1. This could work, but i would think a right hand man with ties to the club, and a bit of charisma would go down a storm. Dion, maybe?
2. They do treat private patients there too. They have a lovely free (well, not if you count the £100 a month or so!) coffee machine in one of the waiting rooms, and choccy biscuits!
3.
Huddersfield such a dump!? It must also be why RBS thought that an area of Huddersfield (Lindley) was the most desirable place in the entire country for first time buyers.
No, RBS liked it cos it''s only £17.43 for a house.
4. Whatever it is, it will have been cooked in a nuclear reactor for about 7 weeks.
5. Eh? I meant that he should get even more criticism than he does, cos he''s REALLY crap.
6. To be fair I don''t think he get''s enough criticism.
7. You are sooooo right Jas. Milly was our matchday host a few years back, and proceeded to just get hammered with us. Top fella, but I couldn''t understand a word he said!
8. He is going because somebody came up with a strategy for the marketing team that didn''t include him. He saw it, wasn''t happy and got on the phone to get a new job. Allegedly.
9. What the article doesn''t state is the reason Cullen is off anyway.
10.
How do you know!?
That took longer than I thought!
11. The Chesterfield Canary thread got me thinking about this. Disney seems quite popular. I saw a City fan there on the day of the play off semi vs Wolves, and scared the life out of him screaming "YELLOW ARMY!!!" Saw a young lad in a Hucks shirt there this year as well. Wierdest one was meeting Adrian Coote in a bar in Orlando. 6 of us City fans were out singing some scousers at an England match when Cooty came up and introduced himself. Needless to say a very drunken and loud rendition of "Who let the Coote out?" followed! Also met a scummer on the Maid of the Mist in Niagra but didn''t talk to them.
12. I''ll agree with Dicky on this one. I have a small business, 2 years old with 5 employees. It is a nightmare trying to get it off the ground, with no support at all from councils or government. All they care about is taking my cash.   I too will do whatever I can to ensure they get the absolute minimum from me.
13.
No, your crap old car analogy is wrong. This is a young man who can put the ball in the back of the net, not a jaded old has-been such as pieman. For the reported sums I would think this is a win win gamble. A footballing gamble.
Cheers for that :(
14. At least we''re not Luton. Imagine facing the new season knowing you''re virtually nailed on to get relegated :(
