Thought he did well tonight, caused a top of the league defence loads of problems and lasted 80 mins Fair play.  

Same as last season. I remember somebody putting something on here that showed we scored more points from the final top 8 rather then the bottom 8. Why can''t we do the business against crap teams??

With the crosses Carney was putting in tonight we need a proven finisher in there. Give Cody half a game and Killen the other If he can score 19 in 21 matches he''s obviously got a finishers touch

I like this alot, I don''t think it plays like a 4-4-2 as you would expect the front 4 to get forward more with Sammy and Russell keeping it safe behind them. It''s almost a 4-2-4 going forward and a 4-5-1 when defending Would like to see it in action.

I still had a bit of faith up until recently, trying to convince myself that Roeder kept us up last season but now I know it was Dion and Huckerby I think we have a good team but no goal scorer. where is our Ashton or Earnshaw?? After the chants away to Charlton for Roeders sacking who do those people think we could actually get to replace him? How accurate is FM09?? Hopefully not that much as I seem to think he was on around the £20k a week mark on that... Maybe now he is a full team member he will kick start his career with us................. Or then again.....

Our biggest problem is and has been from the start of the season that we don''t have a goal scorer. Nobody in the club will put 20 - 25 goals in the back of the net this season. At Reading we had three clear chances from 6 yards, Pattison and Russell both missed, any goal poaching striker would have had a hatrick. Lita would have made the difference on Saturday We need a striker that can come in and finish off the excellent service that Bell, Croft and Pattison are providing!!! Once we get that we will start winning. If you can''t score you''ll always leave the opposition that hope, doesn''t matter if you are running them off the park. SIGN LITA NOW!!!!!

What about Kennedy? I thought that Stefanovic would have been given a go as he seem to sort the defence out well. I believe if we do get a leader they need to be at the back of the team (i.e. defender or Def Mid) Don''t think Marshall is up for it. What about this kid from newcastle that is the reserves captain? Centre Back?

It''s so tight already If we can keep a good home record and pick up a few points on the road we will be up in the mix by the end of the season

Confidence if high!!!   After todays performance I think that we have 1. ''the missing piece of the jigsaw'' Sibierski was quality today and Lupoli is playing really well off him 2. A solid back four. Kennedy and Stef are the best CB''s we''ve had in a long time 3. An array of midfield talent. Russell & Clingan are solid week in week out, Hoolihan, Pattison & Fotheringham are all starting to get there (And we still have Bell, chadwick and Croft pushing for a place) 4. Our first away win in 9 months! 5. A solid start to the season only 1 point off playoffs (It''s going to be a tight league again) I''m really feeling happy with the team, every game I''ve seen or listened to we have performed very well   COME ON YOU YELLOWS!!!!
