I maybe completely wrong here but I''m pretty sure Gunn was brought in as a Scout / liaison officer. Basically GR points out a player and Gunn goes watches has a few pies and then reports back. If GR agrees then Gunn runs back and deals with the paperwork. This means that GR can spend more time at the training ground with his team. Seems perfect sense to me, and it''s working so far...

Personally I''d see Green and Ashton back here in a heartbeat. I agree that Earnshaw never had Norwich''s interests at heart only the chance of moving on. But people like Green & Ashton I thought really loved our club and I bet it was hard for them to leave! Also the windfall we got from both and the potential extra windfall we might get!?

Also another interesting fact is our possession percentage. The last four games we have had the higher percentage - 53% - 56% - 56% - 59% (last game) With Grant we were lucky to be getting 44%!! Just shows how much better football were playing now, more passing and less hoofing it to Brown or Dublin!! Particularly against Palace I thought we passed the ball around fantastically compared to 3 months ago... Just need a striker that can put the ball in the back of the net!! 7 attempts on goal compared to their 3!!
