss against a team who I detest, but also, have been scoring for fun, against us, who are struggling to get a starting 11 let alone a 16 man squad.  Sounds like they played quite well against Burnley, but this game is much bigger,  hopefully they will show no fear.  After reading the pinkun match report and listening to what people I know had to say about the game, who listened to it, some of Grants issues with the match officials were unfounded, and also, from Grant pretty much saying we deseerved to win the game, the commentary and match report say otherwise.  Who am I to believe, unless the interviewer couldn''t fully understand Grant and just wrote what he thinks he said!
I was with you. I listened to Canary Call after the game even it''s 4:45am, I recall one callers said right, this game was a test for young players, let them played and let them made mistakes, because it''s just similar to everyone go to school, you worked on the subject but if you want to decide how good you were, you need to take the test and exam -- that''s the academy players had yesterday. I would think a defeat was better since you can let the kids to taste success so easily.
 13.
Worthy won''t get the job full time and Shackell would never sign for any team managed by Worthy.
You are correct, surely Shacks did not like Worthy
 14. Full credit to Peter Grant to give the kids the chance to play yesterday, also after the game he give great encouragement to them, not moaning about losing the game, but of course the kids really impress and Grant just said what he see. I had to repeat again I only rely to know about the game by listen the LIVE commentary from the Canaries World, also watch the highlights after the game, but honestly I just become more frustrated and frustrated to know why Andy Hughes get start on right-back game after game after game after game? I have nothing against Andy as a player I have to say first, also he is the captain material I would say. Grant said he did not like to play player out of their position, and did he know we sign Andy Hughes for a replacement of Gary Holt -- the best defensive midfielder we had in last few seasons? In last 5 or 6 games, Andy Hughes final ball was awful, no matter taken a free kick or made a cross from the byline. Did PG know we have three right-backs in the squad, included two of them from overseas also promising Scottish (I had to mention this!) under-19 international Andrew Cave-Brown? They are out and out right-back and I am sure their natural defending and especially overlapping would be better than Andy. If you recall we get Gary Holt played on right-back before, and what''s the final outcome? Not very good but just for emergency! Hay we have three choices to choose and I really do not believe Andy would be the best choice out of those three. PG play the kids in other position, but why not right-back? We should give Andrew Cave-Brown on right-back against Ipswich Town on Sunday.
 15.
Yes  that was me, the last caller on Canary Call and I know my voice waivered cause I was nervous but I was so angry with the caller who rang and said he didn''t mind if we lose to Ipswich 3-0. grrrrrrrrrrr I had to make the point that the game was about passion and pride, that us fans dont want to be humiliated and that it was like a cup final to us.Also the players owe it to us fans to go out there and give it everything they''ve got.   Hope I wasn''t too embarrassing [:)]
Honestly I did not live in Norwich City you know, but I still understand what is "local pride", it''s the same as Hong Kong compete with China I think. I try to think the man who mentioned about he did not mind about lose 0-3, is not he did not want local pride, he just want the manager to give the lads a go in the big occasion, not risk the injured senior pro to play for this game. Just one question, will you start Earnie or Hucks (we know Earnie just back from long term injury and Hucks was injured yesterday) if they are not fit? Derby game is tough match-up you know and both players MUST BE TREATED ROUGHLY, do you want them to get carried injured inside the first 15 minutes and the opposition just have 3 bookings? That''s for you to think...
 16.
Looks like a 5-0 victory to the scummers then???
I am not sure, maybe, but most importantly is the performance of the team, also the depth of the squad can be trained from the first team game, or BIG DERBY MATCH, not the reserves.
 17.
Sounds like that Renton was winning a lot of headers even thou he is not a big lad, thats quite encouraging for me, look at his age and the fact he will develop physically plus he did not get too outmuscles by there center backs, I know I didn''t watch it thou.
He was Scottish so I would think he will get a better chance to play... well he played quite well yesterday be honest, deserved a chance on Sunday
 18.
Is there any way to watch the game on the net ?
Surely not this one be honest
 19.
hucks got a back injury not strained muscle
Yeah, BBC Radio Norfolk just confirmed!
 20.
Are they the youngest strikers to play for norwich at the same time?
I think so, it would never happen under Nigel Worthington
 21.
Press Association have sent out an amended team sheet with Hucks on the bench
Renton start the game instead of Hucks? OH...I can''t believe it....
 22. Dion hit the bar!!! OH the old man nearly does it!!!
 23.
ahhhhh Canaries world down AGAIN!
No it worked.... Just don''t understand why Hughes start ahead of Cave-Brown Hucks out and Renton in????
 24. Warner Hughes  Dublin  Shackell  Drury Croft  Etuhu  Spillane  HughesEagle  Huckerby Martin sub: Gallacher, Renton, Cave-BrownEarnshaw, Eagle, Smart Still I don''t understand why a right-back on the bench, and start a midfielder on right-back?
 25.
tough one this as injury hell                                                      Warner Cave-Brown           Spillane/ Shacks           Dion                  Drury Croft                       Hughes                      Dickson               Eagle                                Martin                       Hucks  Subs  Gallagher, Earnie, Renton, Doc + ?
Don''t think Doc will play, maybe some academy players will come in!
