BEFORE THE NEXT GAME WE HOPE GLENN AND HIS STAFF BEGIN THE LONG HAUL TO OUR SURVIVAL IN THIS LEAGUE , WITH POSSIBLE LOAN SIGNINGS ARRIVING TO SHARPEN  THINGS UP [ AND BOY ARE THEY NEEDED ] THIS BREAK IN THE SEASON HAS COME AT JUST THE RIGHT TIME  , IT WILL PROVIDE GLENN WITH A REAL CHANCE TO PUT HIS IDEAS INTO ALL ASPECTS OF TRAINING ECT. THINGS CERTAINLY NEED FRESHENING UP IN ALL AREAS OF OUR PLAY  [ DEFENDING,PASSING , CROSSING, SHOOTING AND MOST IMPORTANT IN MY OPINION TEAMPLAY ]  I AM FULLY BEHIND THE NEW MANAGEMENT AND WISH THEM EVERY SUCCESS IN TURNING THINGS  AROUND .      P.S    IT IS GOOD NEWS SUPPORTERS ARE AGAIN ALLOWED AT COLNEY  , IN SOME CASES ITS THE ONLY CHANCE FOR SOME YOUNG FANS TO SEE THEIR HEROES CLOSE UP [ A POSITIVE MOVE BY THE CLUB AT LAST ] ...................................COME ON CITY  [ WE CAN AND WILL SURVIVE ]

So many posts after Watford match seem to say not good enough for this league ect. those who get pleasure from our position [ ment to be supporters ] are having a great time but in my opinion are causing more troubles than they are solving , yes we have one hell of a job on no question BUT IT CAN BE DONE with everyone getting right behind the current set up . Whether Roeder was yours or my choice matters not he is in charge and i will not join the moaners but continue to support whoever plays and only give judgment at the end of the season when hopefully survival in this league is confirmed i also still wont rule out a run at the play-offs stranger things have happened in football and with the right signings and direction from the coaching staff any thing is possible if you keep the faith , i am sure we are all aware of our short comings and even after only two matches  Glenn included and lets give him our true support to put them in order   COME ON CITY.......................

WE CAN STILL GET OUT OF THIS MESS 93 POINTS ARE STILL UP FOR GRABS SO KEEP THE FAITH , WE WERE UP AGAINST THE TOP TEAM IN THIS LEAGUE AND ONLY LAST SEASON A PREMIER SIDE WHO KEPT MOST OF THE TEAM INTACT ,    ALSO THIS WATFORD   SIDE  NEW HOW TO WIN AWAY UNLIKE OUR ENEMIES FROM SUFFOLK  AND ALTHOUGH A POINT OR THREE WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE WHO CAN HONESTLY  SAY IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EXPECTED  ,  WE MUST WIN GAMES AGAINST OUR NEAREST TEAMS AT ANY COST AND STEAL POINTS WHEN WE TAKE ON THE SO CALLED BIG BOYS UNTIL THIS CRISIS IS OVER IF IT TAKES ALL SEASON SO BE IT  ......................COME ON CITY           

There are so many so called fans on these message boards who seem set on only their views being heard WHY i am entitled to my opinion as much as the next fan ,  i maybe new at posting my views but i am not a new city fan in any way ,  my first city game was  60/61 season and yes i have seen some awful performances and some very dodgy city players  [ crickmore , sheffied . blair , ] to name but a few  and  i am aware this does not make my ideas on city more or less important than others but i am sure you will admit i am entittled to them . I DO BELIEVE PRIDE IN OUR CLUB HAS BEEN RESTORED OR AT LEAST WELL ON THE WAY IN ONLY A FEW DAYS BY RECENT AVENTS .  time  will tell were we end up this season but in my mind  very promising signs are there for all to see fingers crossed . COME ON CITY

I FEEL PROUD OF MY TEAM AGAIN TODAY ,IT HAS BEEN SUCH A TERRIBLE START TO THE SEASON ,  DREAMS OF A  PREMIER  RETURN WERE ON MOST FANS WISH LISTS BUT THINGS HAD GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE .   TODAY HAS RESTORED THE FAITH  I AM SURE  IN MOST FANS EYES,  THIS TEAM PLAYED WITH REAL PASSION ,ATTACKING ALL THE MATCH  A JOY FOR ALL TO SEE , THE RESULT WAS SO HARSH ON CITY BUT FOR ALL THE MISTAKES OF THE OFFICIALS IT WAS NOT THEM BUT OUR JAIMIE WHO SOMEHOW MISSED TWO GILT EDGE CHANCES TO SEAL VICTORY  AND YES I KNOW THERE IS A LONG WAY TO GO BUT  WE NOW LOOK LIKE WE CAN GET OUT OF THIS MESS [ STILL A TOUGH JOB ] AND THEN WHO KNOWS WERE WE COULD END UP  . WELL DONE GLENN KEEP IT UP YOU AND CITY JUST MIGHT BE MADE FOR EACH OTHER ?          COME ON CITY........................................ 

THE SEASON FOR US STARTS TODAY SO LETS GET RIGHT BEHIND ALL AT THE CLUB GLENN/LEE/ALL THE PLAYERS and yes even the BOARD we must all be aiming in one direction not split which only aids our opposition , there is one hell of a job on at carrow rd   but as i said at the start there is 99 points up for grabs lets have a bloody good go at it and the only way is for all factions to stick firmly together whatever our views .

Messagers coming through from toon fans seems very encouraging it would appear both GLENN AND LEE were well liked by majority of Newcastle supporters ,  also a few names leaking out on various posts on possible loan signings how true who knows , JAMES TROISI [19] midfielder , MATHEW PATTERSON [ 21 ] midfieder , DAVID EDGAR [20] defender , PETER RAMMAGE [24] defender , these are all young toon players so links could be on the right lines as the new managment team would already have a good knowledge of their various abilities and failings . I have seen the last two play on the box and they looked  pretty handy and would certainly add to our defence personal and we still seem short in that area even with the swift signing of TAYLOR  [ pity only for 1 month ] . COME ON CITY THREE POINTS SUNDAY

Team strengthening started already a very promising beginning keep up the good work GLENN .............. ON  THE  BALL  CITY ..

CANNOT PICK TEAM FOR SUNDAY FOR SEVERAL REASONS [1] POSSIBLE LOAN SIGNINGS [2] ROEDER  HAS STATED HE ONLY WANTS PLAYERS WHO WANT TO PLAY FOR THIS CLUB [3] HE SEEMS TO GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUNG PLAYERS SO SOME OF OUR SO CALLED KIDS COULD GET A LOOK IN ..............

THIS WAS AS FAR AS  I  AM  AWARE  DONE VERY HUSH HUSH, PERHAPS SOMEONE IS DOING SAME THING AT CITY WHO KNOWS ?  [ WE WILL BE THE LAST TO FIND OUT AS NORMAL ] BUT IT COULD BE HAPPENING.....

33 games to play , our season clearly starts on sunday 12:45 no ifs no buts [ some of our so called team had a hell of a long pre-season ] as glenn has already stated these overpayed  "players " must want to play for us and  if not replaced asap with ones who do .  if pearson is appointed ass. manager as another post has hinted at [ arrived at dunston hall wed. pm ] then things appear to at least be moving in the right direction . if as expected loan players follow close behind with another good coach then i am sure we can get out of this total mess we find ourselves in at present , we need the players to gel quick and we also need the fans [ us ] to get right behind the new structure of things .  ante delia / board or ante roeder protests are what we can clearly do without at this time and we might all get a nice surprise COME ON CITY

IT SEEMS ROEDER HAS MANY LINKS IN THE GAME AND WILL BE USING THOSE [ MATES ] TO HELP US OUT THIS CANNOT  COME SOON ENOUGH . I  EXPECT SOME SO CALLED FRINGE PLAYERS AT NEWCASTLE/WEST HAM AND MAYBE ARSENAL TO BE WELL KNOWN TO GLEN BUT WHO WOULD YOU LIKE HIM TO GET ??? 

WE WOULD I AM SURE ALL HAVE PREFERED MR JEWEL , BUT MR ROEDER COULD TURN OUT A BIG PLUS LETS GIVE HIM A BLOODY CHANCE AND GET BEHIND HIM AND ALL THOSE PLAYERS WHO WANT TO PLAY FOR OUR GREAT CLUB AND LETS HOPE HE SOON DITCHES THE REST .........COCOME ON CITY     P.S  HE IS ALREADY TALKING TO A NEW NUMBER 2 AND A NEW COACH AND DO NOT BE SURPRISED IF 1/2 LOAN SIGNINGS ARE HERE PRETTY SOON..

If   PAUL JEWEL or tom ,dick or harry is on his way get him here ASAP ,  let him start to sort out this mess NOW .  Do not leave it a minute longer give them the chance to turn it around or at least save us from the drop [ we are not too big a club to go down ] give whoever is chosen the whole week to prepare for THAT TEAM FROM DOWN SOUTH .

I must add to my previous post on this brilliant player ,  I was a fan of this great club when BIG RON signed for us  [and still am ]  he was the best header of a ball i have ever seen and am likely to see in my lifetime . He had a special gift for such a tall man of hanging in mid-air and powering his headers by arching his neck mussels  to full impact on the ball A REAL  CITY  LEGEND  [ i think DEAN ASHTON could turn out nearly as good but oh we sold him as well.............COME ON CITY
