Read an article on Earnshaw saying how he might have to leave WBA to get a place in the Wales squad. Id make an offer for him. Feel we need another goal scorer. Better than Morrison if you ask me even if he is a wierd looking midget. Proven goal scorer in Prem and CCC. Not sure if he would drop a division or how much he would cost?! linked on planetfootball.com with freddy eastwood and does mention lee trundle. Worthy should definitely go for eastwood in jan!! but southend are doing superbly in league one.great potential for eastwood. Scored a nice one against us in the pre season friendly too!!

Seen reports of him making a possible loan switch to Leeds. I hope worthy is trying to get his foot in the door! He was a great hope for Man Utd and im pretty sure he could do a great job in the CCC. With all our midfield problems he''d be a great asset. Feelings??

the reception at half time and a most likely grilling from worthy certainly fired them up for the second half! I think its got to the stage where we cant credit players for giving it their all if they aint good enough. I no we have got serious injury problems but we really need better class in the team. Hughesy gives it his all, a very passionate player who runs his nuts off and tackles hard. But i think thats it. So many midfield problems. The simple thing is, we never replaced Francis! Michael Brown is sitting on his ass at spurs, why haven''t we approached him with all the recent business with spurs it''d be worth a pop. I agree with Hucks not trackin back 100% tho. But still dont rate Brennan one bit. We need loan signings fast and in Jan to splash out with the 2mill on quality!! But i have doubts as i bet many City fans do about what Worthy wil do. I am still backing him tho. Its east to blame him, but look at the severed squad he has to work with.

i was at the game and thought Henderson was absolutely shocking along with Brennan. Henderson lost the ball too often and just has no physical presence at all. Brennan should jus be sold, simple as. He isn''t in the league of players we need for promotion pushing. The one thing im realising is that Hucks thrives on his space to run with the ball and just couldnt have that last night and men were on him straight away. Also thanks to all the players for recognising the effort we put in after the match, but Worthy just kept his head down and looked in dispair, He is losing it big time!! Finally not too sure the morale would have been boosted with the booing at half time. Haven''t heard anything like that in a long long time. just rekon worthy is waiting. he said there wasnt much available so im gettin this horrible feeling if morrison deal falls through there wont be any ohters available. i rekon cresswell for 1.15 mill is a steal for leeds. should also look at varney of crewe maybee? another one from the crewe ranks. havin a great season so far

with so little time left in the transfer window i would not be wanting to be left waiting to here from morrison. Id spend the 2 mill on a quality centre mid, ie sidwell and a decent centre back. I would then get on the blower to worthys old pal wenger and get Quincy Owusu Abeyie on loan for a season. He would frighten the hell out of any championship with his speed and ability. Combined with Ashtons technical ability i think we would be on to a winner!!

read today he left carrow road without putting pen to paper as he wanted to speak to palace. I got a bad feeling he will go back to his old club. Especially as he is a London boy. Lets just hope Palace couldnt match our wages or overall fee. god everyone here is soooo pessismistic its depressing!! leatest on planetfootball.com is about wigan being desperate for another striker but even achknowledges on there that Ashton is unlikely even after the morrison deal. This is worthy tryin to take us places and all he does is get slated. all this talk ive read on ere maybe gettin the sack is disgustin considering what he has done for us! Bide your time and let the man work. He did it 2 yrs ago did he not?? This new strike force will dominate the champ! if ashton goes pls ignore the above!!

just got back and we were terrible! Francis walked around the whole game and didnt look to care. Mckenzie was just clumsy all afternoon. My surprise was Doherty looked quite good in centre back. Charlton in central midfield was a strange one!!! Nothing from Peter Thorne. We didnt deserve to lose cos all they had were 3 shots all day and we had all the possession but overall i was dissapointed. Need Ashton back ASAP

my mate who is a spurs fan really rates him. think he would be more suited to the fizzy pop than bentley. scored to screamers in one game last season! Id be happy to see him sporting yellow and green for a season!!
