So now that Grant has gone and lets assume Delia lets someone else take control will you be coming to CR again to support the lads?
Once Delia and go have gone i will be back and i know plenty others who feel the same, i support the team but while that board still pull the strings i reserve judgment, but i wont miss the Ippy game. Whats your stance?

 3.
The new Future Radio columnist for the Pink ''Un suggested Bryan Robson for manager, surely he can''t be serious??!! Robson is an awful manager. http://new.pinkun.com/content/columns/FutureRadio.aspx
Dont pay much attention. Tim williams comes across as a brown nose pretenious idiot.
 4.
Erm hello! Its always you that respond to me not the other way round. If we''re playing a game of scoring points off each other then fine. And no I disagree with everything you say. I don''t see that wholesale changes, demos or boycotts are the way to go. But change is needed as I have said several times before. But lets stick with your plan of sacking the entire payroll and see where it gets us! Constructive change at board and managment level is needed as I have said before (again you must have been skim reading) we need football men/women on the board making the footballing decisions on who to employ and how to deal in the transfer market, however, we still need all the good work being done by this baord in the non-football related business to continue as it has done. It makes a sodding profit and doesn''t bleed us dry as some would brain wash us into believing and is essential to our long term finacial stability. It appears Grant is gone so isn''t an issue I''m willing to debate on here anymore untill we hno what is happening on that front. His replacement if thats what it comes to needs to be someone of sound experience accompanied by succes at this level for a change. As for investment. We don''t need it. Not to the extent you suggest. Its already there but would you have been happy for this baord to back the current manager to the hilt when you consider him an useless idiot. What sort of board would that make them? Its almost like a contradiction. We live and die by our decisions and the baord are no different. The "Delia''s Barmy Army" chants have dissappeard before but they always come back whether you like it or not.
Firstly if you bother to do it you make one or two valid points but most of the time you seem to be rather hypocritical when refering to trolls as it seem o me you are currently the biggest one. pot kettle? Although most of what you have said is your opinion i will pick up on a couple of things. Firstly i believe you should have a great team in a top league and than concentrate on non football finance and amenities. If we invest on the pitch and do well the other side will take care of itself. Its how it works.Small clubs do not sell shirts. simple as. Secondly you say we dont need the investment.  i believe PG was  cheap option who was told from the start of the limited budget. It seems we had a couple of mil and no more so imo oinion he was never going to squander the chest. We were told if players were sold than the money would be reinvested into the team. This hasnt happened. Why? When you sell your best players you must replace them with the same calibre and we havent. I would never suggest sacrificing the club on a couple of massive signings but by not replacing and saving for other areas kind of tells its own story.
 5.
You clearly only read what you want to see Whittle. Where have I ever said all is well at the club? Find me a quote and I will apologise and bow down in worship!
Oh and whilst reading your previous posts on here i couldnt help noticing alot of name calling and anger. Type in your name in the search and come back and tell me if your posts are not backing the board.
 6.

Get with it mate and stop living on past glories.
Did I miss something? LOL My heads not in the sand. Its an absolute fact that this club is in great shape off the pitch. The board work very hard and have made the club stable. On the pitch is a different matter. So change the people that affect the performances, coaches and players.
We are in great shape off the pitch???? Now i really am struggling! Dont let the spin from the board cloud it mate. By making comparisons is foolish. We are double the dept we were in when they tok over and we have no assests to sell off when needed. Whilst the board have barely been able to keep us afloat the team has declined in shocking proportions. Now please explain how we are in a healthy position that would suggest me not wanting change at the top. So We''ve stabalised the dept? Not really,. And performances are absolute dire? Yes.....see my point? I doubt any of us would have a job if we were so inept at our jobs.
 7.
You clearly only read what you want to see Whittle. Where have I ever said all is well at the club? Find me a quote and I will apologise and bow down in worship!
Well why feel the need to slate everything that is being said if you do agree with my views. Your not making any sense. Ive asked you to be constructive in your opinions. So what do you do? Sit on the fence. If you havent got an opinion on my thoughts ignore them..Simple.
 8.

I haven''t got the mental strength of Cluck, Smudger, Ricky, Arthur W and Two Sheds
Me neither. What total an utter heroes they are and totally epitimise what true NCFC support is all about. Lets erect statues in thier honour. The club should be proud! I recommend this book on the subject: http://www.iainabernethy.com/books/Mental_Strength_Book_Chapter_1.asp
Look Bimbo if you havent got any constructive opinions just ignore the thread instead of making silly remarks. Maybe you could tell us why you seem so pro everything Norwich at a time when its clear to see the club is in serious decline. And you have the cheek to label us bad supporters...Your a mug mate and i take great satifaction in saying that. Keep it up mate but i think the REAL supporters are the ones who care enough to not pretend alls well. Dont even bother with the old ''support the team no matter what'' because this club and its proud history needs our backing and not a load of over paid wasters who couldnt give a flying dogs turd where we are in 3yrs time. Short term pain for long term gain it really is that simple.
 9.

As if we''d know if there were.  That really is a ridiculous point T07.
From what I know of company law they are obliged to disclose all approaches to all sorts of sources, monopolies commission, companies house etc etc..... it has to be public domain by law when there are shares involved otherwise its insider trading. So not ridiculous at all. They cant just sit in a locked boardroom keeping childish little secrets. Indeed it would suit the sellers to make bids known to attract counter offers. Some of you really thinki Delia runs the club and does things just to spite the f and dont you. Funny.
Get a grip man, Nobody is suggesting Delias doing it to spite us. we are saying her time is up. Thanks DS but time to move on. Get with it mate and stop living on past glories. Its no longer benifiting us and the sooner you get your head out the sand and realise the mess we''re in the better.
 10. Cant see them sacking him but can see him resigning.
 11.
If you really wanted to get peoples'' attention Arthur, here''s a date that would get a boycott noticed... Sun Nov 4 Ipswich Town (12.45pm) H
To be fair BBB that is 1 game that even i would find it hard to boycott, havent missed one in years mate. Bristol City is more immediate and reasonable and peaceful in my opinion.
 12.
I generally believe that most of you ‘fans’ have no idea(frame canary), I don’t know the kind of people that post on here but my guess is that there new fans, fans that started supporting the club when we were competing in the play offs and in the premiership. Be realistic before Worthington we were struggling to get 14000 people through the gate at Carrow rd!! Delia has changed that, she has made the club what it is today (we might be 3rd bottom but it’s a blip and not Delias fault)…….. and if your to short sighted to see that then p**s off and support someone else.
Pathetic. So to be a real fan in your eyes we all need to sit down and shut up and carry on as if all is well. Sorry but this is a discussion forum, if YOU dont like it then YOU should p#ss off mate!
 13.
This has nothing to do with the board, if it wasn''t for Delia we wouldn''t have a football club anymore, why do you lot seem to forget about that? you all have very short memorys. Delia has invested millions of her own money into the club and the board have continued to give our mangers money to spend, the problem is with the manager and the team, not the board, it amazes me how you all think the board is to blame, what do you want them to do, just quit because the team is playing poorly? then what, then who takes over? we''re not going to get anyone with big money come in, that would probably mean bankruptcy and no more Norwich City!!! muppets
Thats it lets live in the past. When i do such a thing im shot down pal. So Delia saved us did she? Let me guess if it wasnt for her we would be playing Kings Lynn? Well thats rubbish aswell as irrelevant. My main problem with your post is we should let people get away with things because of what they have done in the past. Oh let me see Rose West helped an old lady across the road once, lets let her out of jail early. Foolish, muppet show comments.
 14.
Leave the board and Delia alone…….. She is one of the best things that have happened to this football club. She bleeds Yellow and Green. She has poured money into this club only for idiots on here to drag her name through the mud when things don’t look so good. I am proud to be a Norwich fan, I am proud of all the fans there last night who sang there hearts out even when Shackall launched his 50th long ball up to poor Chrisy Martin. But this isn’t Delia’s fault, she doesn’t decide how we play our football, she did employ Grant who didn’t pay off but she and the bored both now know they have to pile some money into a big name manager.   We all love this football club, (apart from Smudger) but lets just see what happens next, we have good enough players to stay up, we WONT go down and if we do well that’s football…… swings and roundabouts!!!!
Sorry but no. If there was a league for clubs in decline at the moment we would be in the relegation zone-oh hang on we are in the real league. Lets get one thing straight Delia and co have taken us as far as posssible. They get my thanks, but they have been here 3 years too long. With any luck the NCISA might start to take notice as so far they have avoided the board issue and simply replied with quirky little comments like "keep the faith".
 15.

What?? Who did we have lined up before Chase? there are alot of potential investors out there. Recently the ex owner of Hull who has now taken over Huddersfield said he had been looking to invest in a club for 18 months but no club was interested. Why have smaller clubs with smaller atendances like Portsmouth, Wigan,Middlesboro,Derby,Hull to name a few managed to attract the money men? If we made it nationwide knowledge that the fans wanted change i can pretty much guarentee lots of potential investers would come knocking. I think the main question is WHY nobody apparently wants to come here and i think your Dear Delia might explain that one a little better.
First point is that we were very nearly swallowed by the Yarmouth funfair man when Chase was ousted. Had he got in we''d be looking at a housuing estate on Carrow Road now. Secondly ANY club would welcome investment ..... but at what cost? People have agendas Arthur. Remember the Itailian fella? LOL Look at Hearts. They welcomed in the money, now look. I could even point at Chelsea. You want the chairman buying players and picking the team? Third. You say you "....can pretty much guarentee lots of potential investers would come knocking" How? How can you guarentee that? And your "guarentee" would need backing up.... with what? Can YOU cover the wages whilst we look for these investers that you say are out there? The club has an entire department seeking investers, I get called twice a year as I once had a friend interested in buying in. As it turned out he spent his money on Speedway, he loses money a little slower that way he reckons.
Look at Hearts! Well i just have and there doing a hell of alot better than us if you ask me. I cannot see one club in a worse predictment than us at the moment in any league. We have no money[apparently] we are in the relegation zone and we have no assets worth selling to rebuild our team. Now isnt the time to be fussy when your in the shocking decline we''re now in. Your first point is Theorectical Your second doesnt hold considering where we are and your third is a quess like mine but i believe there are people who would invest and the reason nobody has is because the answer lies in DS and co keeping what they believe is theres.
 16. QPR away monday night was the final straw. Not only losing to the only team in the English league without a win, but to be completly battered, outplayed, out thought and outdone was just that extra bit too much. The board has taken us as far as possible and have been holding on to that for 3 years now-dont let it be a 4th. Clubs with smaller fanbases such as Porstmouth, Middlesboro, Derby, Blackburn, even now Hull and QPR attract investers with ambtion, so why should the best fans in the country be sold short? Grant was and is the wrong man. His outbursts against players such as Cureton for scoring 4 goals in 2 games have clearly effected player confidence and lost Grant the dressing room,  but changes need to be made at the top aswell. Its time to make your feelings known and the only way to do that is a boycott, starting with Bristol city at home. Yes we all love the club, but this calls for no pain no gain. What this club needs is a complete makeover, from the head scratching Grant to the useless board. The only way to show the majority shareholders and the country that we want changes is to talk with our feet. We all love this club and w2ant whats best so i urge all true supporters to boycott the Bristol City home game for the good of our club. The NCISA should come out and back this idea, although in the past they have been too cosy with the club to take such stern action so its down to us. BOYCOTT BRISTOL CITY!
 17.
Now that Grant is being seen for what he is, out of his depth, as lots of us predicted when he was hired as a cheap option, can we now turn our attention to Delia and here cronies. Grant has been hung out to dry by this inept board, i urge all supporters to join together and at very least put pressure on them to let them know we are pxssed off and we wont stand for another wally manager or them taking this great club down the toilet.
I think now you will see and hear a majority voice against the board so if we want to improve our current predictiment we must put pressure on them on masse. Unfortantly there are some who would still support chef and co as they can do no wrong in there star struck eyes so you''ll be flogging a dead horse on the inner circle.
 18.
"This thread began as a challenge to NCISA to demonstrate that they really are "Independent".  I''d say that on this evidence they''ve failed miserably". MM, the trouble with throwing around words such as "independent" is that each of us thinks that we are exactly that - it''s everyone else who has an axe to grind!  The NCISA membership holds a variety of views - the Committee likewise.  That''s most likely the best way of keeping it independent.  The Committee takes responsibility for producing the column for the Pink Un each week - and takes turns in writing the column.  It is likely therefore that sometimes the views will appeal - and other times they won''t. We also have to get the copy to the editor in time - which means that late developments don''t get reflected in the text.  I am the (un)lucky writer of this week''s column.  Will PG be the manager by the time it is published?  Who knows, but whatever I write is sure to be out of date in some respects - and to get up some readers noses in others.  One or two readers might see things as I do..... Whatever your view - and all the other posters on this board - independence of opinion rests on being able to express it.  NCISA tries to act independently - and from the variety of opinions on its success, is most likely making a reasonable attempt. On a totally different tack - there have been some unpleasant remarks on this board about the apparent age of some posters.  As one of the older posters, I welcome posts from some of the youngest.  There is - remarkably, considering the current state of the club - a passionate and committed following of young people who have every right to post their views here.  If you don''t like what they have to say, that''s fine - but don''t try and shut them up.  The club needs them!
Well from the ouside looking in it comes across as nothing more than appriecation club born from debacle of the chase era and nothing more than a pointless backslapping gang that has dodged the real issus. Ive yet to hear any statement from JT or KB with regards to the boards mismanagement of funds and severe lack of on field investment.
 19.
How do we do this!!!
Read the post....Boycott, hit them where it hurts. Short term pain long term gain.
 20.
You can''t judge whether somebody is a real fan or not just by their reaction to our current plight, it''s way more complicated than that. For what it''s worth I think a boycott is a decent idea, block upon block of empty seats would send a strong message to the board. However, as I don''t have a season ticket it''s not my decision to make and I can understand why people still want to turn up and support the team. The constant attempts by youself, and others, to seperate our support into ''real fans'' and ''Johnny/Jemima come latelys'' is helping nobody IMO.
No its not my place to judge fans that is why i made a point in saying it was my opinion of what a true fan is and that is why ive used Smudger and co as other examples. I believe there are those fans at CR at the moment who really couldnt give a hoot about our predictament and to suggest otherwise is naive. This is a rallying call to like minded people and not a gun to anybodys head.
 21.

Who is the new board that is waiting to take over? I haven''t heard anything......oh wait.....there isn''t one So lets sack this board anyway and........er.....  What?
Don''t be scared TO7. When this lot walk away (and they will) the world won''t come to an end.
I''m serious - its easy sitting on your butts moaning and whinging - answer me. Who takes over? If this board walk tomorrow who runs the club. I''m interested as so many of you seem to know what will happen. Enlighten me
 22.

To all those who would like the Board to resign, I have one question. The replacement Board will comprise..........?????
Nobody knew who was going to replace Robert Chase.
Exactly. This old excuse has been used to defend the boared so often but i always use the chase example in my defence. The point is i think with enough publicty of general unrest at Carrow road might open a few potential investors eyes because as it stands, With DS and co everyone thinks we are a big happy family. Its amazing how these giant clubs like Wigan,Portsmouth, Hull, QPR, Middlesboro, Huddersfield, Derby, ect ect manage to attract but we cant? Better attendances then all of those so why wouldnt people be interested? I can think of one or two!!
 23.
Please babe, talk some scence into this lot! tell them why sacking grant is the wrong desicion and if they still go on campagnig they must jsut be stupid cause the reason that comes from you only comes from the very truest of supporter!!! And people should listen to what you have to say. what you think will happen! Tell them! You are the truest supporter on here that i have ever seen posting (IMO) and if you say grant needs more time then i am with you
Keep your head firmly in the sand mate. Imo your the kind of supporter that has ruined our club. Real fans put the club over the team. When your trying to save the pride of over a hundred years of proud history, the likes of Savior Smith and Huckerby real meen nothing to me. I cant believe people are still prepared to back Smith and co let alone PG!!
 24. Imo the real fans are the ones that support the club through thick and thin not the team.....so to all those who have shot me down and others on here [smudge,ricky..ect ect] for boycotting games for the long term good of the club, maybe now you should take a look at whats happened and join the boycott. Talk with our feet and lets get change all across and all the way to the top. We done it before we can do it again. I believe we can still attract investment into this club and we can play a part in this by making it nationwide news that the fans are unhappy with a board that lack the fans ambitions and expectations. WE CAN STILL SAVE OUR GREAT CLUB. Lets bring back great days at our Carrow Road.
