    I´d imagine there are a lot of possible answers. I´ll go with who has the worst first touch in the Championship. One short free kick routine that managed to send us back about 20 yards off a simple pass into feet!! Don´t think there´s a lot of vitriol though and think there is a lot of good will for teh guy being as he´s been with us a long time. Needs a loan a la Cantwell to Holland. Just needs to get out somewhere, anywhere that´s a bit different for a season and see if he can hit double figures.

    if we keep playing like that we will be 15th-21st. any half decent side wouild have put 3 or 4 past them because lets face it they were dire. to get anywhere near the playoffs we need to be beating poor sides like them easily.

    Lets face it, it could go either way. There is potential in the squad but only that. Most need to regain previous form or break through. I admire LDCs optimism but Hernandez, Mclean and Buendia are untested at this level. Leitner and Rhodes were useful about 2 and a bit years ago, Pukki didn''t make the grade at Celtic, Krul got a serious injury and hasn''t looked the same since. Passlack sounds good on paper but needs to adjust to the Champs. Personally, I have a sneaky feeling that these gambles could well pay off and well have a half decent side out there. However, that is what we are doing - gambling.

    Could be a bit like Lukaku (if you''ve seen his piece about being Belgian / Congolese).... A legend for leaving the Binners and playing for a proper team when he is scoring for fun. When he''s playing shite then it will clearly be because he''s a Binner through and through. Either way he''ll keep this messageboard going for the whole season on his own.

    can see him being a good manager. seems an intelligent guy and obviously has good contacts. derby may be a tough gig though. if they start the first 10 badly then knives will be out. wouldve been better at forest with no real expectations

    it seems every week we are "controlling games" or "the only side likely to score" yet we dont. Is Farke hitting the PR offensive or are there signs that we are getting the right balance in the side and just lack a little cutting edge / luck? reading between the lines it sounds more as if we are toothless.

    cant be doing with these overly hopped yankee craft ales. a decent porter, imperial stout or a dark mild for me. old black shuck in november if its still made. in mexico bit difficult ti get decent ales but had a tasty lithuanian cherry beer the other week. if you can find it though... .gulden draak. the best beer ever made. or a liefmans kriek. or anything from belgium / trappists.

    every now and then we see players who are so obviously superior in both technique and football brain that they stand out. madders is very much in this category. i remember seeing ashley cole at carrow road when he was on loan at palace. i guess he was around 19-20 but so much better than all others on the pitch. leta face it, he would walk into any side in the champs. hanley and klose would raise some interest. gunn too but aince he isnt ours its not worth debating. outsidr of that i dont think we can honestly say that any top 6 champs side would take anyone else. on that basis and the goals hes scored and made we are very close to being a one man team.

    poor guy. our darren anderton. much like darren, a formerly talented winger who once they pass 30 seem prone to collapse. if he were the player of 3 or 4 years back then there is hope but looks like all the twisting and turning has left ankles of glass.

    strangely, the best was tim shephards testimonial. i always knew deep down what following a football team should be like but Celtic gave one hell of a lesson! 5000 plus, for a meaningless midweek game and the full range of songs nonstop for 90plus mins. what a shame that they cant one day play in the PL. oh, and henrik larsson wasnt half bad! worst? well being a City fan there are always some cobtenders. id go with getting ripped apart at the city ground. 4-0 from memory.....no effort from the players and even worse in the away end. totally numb. add in david fekking johnson and an all round shi-ite day

    We need a half decent target man. Not necessarily to win all the hoofs (we arent Ipshit after all) but to be able to hold the ball up when required and create space for the three behind him. Holt mark 2 would be the ideal but any "big man with a good touch" will help us. A nippy striker that we can throw on alongside if needs be would also be useful.

    organised and worked hard. chelsea were dire though and we could have played for weeks without scoring.
