1. I think CH is on holiday at the moment? seem to remember it being mentioned. He''s probably sat by the pool going through our player profiles with a Margarita in hand deciding how best to use Hoolahan (unlike Trapattoni) on putting a few past Shay Given next season.   Looking forward to who he brings in don''t think it''ll be too long after he comes back, hopefully he''ll talk Holt round and bolster our defence a bit (Curtis Davies?) Personally, I''d expect our first signing to be early July once the dust''s settled on the Euros.
2. I''m optimistic, from what was avaliable at the time Hughton for me stands out as the type of manager we need and that fits the mould for what Mcnally and the Norwich board wants to achieve, continued progression without putting the club in financial jeapody.   He seems to be the logical successor to Lambert for continuation of keeping the squad playing together as a team. From press reports, other forums, players and fans comments he''s earned a huge amount of respect for not only what he achieved at Newcastle and Birmingham under very tough conditions of transfer embargoes and limited funds, but also being a nice bloke as well.   When he was appointed one of the phrases I remember was pretty much "evolution not revelution". He''s got the basis of a very good young team with hopefully not big player egos to deal with. I personally think Lambert was one of the best manager we''ve ever had, but I also think Hughton could be the man to take us to the next level which would be consolidating out position in the premier league, similar to what David Moyes and Everton have done.
3. Thought this was an interesting article on Curtis Davies and his opinion on Chris Hughton''s man management style. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18027607 Seems as if he could be as big a fan of Davies as we are. I would be very happy if CH goes in for him.
4. Pleased for the lad, well deserved and a good player. Liked the statements he came out with re looking forward to the season and how much he loves the area and playing for our club. Get the feeling he could be another Adam Drury and be around for a long time.
5. It''s very rare I post on here, but after reading through the excellent and well thought out posts on this thread I thought I''d join in a little bit...with a inane and rambling post. Even though the club has had near capacity crowds for quite a few seasons, I can understand why they are waiting to be established in the Premier League before considering any ground expansion. Apart from the fact we nearly went bankrupt in recent times, I''d guess they are making sure the club is on a secure enough financial footing before investing what would be a large sum of money in increasing ground capacity, just in case the worst happens in the next couple of seasons and we pop back down the the Championship for a brief visit!I occasionally speak with someone at the club, and at the moment most the staff have been moved from the Geoffrey Watling stand to the Jarrold Stand, which will soon become pretty much totally empty of staff.I did ask if this was in preparation for expansion etc. but I was told the reason was that some recently vacated offices were avaliable in the Jarrold stand and they decided to use them instead of leaving them empty. If that was a smokescreen I don''t know, but it could be the start of a possible expansion plan.I''d love to have the increased capacity in the ground and feel that we would be able to fill it to near capacity whatever league we''re in. 6. Bless him, It makes my day when he makes a new video. especially the one after he became a unwitting star.
7. The phones at CR must be red hot ;)I do also know someone at the club, (honest) and they either know nothing or they aren''t saying anything, When questioned they seemed quite genuine in saying they haven''t heard anything.I know I rarely post on here, but thought I''d share that bit of info.
8. Keene, although I hope not as I''m looking forward to another year of him terrifying the journos/squad/general public/small children etc.

12. Don''t know about him beating Ralf Hunt''s record (wouldnt put money on him not though).I think he could cut it at Championsip level, at least 10 goals a season. Although the step up might be a bit daunting at first, if he managed to score a couple of goals early on I think another run would/could be entirley possible.Nice to see a player enjoying his football and scoring for fun. If he keeps it up he''ll be a club legend in no time.More worried about Hoolihan leaving than Holt, I think Holt may have found the club he wants to stay at, just a personal opinion.
13. Have to go for 1. Hoolahan 2. Holt 3. Askou But quite a few other players are playing well, Forster, Rusty & Martin.
14.
how on earth can you compare losing 6 0 away at fulham in a vital game to losing away in the second round of the cup to a team at the same level? yes, we should have reformed better, but we do not however have a god given right to win every game. we may consider these teams to be poor sides but this does not mean that we do not have to earn the right to play. we lost this time in the cup to a team who consider lesser. it has happened before and it will happen again. its just football- ask charlton.
Totally agree, everyones allowed a off day, as long as it''s addressed on the training ground and leeson learned.
