3. Coulda woulda shoulda. Yes we should although all depends on cash, I think we were saving it all for the winger deal which fell through and by which time, the window had closed. Now it''s probably a case of whom and how much.
 4. On the internet by all accounts. Good times.
 5.
I think this is actually worth a separate thread, because the harsh reality is it''s very hard to find anyone available in our price bracket who wouldn''t be a gamble.
Considering where we are and what''s at stake, if we''re not going to gamble now then we never will.
 6. Desperate for another Striker if we wish to stand a chance in the Play-off''s.
 7. Official request made: Norwich City v Doncaster Rovers: Ryan asks League to call off game due to injuries Sponsored by Published on Tue Feb 22 07:58:53 GMT 2011 DONCASTER Rovers chairman John Ryan has asked the Football League to postpone tonight’s Championship game with Norwich City. Ryan feels it will be unfair if Rovers have to play without the 14 players who are currently unavailable due to injury. The Football League says it will leave the decision down to the club but can hit Rovers with a hefty fine if the move is not deemed to be justifiable. Manager Sean O’Driscoll had 15 senior players at his disposal last weekend – including two goalkeepers – but does have youngsters available who can sit on the bench. Chairman Ryan said: “I think it will be grossly unfair on the rest of the league and unfair for us to play Norwich with so many injuries. Against Swansea last weekend, we did not have a single shot on goal. We might as well line-up 11 players on their goalline. The 25,000 people at the game won’t mind as long as Norwich win. If our first team was available, we would have a better chance of winning.” Midfielder Franck Moussa joined Rovers on loan from Leicester City prior to Saturday’s defeat at Swansea City and O’Driscoll was again looking to bolster his options last night. The list of players currently sidelined at the club reads: strikers Billy Sharp, James Hayter and Steve Brooker, midfielders James Coppinger, Martin Woods, Brian Stock, Ryan Mason, Simon Gillett and Ryan Burge, defenders Shelton Martis, Adam Lockwood, James O’Connor, Mustapha Dumbuya, and James Chambers. Last six games: Norwich WDWLWD, Doncaster Rovers LWLLLL Last time: Norwich 2 Doncaster Rovers 1; October 25, 2008, Championship. Referee: RJ Booth (Nottinghamshire).
 8.
If he continues to score who cares what his celebration looks like. It is pleasing to see a midfielder confidently put his chances away.
Spot on SF. Probably a personal joke or something but look at his passion. This isn''t a Roeder loon, this a Lamber loon.
 9.

http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=2yn30pi&s=7
Very good, thanks. Great roar, similar to the English world cup Rugby winning commentary... "Johnny Wilkinson drops for world cup glory..... YYYYEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS" (Brian Moore, I think it was)Radio Norfolk should release a compilation of this season''s highlights.
Wish they would, I would buy it, super stuff.
 10. Banana, it''s a great point that''s all. We had a bad game, very bad game and got a point. Job done.
 11.

Good hit by Landsbury!
Not sure about the celebration though.Actually I am sure, it was crap. Wenger wouldn''t ever allow that sort of nonsense!
Think it''s somewhat similar to when Crouch did his robotic dance, then saw it in the morning and vowed never to it again. Landsbury will wake up in his Boudoir Dunston Hall suite tomorrow and think, never again.

 14. I don''t really hate anyone, with exception of Sarah Palin perhaps. To be honest it''s all part of the banter, we hate you, you hate us and so on and so forth. I have a friend at work who comes from Leeds and we''ve basically spent the week emailing how much we hate each other and our respective teams. We shall be off for a pint tonight and a game of pool what ever happens.
 15.

looking at the situation of Barnett and being out for the year, i honestly think Lambo decision to let Nelson go could be one of his most costly mistakes he will make as a mangageri saluted him at the time for showing great loyalty to a player but the injury problem was a real concern and in a season when we are fighting for the prmiership he made a really really bad call in letting Nelson go- there is no other way to look at it, disasterous decision, i would much prefer our own CB to that of a loan.this thread is probably gonna get moved to join one of the others talking about the same situation but i just got home and saw the news about Barnett and i am pissed off with Lambert in all honesty (and this doesn''t include the fact i think the admiral is better at defending than ward)- it''s him that put us in this difficult situation, and i am not comfortable with a loan CB filling the gap in all honesty, much prefer someone with desire to play for CityIn conclusion i basically think we have seen Lamberts inexperience at manger level show here
Fair enough. I disagree, I don''t think Michael Nelson is a good enough defender to create a back line that would have been good enough consistently for us to achieve promotion. And Barnett was brought in as a loan originally and I didn''t see anyone knocking his commitment there (see also: Lansbury). This argument that "our own = better than a loan" doesn''t really hold water in my view. Under Roeder, maybe, but not now.
Agree with Mr Chops. Look at Landsbury, read his twitter (difficult I know sometimes) but he feels part of a squad not just a ''bolt-on part'' to use a Lakey euphemism. It''s all down to how the manager makes you feel. I''ve done plenty of temp jobs in the past, sometimes I felt utterly detached because I was ignored and left to get on with a task and in others felt utterly part of things because the manager made it that way. Lambert wouldn''t allow someone who wouldn''t care because he himself (perhaps selfishly in this context) wants promotion (and then not selfishly because we all do) and appears to care and knows how to go about it. This isn''t any old manager, this is Paul Lambert. It''s not Roeder and probably many more of his ilk. Loans can work as long as they are chosen and managed well. Human beings and all that.
 16. I suppose we can hope it will be shown in the Netherlands or something but I think we would have heard by now. Radio it will have to be but think we will be getting more televised games toward the back end of the season.
 17.
Sorry but not living in England so im asking...but aren''t there cameras everywhereeeeeeee in England. Wont this person be spotted or pointed out on cameras?
Yep and therefore it''s not a story. WE WON TODAY! Come on city.
