THE BOARD! Show us your ambition next week at the AGM and release this money skipper has been talking about!!! Our board has been playing it to safe for to long now, if we carry on like this we will be relegated!!! If we had released this money several years ago maybe we wouldn''t be in this mess now. Show us you''ve got some balls Delia (not literally though)  

Couple that with Worthingtons statement saying that the board have short arms and deep pockets... Personally I feel that we''re taking a very safe path, and it''s not working! So why not release as much capital as we can and inject some money into the team. If there is the possibility to make over £13m available, get a good manager & first team coach in (we could afford to poach) and give them £8-10m transfer budget. Surely with that sort of money you could get the loans in that you wanted in the short term to achieve a respectable position in the table. Then in January make your moves to set the team up for a promotion push. It looks miserable at the moment but the right manager and few good loan signings and we could turn things around!   However get in another young inexperienced manager with no funds and I think we should get prepared for Div 1 next season!!!!!   COME ON DELIA LETS BE HAVING  YOU...

We are generally bad at all set pieces. for and against!! How we didn''t conceed last night from set pieces I don''t know. Players seem to find so much space at the back post!! Do we have anyone who can take free kicks and corners? Otsemobor?? Jarvis?? Every effort last night hit the wall (freekicks) or first line of defence (corners) We need to sort this out! Can Jimmy Smith take set pieces??

You listen to the fans because they are an extra set of eyes. Bloody hell some of the scouting done on this website alone I think is quality So if you can have 100 peoples opinions why wouldn''t you use it. If you sift through the crap I''d think you''d get 10 - 12 posts a day that have relevence, whether it be a player who somebody has seen or a differnet tactical idea you hadn''t thought of. Totally agree. Some people have already typed the poster and have there finger on send before the game starts. If I was a manager I''d be interested in what the fans thought, but if grant had looked on the website Tuesday night he would have sign straight off. Whats annoying is there are alot of valid points and good ideas. I think the transfer section is quality if NCFC were to use that it''s like adding a new scout to the club!

Fair enough, it just annoys me that if they do have a slight knock then give someone else a chance. Chris martin did great for us when we needed him last season. Grants forgotten that already People can''t prove themselves unless there given a chance. Spot on about the tactics, you''ve got to pick your strongest team and build the tactics and gameplan around it. unfortunately I believe Tuesday night was not our strongest team. He better sort it out soon, 3 games in a week we need to get some points!

Also I''m slightly concerned that if he is getting the team ready for next season why are our three best players also three of our oldest? Huckerby, Cureton & Dublin will definately not be as good next season as this?? Are they inspiring leaders for are young guns? is Dublin teaching Shackell, Cureton with Martin and Huckerby with Lappin/Eagle?? I think Grant has missed a trick this summer with the lack of youth he''s brought in and the lack of chances he''s giving some of the young lads already in the club, I feel sorry for chris martin, spillane, lewis, smart and the jarvis boys. The message they''re getting is, you want first team experience pi55 off somewhere else for the season then.
