1. Come on lets give Jamie a break!!  Ok he hasn''t had the best start to the season but neither has the whole team.  Glenn is starting to turn things round and I think all Jamie needs is a couple of goals and his confidence will return and we will then get the best out of him.  He needs decent service which in my opinion is something he has not yet had.  Give him a chance he is Norwich City through and through.
 2. Obviously we would want to get Taylor back on a permanant basis. Pattison is player I think we should also keep and make perm but I''d like to see him playing in the middle of the park more breaking up the play.  He is such a hard worker!! Ched, we should try and keep him until the end season, such a good young player.  Would love to make him perm but that ain''t very likely Smith, worked wonders at QPR last year but not done a lot for us, I think we should probably let him go back to Chelsea unless we see some big improvment over xmas. Mo, keep till the end of the season but no longer
 3.

Spurs fans to Sol Campbell - Campbell loves Barrymore Campbell loves Barrymore
Why would Sol Campbell like Barrymore, he hasn''t been on TV for years? Morrocan All Over The World and WLY Paul McVeigh have been the best of recent years. OTBC still makes the hairs stand up on the back off my neck when sung by the whole ground and not rushed through at 100mph. P.S. I was under the impression that there was a general consensus between City fans that singing ''We Shoot Burglars'' and ''There''s Only One Tony Martin'' didn''t exactly do much to improve the impression most people have of us Norfolk folk. Plus, it''s not exactly topical is it?
Spurs fans claim as has been rumoured in the press that Campbell is g@y hense campbell loving barrymore.  Also why spurs fans would sing a few years ago Viera woowooa Viera woowooa, he wants to leave the scum bcause campbell wants his bum Viera woohooa Viera woohooa Also another classic chant whilst old can be sung to Liverpool fans to tune of You''ll Never Walk Alone: Sign on, Sign on with a pen, in your hand and your never get a job you''ll never get a job
 4.
I live in Brighton and when he was sold to Celtic for £1.5mill even the most ardent Brighton fan couldn''t believe it - there was much talk of Strachan doing Brighton a favour (McGhee must have the negatives....). Virgo is most certainly not better than what we have here.
IMO that simply isn''t true, I know a lot of Brighton fans having grown up in the area who watched Brighton week in week out and they were diappointed when Virgo left Brighton becasue he was generally seen as one of there best players.   I think they saw it as a good deal because they have no money and Â£1.5m for a young player made good business sense to a club with nothing.  I''m not saying he is the best player in the world and i haven''t seen him play since he left Brighton (because is used to get free tickets) but when i watched the match at layer road the other night and how well he played it just reminded me of how we could really do with someone like him.  I might be wrong but its just an opinion based on seeing him as a youngster and watching that one match.
 5.
He did have a good game, however I saw him play for Col U recently against Watford and he looked pretty average. He messed up big time for Marlon King''s goal when he attempted to head a long ball back and simply fell over. Taylor is a much better option. AMBITION!
I agree I would have taylor over Virgo all day long.  But I do also know from watching him as a youngster down at Brighton that if we can''t get Taylor this guy could be a good option.  Either way it doesn''t really matter unless the board can come up with some money for Glenn to spend we won''t get either
 6. There have been some good chants but a couple of my favorites have to be: To Dean Gerkin - Your dad''s a cucumber your dad''s a cucumber Spurs fans to Sol Campbell - Campbell loves Barrymore Campbell loves Barrymore This season Charlton vs Southampton - Andy Reid takes a corner in front of the Charlton fans to the chants of Reidie Readie.  He takes the corner only for it to go straight back out of play for another corner this time in front of the Southampton fans and the chants of You fat bastard You fat bastard.  The contrast in the space of 15 seconds was fantastic!!
 7.
At this moment in time people are still 50-50 on weather we''ll even end up with just Taylor.
That is a fair point but I was just trying to say that I think regardless of us getting Taylor or not he would be a great addition to the team and that if we could get both we would have a very solid defence in my opinion
 8.
At this moment in time people are still 50-50 on weather we''ll even end up with just Taylor.
Fair point, but regardless of us getting Taylor or not I think he could be just the kind of player we need and if we did have both that would be a major brucie bonus!!
 9. I watched the Norwich vs Colchester match on the TV at the wkend and while it was a very poor match I was quite impressed with the Colchester centre back Adam Virgo.  He is currently on loan to them from Celtic and I was thinking that he could be a great addition to us.  When he was at Brighton he had a great reputation but since his £1.5m move north of the border things haven''t quite worked out for him.  If we could get Taylor and Virgo in January we would have one of the most solid pairings at the back in the championship. What does everyone think?
 10. Come on everyone cheer up a little bit!!  Ok it is disappointing that we have lost Tiny and I would now be very surprised if we get him in January but he is only one 1 player.  Ok 1 very good player that we would all have loved to see stay but it is still a team game and the team is doing well and fingers crossed that Glenn has got someone else in mind to bring in.  It would appear that to sign Taylor would have meant using virtually the whole transfer kitty for January meaning no other signing.  At least we have a transfer kitty available in January and i think if Taylor had taken all that up then we have made the right chose not sign him.  We need more than just 1 centre back. Xmas is going to be difficult now but we do now have The Doc back and despite what many people say and he does have his flaws he can play well in the championship plus with Ched Evan in the team up front Dublin is not need up front as much so he can also play centre back so it isn''t all doom and gloom just because Tiny Taylor has left.
 11. Lets hope that this is the reason why Tiny Taylor has not extented his loan move with us.  It does seem strange if this is the case because it has been made clear that he has no future at Birmingham so why would they not allow us to extend his loan move??? Maybe we could get him in January. To be honest I think him signing for us now can be no more than wishful thinking.  He will probably end up at a club further up the league with a chance of promotion and who can blame him for this as he is a quality player.  At least Glenn will now be clear that Tiny won''t be staying and can go out there and find someone to replace him.  Lets hope that Shacks and Doc can do the job between now and January
 12. I think putting a second tier on the city stand at the moment is one of the most stupid ideas i''ve ever heard.  If we get relegated we will won''t be selling out the stadium week in week out.  We need to be investing in the team at the moment not the stadium.  Money needs to be put into players and should that investment in players get us into the Premership then we could look and increasing the capcity of Carrow Road but not before.  I and I''m sure the team would prefer to have a full small stadium than a half full big one.
 13.
the footage of Sharp running down in front of the Barclay giving it the finger to the lips "Shhhhh" gesture? And then celebrating in front of the Shef Utd fans still oblivious to the linesmans flag?
I didn''t see this until last night on SkySports1 Big League Weekend Review and it was absolutly fantasic!!! Made himself look like a right tw@t!!  Ha Ha!!
 14.
Today in the Daily Telegraph transfer talk section said city were getting Ameobi and Ramage in January!!!! Lets hope this is true!!!!
I would love this to be true, espeically Ameobi but these are Premership quality players so I can''t see why they would want to come to us??? I think this is just rumour mill stuff because of the Roeder connection
 15. I think the next 4 games will decide if we can put a Dowie/Palace run together in the second half of the season and get in the playoff''s.  We have 2 games against teams at the bottom of the league in Colchester and Scumthorpe both away from home.  If we win these it will take us nicely clear of the relegation zone.  Then we have 2 games against teams at the top of the league in Wolves and Charlton both games at home.  If we can beat both of these teams, which i think we can because we are at home then a push for the playoff''s is quite possible. This xmas is crucial, 4 wins in 4 and we could be as high as mid table.  Its a big ask but you never know.
 16.
So you thinki the board were right and 90% of the fans were wrong? Or is the jury still out?
I think the board were right and I think 90% of the fans were wrong. At the end of the day Roeder has come here and he has done a great job so far and I think he has already proved himself so the jury shouldn''t still be out imo.  If Jewell had of come here he might have done just as good of job, I don''t think he would have but we will never know. Roeders job isn''t finished yet it has only just begun but what a begining!  There will be downs and we won''t win every match but give Glenn time and on current form with a little bit of luck I can see us back in the Premership within the next 3 years.
 17. I don''t think we will get promoted this season because we are to far behind but you never know. I also think that the squad simply isn''t strong enough to challenge for promotion.  A couple of injuries and suspensions and we wouldn''t be looking so good.  Also next year Dion will have retired and Hucks will definatly be even more past his best. We need to strengthen the squad in January and you never know with a very good run we might make the playoffs but probably not.  We will then need to strengthen in the summer and then we have a chance next season.
 18.

McCarthy took Sunderland back down with a record low of points. we were S**t in our prem season and even we did better than Sunderland did that year. On that basis, how could you want him to take you into the promised land if you were only going to have a season like that?
Now there is a question.......would anyone on here take a promotion this year on the basis of getting spanked every week in the Prem next year? I think I just might?
You have to say yes we would definatly take promotion this year for a couple of reasons. Firstly Money, we would get a load of money for a year in the Premership plus another 2 years of parchute payments should we get relegated. Secondly You never know, we could stay up, look at Reading and Wigan it can be done Thirdly Experience, it would give our players so much experience and it doesn''t stop GR building a squad while he up there
 19. Yes we can make the playoff!! BUT We are gonna need a lot of luck!!  We have got 2 crucial away games to Colchester and Scumthorpe which are both very winnable games espiecally when you consider they are both in the bottom 3 of the form table and bottom 5 of the actual table.  If we win those and keep the confidence going I think we could win against Charlton and Wolves because we will be playing at home. If and it is a BIG IF we win all 4 of those games it will take us right up the table very quickly and then who knows??  Its been done before by Sunderland last year and Palace a few years before.  I''m trying not to get over exciteded because when all is said and done I will be happy just to finish outside the relegation zone but I can''t help but dream.
 20. Bobby Robson is a true gent and one of the great football man of this world.  It is very disappointing that a man of such high calibe made his name down the road at the scum but I can honestly say that I could never hold that against him. I was very pleased that he won the life time achievement award but its just such a shame to see the condition he is in now :-(.  Congratulations Bobby!!
 21.
What gives you the right to say '' i was glad he did it '' you are an absolute idiot we8wba what gives you the right to be critical about NCFC on NC fans wesbite? Molineux is a dump (admittedly ive never been there but it doesnt appear to have any atmosphere) and is full of chavy idiots like you.
Come on CT i think you are being a bit unfare on we8wba here.  He is just putting his opinion accross and i think that many of us are taking what he is saying the wrong way.  He has said that he likes GR and that he is doing a good job but he doesn''t think he is the best manager in the Championship.....thats his opinion and he has given good reason for this.  I think Glenn is the best manager for Norwich at the moment but to be honest he probably isn''t the best manager in the league because the one at the top of the table come the end of the season will be the best manager in the league an i don''t think that will be us.
 22.
Do they show Mayweather/Hatton 24/7 in the UK?  Its a behind the scenes of the 2 fighter''s camps,
Yeah they do show the Mayweather/Hatton 24/7 over here and i have got to say that when i''m watchin it one minute i''m thinking Hatton wil win the next Mayweather then Hatton then Mayweather.  Its such a close fight that it is hard to predict.  Having said that i do believe that Hatton will win, Mayweather is a broken man with dodgy hands, elbow and back.  Watching him train is impressive because of his speed but he never seems to hit the bag with any power unlike Hatton. Hatton is going over in typically British Bulldog style and he will win
 23. Are you crazy??? I think building a team is far more important than increasing the capcity of the stadium.  We fill the stadium out nicely now which is greats because it create''s a good atmosphere.  If we added say another 8,000 seats I don''t think we would get another 8,000 supporter through the door thus reducing the atmosphere, increasing the debt and having even less to spend on the squad. Bad idea, for gods sake don''t mention this idea to the board.
 24. This is a difficult game to predict, I think it will be a high scoring game because of utd are strong going forward with the likes of Beatie and we still ain''t great at the back yet.  They also have problems at the back probably more than us now so I think we will definatly score goals against them. We win 3-2, Curro Hatrick
 25.

and how he is rated above people like mccarthy, mowbray dowie etc
Has McCarthy managed in the Premiership ?  I can''t remember.  But I don''t think he has.
McCarthy managed Sunderland winning them promotion and the follwoing season achieved something no other manager has........the lowest total poinits for a Premership season (Derby could change that this season though)
