2.

The ''not a true fan'' mantra has been spouted on here before. If you dont toe the party line, you are disloyal and disruptive, and an ipswich fan. Its to be expected from some of the dopes on here, but im surprised that it comes so openly froma high office at the club.
So.. what makes a true fan CD? Can''t we all be fans together? I question fans on here, I question them if they use piswich as a stick to beat the club with because however bad things get I can''t ever imagine myself doing that. And I question them if they make up stuff to make the club look bad because I honestly don''t understand why any fan would do that either. As for this thread - The way I see it NCISA was originally the Chase Out Supporters Association. I believe they are full of genuine fans who want to see the club being succesfull. They were instrumental for a time in drawing attention to the failings of the previous manager but eventually it took independent action from other groups to get the protest and campaign against Worthington to really gather pace. They were if you like the Worthy Out Supporters Association and as far as I know they are disbanded now. So I suggest that in order to remove the current board it would take much more than it took to remove Chase or Worthington. It would probably take another independent group but on a much larger scale then the last two occasions, or a relegation to the third tier of football.
Yes i see them as the Chase out supporters club but that seems to be the problem. In all the years since fatman left this goup hasnt changed and infact its grown up as one. The point im making is because of the efforts they made [and justified at the time] in ousting Chase, they now almost opperate as ''Delia and friends saviour of NCFC'' and not as an independent voice.
 3.
If you look at the statement in the paper this morning you will find that it is a copy of the one I put on here a few days ago, appearing at a different time in a different place, it isnt ''a statement of sorts that has been made today''. I know that you all care very deeply about this issue and so do I but with respect I do have a life outside football a full time job and as much I would like to,  I cant come on here every five minutes answering individual posts about NCISA''s stance on behalf of NCISA. The previous post was written after consultation and it would be way out of order for me to come on here as NCISA and comment further off my own back. For what its worth my own personal opinion is that I agree with you and I am very concerned what direction the football club is taking. We are crying out for investment to put us on on a level playing field with the challenging teams in this division. I will post on here regarding NCISA and the board in the fullness of time and would appreciate your patience in this matter.
Seems to me that the NCISA are trying to buy time as you see now the dicontant amoungst the fans. I take it what your really hoping for is a couple of good results going our way and for all this to be forgotten. It would be interesting to see your stance if it doesnt pan out like that. You should really keep buisness and pleasure seperate, that was One of Delias many flaws when we were under Worthington.

Your father used to beat you and your son became a football hooligan. Arthur, you must learn to see yourself in a better light then you can see theworld in a more positive light, this negativity will make you ill.
Dont be so silly Squit my father never beat me and as for my son being a hooligan well yes he was a bit silly, early 20s in the Paras and in a foriegn country with his mates, a recipe for disaster but i can tell you this hes seen the wrong he done and  i wouldnt ask for a better son,im sure you''ve always been a saint?. As for making me ill........WHAT? its a past time mate, ive had a great life and its no different now, in fact its great, football is my hobby not my life.
''A bit silly'', you''re definitely in denial.
Grow up oh lord of perfection. I bet hes now twice the bloke you''ll ever be. Served his country and now runs my buisness whilst supporting his family, im sure we''re allowed a couple of mistakes in live and hes more than made it up imo. Get over it silly!

Although Arthur hints others will make their feelings known in front of the TV cameras so guess we''ll hear them loud and clear.
Ask people CA please, i think you will honestly find there are more people out there than you think. Its not the odd moaner or attention seeker anymore, its thousands of city fans with genuine concerns. I speak to the public everyday, be it from my buisness, pub, friends or other fans, the joe public, arm chair fans, and die hards are turning against the current board. Im not sure if you mingle in large circles [i dont mean to sound patronising, its a genuine answer] but surely if you did you would notice the discontent.
Have you considered that they know you''re a moaning old git and you''re being patronised?
Another classic case of the web team allowing personal insults against me. Never mind ive got used to it. The user polls section on the demonstration vote would suggest that nearly half of voters will demonstrate. Have you ever considered i moan for a reason and i only joined this forum when i had, had finally enough of our crap board? Why dont you think i joined before? Because i was happy plodding along like the rest of you, i then had a gutful and started voicing my problems more publicly. Maybe it will take another 5 seasons of crap before posters like yourself get your head out of the sand and join the real world.
 7.

Mr Cluck You dont like the board, you dont like the manager, you dont like the fans, you dont like the players, Which bit of Norwich city do you support?
The bits that existed before Lady Delia rode into town on her Suffolk Punch...... You know....the excitement...the players...the trip to Europe...3rd. place in the Prem...cup finals and semis....the respect of others in football....links with the city rather than catering....proper fans who understood football....singing in the ground....honesty....integrity...... Want any more?  I''ve got plenty left.
wonderful post and wonderful memories....how sad but thats all they are.

 10.
Arthur Whittle wrote Well said Cluck. Yes Chase done damage but look where we are still and at the end of the day the FOOTBALL [you know that thing we spend the cash to go to CR to watch?] is utter crap and has pretty much always played second fiddle under DS......   Its simple Arthur if you dont like it dont go
i dont my friend, i own a season ticket which after the pre season transfer shanigans i decided to rent out to a friend.
 11.

Because I haven''t got delusions that Norwich are the biggest club in the world and that it''s our God given right to be topping the Premiership. Because I know Norwich suck, and I don''t NEED them to be amazing for my to give my support to them, unlike so many on this board; the prawn sandwich brigade. Because there are 23 other teams in this division that have a right to be above us, as much as we do to be above them. Because I know about football and they way it''s played, and losing 2 games in a row early in a season isn''t reason for me to start crying like a baby. Because it''s the start of the season, and being hopeful for something better - as opposed to success being guaranteed, as many on here believe it should be - is part of being a fan. Because every dog has it''s day, and the times we are shit means the better times are the best.
Look son, im in my 70s, im hardly part of the sodding prawn sandwich brigade, ive seen it all at this club and the way its run now is the worst i have ever seen it. Its my right as a supporter of 60+ years to voice my concerns-thats what true supporters do-they dont just happily watch therwe club go down the pan. Give me 1 positive of the last 3 1/2 seasons.
Last three and a half seasons.  Obviously excl. this season as it has only just begun. Right, the biggest and best positive possible - WINNING THE CHAMPIONSHIP If you are rubbishing this as not being a positive then you have just made yourself look a total fool.
We were relegated 3 years ago, plodded through the next season and finished 16th last year followed by this seasons disaster waiting to happen. So tell me -when did i say winning the league wasnt a positive? Yes we won the league 4years ago this season but we failed to invest hence we find ourselves in this mess.
Your exact words were give me some positives for the last 3 1/2 seasons.  You obviously arent including this season because it has only just begun.  That if my maths are correct includes the promotion season. Apologies for calling you a fool. It does annoy me though that you think our premiership season was a total waste.  I thought we did quite well after christmas.  The last 10/12 games provided me personally with some of my high lights as a city fan.  Also if I had said to you we will go into the last game of the season with a realistic chance of staying up you would have snapped my hand off.  After all we were never realistically gonna do anything else were we!! Totally agree though that the last 2 seasons have been totally inept.  Also agree with you that the board are responsible for todays mess, they should have made a real go of it in that first season down but they didn''t and that does infuriate me. However if we are talking about now.  I really don''t know where we are going.  The game has gone money mad and we are skint.
thats fair comment

Give me 1 positive of the last 3 1/2 seasons.
I guess beating Manchester United, destroying their title challenge and being the old club to have ever shut the Greatest Manager of All Time (tm) up, must have bored you to tears...? I also guess that you complained after the 4-4 with Middlesborough because we didn''t win. We''ve scored a fair few goals in the last 3 1/2 years - and I''ve enjoyed every single one of them! Sarcasm aside - I don''t really have much of a problem with you, so don''t take it all to heart - they weren''t all swipes at you! I believe you''ve actually got the clubs best interests are heart (unlike some - who only have their own), and I believe you''ve a pragmatic sense. I know that if we turn it around you''ll be happy as larry (again unlike some). As it is, I not 100% happy with the club at the mo, but then no-one ever would or could be! But I''m not bleating about it, because I still believe it''s possible that it could turn around. We''ve a decent bunch of players - the jury is out on the manager, and I simply don''t believe 9/10ths of the crap people sprout about the board - I do believe the board, unlike so many who whinge about them, actually have the best interests of the club at heart.
No offence taken and points well made.

 15. What is the point Dougall? Talk football not playground
 16.
Ah, so it was just an attempt to get yet another thread going with your name under the title? Get back in the shed.
No its an ettempt to prompt debate and to see if anyone can give me any positives. Ive already acknowledge the youngsters coming through as one possible positives but thats it. Oh im sorry i dont agree with what you say so its all pointless.....jez give me strength.....ITS A MESSAGE BOARD FOR DEBATE.
 17.

im asking people to be realistic.
I am being realistic, based upon the football that I have seen this season I don''t think that everything is wrong with the club.  I can see there are some things that are not as they would be desired, but not everything.  I certainly have yet to spot any dross on the pitch in the matches I''ve seen, if we preform live that in about three quarters of the matches this season we will be in no danger of relegation.
Well i didnt go to wolves but the shot we had in the 82nd minute hit the corner flag.......oh well you didnt see and just read it so everythings fine....come on mate.
 18.
Whats the point in asking the question if you''re just going to rubbish any replies.
Read the start of the friend ''Enlighten me'' In other words make me see different.......Nope yet to see it, Do you understand CA?
 19.

Cluck mate i sometimes wonder why i bother with this site.
We wonder too [:)]
We or i CA you see your site isnt what it used to be is it? seems the fat boy in the play ground has some friends these days.
 20.

but you so called fans just cant seem to see it, maybe because half of you dont go, i mean if you did surely you would see the dross we call a team on the pitch and agree its not exceptable?
But I thought that you  hadn''t been this season Arthur and Smudger is the first to admit he stopped going last season which leaves Cluck, not sure if he has been this season or not but perhaps he''ll enlighten us.
Ive been and you know i have as you replied asking for me to change my mind about giving up my season ticket. I go to the odd game when my sons friend is away. on duty.
 21.

Time will tell, the Clucks and Rickys saw it years ago but you so called fans just cant seem to see it, maybe because half of you dont go, i mean if you did surely you would see the dross we call a team on the pitch and agree its not exceptable?
Gotta love this one - on this thread and about this match you are arguing against those that went last night. Also Cluck is the most regular of attendees this season. btw do you mean acceptable, or are you making a complicated pun about playing well being the exception?
im asking people to be realistic. How about giving people with spelling problems a break or is this what you do when backed in a corner.......bullying i believe its called unfortantly i find it rather amusing that you have to revert to such.
 22.

I know people who are planning to make there feelings known because the game is on sky. Before you say " what all 3 of you ", believe what you like if that makes you happy.
Are you going to be protesting Arthur with the other 5 on here who''ve said yes? Oh who''s organising it by the way and where is it going to be held cause it would be nice to come along and watch you all in action
When and its a big WHEN you bother to notice there is a big world away from this site CA you might just realise that we are not actually in the minority any more. Read the press, talk to tom, dick and harry in the street. Very few have any confidence in the board so when the time comes, and im sure sooner rather thn later, your view on all things delia might come as a surprise. Ps- Im going to Hungary this weekend so no,i wont be there.
 23.

Come on give us your reasons for being positve, im genuinally interested to see how you can see anything positive at CR at the mo......Enlighten me if you would be so kind?
All right then, I like a challenge... 1. The team has picked itself up after a shocking performance at Wolves, with a number of key players suspended / injured, and battled and played as a cohesive unit against 11 players that are more expensive / better than anything available in the Championship.  We went there fearing a cricket score, and left wondering why we didn''t get to extra time, exceeding the expectations of those who went to support us. 2. Spillane and Rossi Jarvis''s performances should see them in contention for first team places, and go someway to allaying the fears of a thin squad.  If they, Chris Martin, and indeed other youth products can produce performances like this regularly, then we should see some genuine competition for places in midfield and on the wing, areas where we are missing Fotheringham, Smith, Chadwick, and at the moment Huckerby through injuries. 3. Sharon Turner announced on Tuesday that if Peter Grant wanted money for loan players, all he need do is ask.  Grant seems to be looking for value for money and stopping himself signing players, rather than the board. 4. Peter Grant recognises that we need to be greedier in front of goal, expect more shooting practice at Colney between now and Saturday. If you''d like to tell me why the above are cobblers, I''d be more than grateful Arthur [:)].  Oh and Cluck, if you do decide to reply to this, try and avoid stock phrases from Chairman Clucks'' Little Red Book, such as "Apologists" and "Realists" would you, there''s a good bird.  They mean nothing.
1. the fact we went there fairing a cricket score says it all, the fact we lost but most are still happy also doesnt sit well 2.Glimmer of hope but we''ve known that for sometime but we''ve also seen it go t@ts up in the past. 3.My father would say to me ''you wont know if you dont ask'' so i said i want some sweets and he tanned my ar@e. Realistically i doubt the budget would permit better players imo. 4.We all do but unlike PG i recognise that we also need players that can defend, pass the ball, tackle have a shot on target..........!
 24.
Financially, not quite as bad as it looks.  Read, if you can be bothered the very long and complicated posts on another thread.  But simply, wage bill down, debt down, cash acrued against the debt, non footballing related businesses being profitable. Performance last night, we went down fighting, yes we lost but it is the manner in which we paid that gives us optimism. The youngsters, Spillane and Jarvis being arguably 2 of the best players on the pitch last night.  Yes he has discovered them by accident, but by heck they made themselves known. Can''t say I am overly positive but I am looking on with an open mind.  I support this football club and this football club only.  I don''t want to be a grumpy, pessimistic b**t*rd.  It is far more fun to look on the bright side.  And if we keep fighting it is going to be a lot more entertaining to watch to. Finally, if we can carry on saturday where we left off against Man City we wont do too badly.  I do care when we lose, of course I do, but if we go down fighting then it is a lot easier to bear. Enlighten me as to why you are so negative
Financially we are up the creek and we have no assests to suggest getting us out of it and that goes for off field activity unless somebody comes in with major investment. The youngsters looked good from all accounts but at the mo they are no better than the so called first 11 imo. Many a youngster has come and gone with a big expectations and like you said PG had his hand forced even though most of us have been calling for it far longer than he seems to think necessery. A glimmer of hope maybe. Why am i so negative? Well we are no better off under the current lot then we were under fat boy and the fact the main reason we all go/went,football i think its called, is the worst ive seen for decades.
