1. No objection to NCISA taking a stand as I thought thats what they were there for - an ''independent'' viewpoint.  However I do question this perception that attendances are dropping - we are still regularly getting more than most in the Championship and more than almost half the Prem.  (Unless you''re counting the Barnet game - oh I forgot, we got more for that game than most others in the 1st Round)
2. Having a laugh...me                                                                Gunn (B)                          Doomcaster (N)        Turner (S)         Turner (A)       Smith (D)                                                        Wyn Jones          Munby                         Foulger               Skipper (on loan)   Cullum (A)   Bank Manager
3. Have just watched the Championship lowlights that I had the misfortune to record this morning.  Team performance was almost as embarrassing as one of Jerry Goss''s Gunn Club pre-match interviews.  Where do we go from here....is it down to the lake I fear!
4. Definitely with you on this one BBB!  Young Joe really doing well and had a hand in the defeat of S**m No. 2 ie. Wolves.
5. What''s annoying about wanting our native language to be used properly??  Somehow, I don''t think its me being small minded!!
6. Cripes.... you don''t happen to be an English teacher by any chance???  Head for the dorm Bunter!
7. I know I''m being a pedantic tw*t but can us sons of Norfolk stop using the word ''of'' as a verb - the word is ''have'' as in ''rather have had the same team''.   Grammar lesson over!
8. Preston played Fratelli''s ''Chelsea Dagger'' before their home game with us - got everyone going but their PA system was so loud it made my ears bleed!
9. Taken to Carrow Road by my Uncle Des in 1964 (when I was 9) - a 2-0 win for City against Leyton Orient (43rd anniversary of that event this very month).  We stood in the old South Stand but after that I migrated to the Barclay and haven''t looked back since.  Supporting any other team has never been an option (this also applies to my children!!!).
10. That''s not a hard one for me.  I was once given the task of chaperoning Malky at one of the Club''s Open Days whilst he signed autographs for fans.  Although he was scheduled to do this for half an hour, he was there at least two hours with no complaints.  He couldn''t have been nicer to fans (young and old) and it was great hearing about his background and about how his Dad always came down to see him play for City when we were playing anywhere up north.  Total gentleman. Going back a bit further, two other players stand out - the great Duncan Forbes (who always seemed to remember who you were) and Dave Watson (for a young player when he was at City he had a very mature attitude and never failed to stop and speak). As for Managers - got to be Ken Brown.
11.
My first away game was Grimsby 1985 Milk Cup 1/4 Finals.  Sitting around on the coach at Ambassador Coach Park Vulcan Road to see if the game was going to be played.  Then making the ''exciting'' journey up to grimsby (tongue in cheek) I have to say the conditions in which the game were played would not be allowed today, with Chris Wood getting pelted by snowballs from the Grimsby Terrace, all this excitment for a 12 year old.  Never to be forgotton
Yes, I remember that one well - I don''t think that the game was definitely declared on until we''d reached the famous ''Farm Shop'' on the A17.  Do you remember the guy in the Pink Panther suit who spent all his time up the perimeter fencing?  Tremendous atmosphere and great away support given the appalling weather.
12.
mine was against sheffield wednesday - wen won 5-0 - and my favorite player at the time (darren kenton) scored 2! so it was a gr8 day! since then ive been to about 23 grounds that i can remember ... but im only 15 .. not a bad effort if u ask me :)
Excellent effort I agree - keep up the good work - all us long toothed sad old gits need the younger generation to follow in our deranged footsteps!
13. Just realised that today is the 38th Anniversary of the first ever Norwich away game that I attended - away to Leicester City.  A 3-0 defeat but perhaps it saved me from a severe post-match kicking!  Since then I have seen City play at 51 different grounds in this country (not including Wembley and the Millennium Stadium) and at Arnhem and Milan on the continent.  Anyone else got any memories of their first ever away game?  I''m sure there''s many on here that go back further than what I do.  Leicester away in 1969 was about as much fun as Basra on a good day!  Yet I still keep going to away games - sad git or what???
14.
Oh i get it. We should all have realised by now that anyone who is in charge of a football club is always 100% in it for the right reasons and we unimportant little mites should just stop asking difficult questions and let our "superiors" do whatever they like. Brainwashed drivel.
I don''t think that that''s quite the point being made.  I for one like some of the stuff the Board have done and not some other stuff - oh, is that the fence I feel chaffing my thong?!!! - what I think the point is is that there is an element on this Board who would find fault in any decision the Board make (however good it may turn out to be in the long run).  I personally think constant negativity along with blind acceptance are both doing no favours but reasoned debate and praise/criticism have a justified place on here.
15. Ground about 10-15 mins walk from the station (quicker if you go via the new car park but not if you want to go to the pub). Haven''t had any probs with the locals - travelled in by train via Beverley for the past two years. View at ground and ground itself is very good - far more impressive than Stamford Bridge!!!  Possibly the best bit of architecture in Hull but that doesn''t say a lot!
16. Great turn out yesterday, particularly compared to the likes of WBA, Watford and Stoke.  Southampton support was p**s poor even compared to Barnet.  Few empty seats but always the same in August.
17. Sorry but the song by the Hotpots was crap.......and I don''t think you''ll find that folk music comes from Lancashire!.....................''and he painted matchstalk men and matchstalk cats and dogs....''

19. Funnily enough, I had planned to take my 6 year old daughter to the Barnet game as her first match.  However, we managed to out do this by going to PNE on Saturday...so she has now been to two games in a week!
