Great idea!! Followed by fat boy Chase, and Delia strolling out arm in arm for a great big oily love in. Coz, after all, if it hadn''t been for them, then we wouldn''t have had such an interesting past 15 years! Sounds more like a pantomime finale! -
If we win the league.......
Congo Canary replied to Congo Canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Sorry, for some reason it missed the first line off the post. As the title says, if we win the league with a couple of games to go, do you think he will give them a go. To give them a go now, and before we win the title, would be plain stupid, and also be the basis of a stupid post! -
With a couple of games to go. Do you think that Lambert will give a few more of the youngsters/fringe players a chance for the remaining games. Quite impressed with Francombe before his injury, and surely must me a start for Cody? If it''s one thing this season has shown us, its who has the potential to step to the first team on a regular basis. A chance i don''t think we would of had if we''d have been struggling around the foot of the Championship this year. And lets face facts, i think we would have.

Did he leave her unmarked? No, but she got fed up of climbing over her back, just outside the box.....Allegedly -
Thing is Houston, you have to remember, there are still some in Norfolk who still think of the world as flat. For these poor misguided souls, America is the Cosby show & Friends and to suggest they think otherwise, would only but confuse the situation! Hope the BBQ went well, good job we never made it into port i think, all things considered!! Still no to the Mexican wave or the Konga though,!

Don''t think Auntie Beeb likes us too much. Referee Eddie Ilderton was involved in all four goals as Tranmere stunned 10-man Norwich to escape the drop zone. Tranmere''s Ian Thomas-Moore scored two penalties in the opening 12 minutes. First Darel Russell handled the ball before goalkeeper Fraser Forster brought down Thomas-Moore when clean through and was dismissed. Craig Curran made it three from 10 yards even though he appeared to handle while Grant Holt''s consolation may have gone out of play in the build-up. The officials at Prenton Park experienced a lively night, to say the least, but neither penalty was in doubt. Ilderton''s assistant helped him award Thomas-Moore''s opening spot-kick as the ball brushed Russell''s chest before striking his arm and, while the Tranmere striker may have gone down a little easily under Forster''s challenge for the second, the goalkeeper left Ilderton little choice. However, Curran clearly controlled the ball with his arm before a neat shot on the swivel put the league leaders on the wrong end of a shock 3-0 scoreline. Even as Holt pulled one back - from a cross which may have gone out of play, an argument which earned Tranmere goalkeeper Luke Daniels a booking - the Norwich bench remained furious, and manager Paul Lambert found himself sent to the stands alongside two colleagues not long after. The away side, to their credit, did not give up and but for a first-half Ian Goodison goal-line clearance from a scuffed Holt shot, could have had much more from the game. That said, Rovers squandered a number of scoring opportunities as they made the extra man count in the second half. Thomas-Moore struck the bar with the outside of his right boot from 20 yards as he went in search of his hat-tric.

Confident we''ll win, but i think they''re fighting for their lives and will push us hard. 0-1 city Houston, will any of the bars have it on in the city? Should be back in port tomorrow (Galveston), so might make the short trip up if i get the chance. -
Just Google Norwich City Torrents, you may find a couple, but they''ll probably be the classic games or at least the more memorable.

And next seasons ageing stars will be.......
Congo Canary replied to Congo Canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Guys, it was actually only supposed to be a bit of fun. Hence the, ''players you would like to see finish there careers''. I know we have zero chance of getting Bellemy, just saying in an ideal world who would you like to see. Agree, we need young and hungry, just got the feeling we might end up seeing the odd Stephanovic* type player turn up. Remember a few seasons back when people were screaming for the return of Sutton? -

And try and keep it semi plausible..! -
So, not counting our chickens an all that just yet. when we get promoted, chances are we could see one or two players join the club in the twilight of their playing careers. Hopefully these won''t be of the Tony Cottee, Steve Walsh ilk, but who would you like to, or would have in the past, see finishing off their careers at Carrow road. Players past and present. Would love to have seen Hucks, would like to see Bellamy.

"there''s confidence for Y''" Okay... that wins the prize for the most annoying txt-spk I''ve seen...!WTF?lolz!!1/! Jedi please, i spend most of my waking hours complaining about ''txt-spk'', just being bone idle thats all :) -
Huddersfield with still the only unbeaten home record in all four divisions, shame it''s gonna'' come to a bitter end on Saturday. Big away support, and not the fear of away games as in previous seasons, so i''m going for an emphatic 1-3 win. Rusty Holt Pele, in that order, now there''s confidence for Y'' :) Oh, and somebody in blue and white for them!

Ive got 2. On my shoulder the old 70''s/80''s Canary in football boots, with, ''On the ball city, never mind the danger'', around it. And on my lower back,'' Never blue, never, ever, City till i Die''. with the club badge above. Was supposed to be the start of something more elaborate, including the lion and the castle, but just haven''t got around to it yet.
