Appears not to be working. The presenter tells us who''s there then it simply repeats itself. Anyone else having the same problem?

what is the point of the premier league?
AndyJR replied to i need to be entertained's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Football as a whole needs to be looked at financially. It''s ludicrous having a club where by one player is worth more than the entire squad of another club in the same league. Of course the detractors will hate the idea of capping, as a) they support one of the ''Super club''s and b) are very probably greedy much like the players. The game is now being run by the players at the top who generally get what ever they wish, including decisions on the pitch it would seem. Create a European league and let the big boys play in that. Cap wages in correlation to support but ensuring it''s still competitive for each league and let football fans get back to supporting players who have pride in playing, not just in their wallets. Never happen. -
We are going down the route of togetherness which has served us brilliantly the past couple of seasons. My only fear is in the Premiership, in our mini league, the teams around us seem to have bolstered their squads and whilst we have spirit, a couple of injuries to key players leaves us on the ropes. Oh to have money! Still: On the days to call, which we have left behind, Our boyhood’s glorious game, And our youthful vigour has declined With its mirth and its lonesome end; You will think of the time, the happy time, Its memories fond recall When in the bloom of your youthful prime We’ve kept upon the ball Kick off, throw it in, have a little scrimmage, Keep it low, a splendid rush, bravo, win or die; On the ball, City, never mind the danger, Steady on, now’s your chance, Hurrah! We’ve scored a goal. City, City, City Let all tonight then drink with me To the football game we love, And wish it may successful be And in one grand united toast Join player, game and song And fondly pledge your pride and toast Success to the City club. Kick off, throw it in, have a little scrimmage, Keep it low, a splendid rush, bravo, win or die; On the ball, City, never mind the danger, Steady on, now’s your chance, Hurrah! We’ve scored a goal. You will be tested on it later!!!

Umm, I fear it will make little difference! We will go down to a Cricket score against that lot but then those teams won''t decide our season.

Lansbury getting interest from blackburn
AndyJR replied to smooth's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I had heard he had talked to us but I don''t think our budget will extend to the package he''s after. Shame, top class and if Blackburn get him at a good price, he will be an excellent investment. -
Any way to view or listen to tonight's match?
AndyJR replied to Muddy funster's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
there is a link to listen on Wrath but don''t know if it''s working, and I know the bloke who''s streaming it jolly well indeed. Strange. -
Shame there''s no commentary! Hope someone will keep us updated.

I rather like you Banana but that is simply ridiculous. Then again you do live in the fruit bowl!!!

If it''s a first draft then so be it. If not, doesn''t matter, I rather like it. Good fun.

I would have to put Duncan Forbes in, simply for 33 unbroken years of service to Nodge. Could defend a bit too. -
Green Jack brewery must be quaking in their boots. They have been producing "Canary Ale" for some years now ... Very nice it is too!! http://www.green-jack.com/our-real-ales
I like the sound of this one: The Norfolk Black is a Chocolaty Stout Spiced for Christmas with Vanilla, Orange and Cinnamon -

I can understand the club getting annoyed at the use of the crest but as for calling his ale ''On the ball City'', I think he''s well within his rights. Nobody owns a combination of colors and certainly not three words. Very petty Norwich. -

Shame the cutoff date isn''t the end of the first week in June, May is a long long month and £15 is £15. -
Norwich City will be a Premier League club next season.

Marvelous post. -
sign him up, quick!
This. I also think if we can get him for a decent price, he will be worth a fortune in years to go. Equally that''s a reason we probably won''t be able to afford him the first place but one can always dream...

Always seemed a decent chap but frankly my interest is this coming season. I''m sure someone mentioned We''re Premier League. Onwards and upwards for NCFC.
