1. I actually find it funny how, you all go on and on about Cowling not moving on, saying you dont care about him blah blah blah........yet every single day since we poached Lambert to this day there has been a new Robbie Cowling thread on this forum......... Perhaps some Norwich fans, need to move on..............
2. I am really annoyed that you would suggest that I would wear FAKE Stone Island coats LOL. Good comeback Norwichcasual...just having a bt of banter...!!! My sons a CP Company man himself mate.{and yes i don know stone island is a brand of CP Company}.....
3. Well at a guess Norwich Casual , I would say you probably sit in the snakep[it, with knock off stone island coats, and have probably got a fair bit of acne aswell as being a keyboard warrior. Close or completely spot on???
4. Perhaps, as a professional in the public eye a polite, dignified silence, and of course no reply to the Email, would have been more appropriate? he replied to a personal email to him, with the belief his email would also be personal. How many time has sports desk Pete, removed emails from Doncaster on here??? Look, I dont like Cowling, but im not going to be biased and say he was ebtirely in the wrong....the nazi jibe was wrong, the rest??? I can see where hes coming from. And as for all you outraged at the comparison to nazis, calling for him to be banned etc - where you all outraged when plenty of you compared me to a nazi - NO!!! You had a little giggle.
5. You are an idiot................... and quite franky out of touch with.................. reality.............. Really Norwich casual??? Am I??? Out of touch with reality..this by someone calling themselves norwichcasual??? How old are you sonny???
6. Not being funny but I find this all quite amusing. A Norwich fan sends an email to Mr Cowling, swearing, insulting, takes the piss out of everything from the pitch to Mr Cowlings ego, and managers leaving him for bigger clubs................then is "shocked" to recieve one back equally as bad........you couldnt make it up............todays Evening News reads like The Sun....... Firstly I will say that comparing Bowkett and McNally to the nazis is wrong......but there are plenty of you on this forum who have compared me to Adolf Hitler and found it highly amusing. Double standards springs to mind....... Look take your biased hats off and your hate for Cowling and think about it......if you revieved an email abusing you personally, your club etc...how would you react???...............Some might argue that in his position he shouldnt talk to people like that.....why???..........I dont care if you are Joe Bloggs or The King/queen of England.......if someone insults you its a natural reaction.........I would rather have someone from a club respond to me like that, rather than the crap I used to get off Doncaster...... As for this idiot Norwich fan taking it to the papers..........christ....I dont like Cowling, but the person who comes across as the bigger moron is the Norwich fan........... I also think sharing a private email with a newspaper is out of order.......Never thought I would say this but.I take Cowlings side on this one. The Norwich fan has made us look like bleating idiots, crying to a newspaper...............still I guess if he got paid anything, which he probably did, the fee he recieved paid towards his new season ticket...............
7. pompey away.. lets get the easy team out of the way first! And a good weekender down the coast, Bournemouth etc.....take your pick.
8. Good post hoggy.....Gill and OTJ out....not good enough for league one let alone championship.
9. Not bothered to be honest.....done a job in league one....but same as everyone in the squad.....they all done a league one job, now we need a team to do a job in the championship.......Rusty im unsure of in that league and wouldnt be too bothered.....be more pissed if Doc went to Leeds.
10. Resident Leeds Fan Jonny! That Tony Yeboah goal on your signature is a classic....he also shot from the halfway line from kick off in that gamke against wimbledon, aswell as scoring another great goal...........very good striker....he came after Leeds spent years looking for a decent striker, and he was class.......think he put on weight and he shot to bits, but at his peak, superb and pleasure to watch.
11. I went there in 2001 for an England game and gave a young lad a Norwich/England scarf I had and his father who ran the bar said he''d would follow Norwich from then on!
12. I too hope your wife doesn''t feel responsible for the acts of her government 70 years ago in the same way that young Brits should never feel the need to apologize about this countries heinous crimes of past. I don''t believe the official apologies have been said from government. Its by the by anyway but don''t hold anger with people affected by such issues. The emotion of great lose should never be judged from the outside. I know this.
13. I don''t hold any bitterness towards Japanese people now as I don''t think its fair to bring up the past. We have an Irish poster on this thread doing the very same (not Irish canary) things move on but I know vfirst hand the atrocities carried out by Japanese and indeed all sides. I fully understand why people hold grudges still and its wrong to blame them if you don''t understand their hurt. Having said that wizard is right in saying that their has never been an official apology from Japan.
14.

Wow could not believe this thread when I logged on today and seen it! I think people have really gone off the point of booing at a football match! Firstly I think this is just a bunch of mindless idiots who do show no respect! I seriously hope and doubt they represent the majority of English fans who want to enjoy a game of football! Im sure these are the same people who cause trouble at the majority of tournaments.  Now before arthur wittle and others jump down my throat about how the Japanese dont deserve respect beacause of WW2! I respect your opinion on how its hard to let something like that go and there were some terrible attrocities carried out which went far beyond what being a POW would of been in many countries during wars over the centuries. However as someone else said that was a long time ago (not that that should mean you should forget or forgive, you shouldnt, how could you) but those fans and players and the current population hardly have the same views the same way you im sure would not have the same views of English people in the past such as Oliver Cromwell and the way I dont have the views of the minority of thugs here in Ireland who live in the past and sing IRA chants as you mentioned. As stated also by someone else you wouldnt get this at a rugby match so its a shame it cant be the same at a football match! As for the point about German camps not being as bad, this is a joke right?! Maybe torture was not on the agenda AS MUCH as Japan but the shear numbers killed and concentration camps! Im sure a lot of people find the genocide there a lot worse. As for your mentioned trip to Dublin! I was also at this match and witnessd the disgrace that happened there. So your story about this is complete sh*te! And before you start I bare no hatred towards English people because I am Irish and I have no reason too because of any past historical event. I have been on many trips to England and have plenty of English friends, and really like the place. Anyway this is just my opinion on this and each to there own, Im sure il receive a lot of abuse for my reply to this but sure there you go!
You clearly havent read my posts on this thread so please refrain from using my name mate.
So because we saw different events taking place my accounts are Shite and yours are real? Hmmmmm
You said yourself in the other post, you are talking out of your arse! Your words in the other post. So I think we are both a bit guilty of this. Im sure your accounts have truth in them too. that was a bit hasty on my part il admit, easy to get carried away when reading some of these posts. I did witness some horrible stuff that day though.
Agreed i saw some real hatred from England fans that day but not all. Same as the Irish. It was always going to be messy unfortunately.

18.

Robroy12, thanks for the offer of pity and sentiments of same towards "us" English, but honestly, not asked for, needed, or required. There was a similar thread on this yesterday and over the previous few days. Attitude of many, myself included, is that we are the nationality we are through accident of birth, something we had had no choice in, nor, as a consequence, should feel "contractually obliged" to feel pride, love, or slavish devotion towards that country of birth. I am very well aware, thankyou very much, of the atrocities that the ruling minority of this country have carried out throughout history, but I played no part in them, would not have done, abhor them and the people involved in them...but will not, ever, take partial blame, or feel I have to apologise or feel guilty for being English! So by that token, can you understand why I feel a tad offended when peoples all around the world decide to hate me for that fact, and say they "feel pity" for me as an English born person. Don''t pity me, and don''t hate me please, I took no formal or informal decision in the proceeds and am certainly not responsible for being English, but I AM responsible for my behaviour and conduct as a human being; my nationality or race, whatever, doesn''t come into it. But to get to the point...no, I don''t like the booing of other teams national anthems either. It is embarassing beyond belief, as is, the antics of that bloody "band" who follow England everywhere, and who, today, were once again churning out that tuneless, soulless, pointless rubbish that they do, throughout the match.
Well said Old Shuck, agree 100%. Re. the ''Ingerlund'' boneheads, they imagine themselves so patriotic but bring shame on this country wherever they go.  Because of this I follow England from afar, I wouldn''t be caught dead at an England game.
Well you certainly must watch "INGURLAND" from afar because i haven''t witnessed these boneheads for some years now.
19. Roy Keane spent 1.8m on Tamas Priskin...........would you trust that clown with any money lol.
20. Jurgen Colin Elliott Omozusi Julien Brellier Elvis Hammond Trevor Benjamin LOL....I remember Norwich fans raving about those signings on this message board.....LOL.........there was even a campaign to get julian Brelliers "Le Judge" Flag sent down from Hearts........oh how we can laugh about it now.......lol.
21. My English has improved greatly from a five year membership of the Pink ''Un messageboards. Back in the day, I struggled with simple words like; ball, pass, header, shoot. However I did quickly master the phrases; ''wages'' & ''taxi for Scamps please''. LOL.
22. Oh and Dublin 95, my last visit for a football match, the press, oh those honest guys, made abig thing about English hooligans ruining the day and the game being called off.....barely a mention of what actually started it.......look it up mate, you will find the true story about why English fans reacted so badly and its too sick to start to think about again............I witnessed big groups of Irish picking off small groups, even pairs, of English supporters in large numbers, both the day before the game, and the day of the match...till english fans got together and walked to the game as a group, knowing it was the only safe way, ......I was there, and bloody lucky to get out alive thanks to a few lads from Charlton and Wigan, seeing what was about to happen to me and my friend......dont try and fool me mate....i was there....you are talking out of your arse!!!
23. Ok, didnt want to return to this thread for obvious reasons.......but robroys below comment has forced my haand..... We Irish didn''t boo the English national anthem when played When we have played Ireland at football, we have had our anthem booed everytime, had chants about "hope the queen dies of cancer" to all sorts of disgusting crap boasts about your "successful" bombings of innocent women and children" , so dont come on here playng the innocent little Ireland card, because its bollox, ive witnessed Irish hospitality at a football match, and your lot were how the English were in the 70s - if not worse, infact it went far far beyond hooliganism, with vile sickening songs, about various bombings you seemed proud of, and hoping death on others from the queen to others we wont mention who have passed on................been to Ireland for non football and been treated well, same as Irish are treated well over here, you only have to look at how many irish pubs people drink in over the country.......Innocent friendly irish v england at football is an absoloute joke of a myth......
24. Do you think that those twaats who boo have the inteligence to understand what went on during WW2? Na, I don''t think so Nor do I, just because I brought this up, doesnt mean that I think thats the reason they booed.....if we had been playing The Isle of wight they would have booed.
