1. Sorry for another post but had this discussion with some mates and wondered what you thought? I think he could be a great shout, I know there is no experience but his knowledge of the game is unbelievable... With that he would earn instant respect from players, I think he have some good contacts in the game and future players would want to play for him... There really isn''t anyone who excites me at the moment...
2.
He won''t be going for that much though. Even though he is still young, he didn''t have a very good season last year did he, and quite often GKs at the rubbish teams in the league often get a lot of praise. But i only really remember hearing bad things about his Championship form.
where did you get that from then? he won there player of the year and is only one a few plus points this year...
3. From the sight...   1538: Jon Marsh brings us the latest reports from East Anglia, which are that Paul Lambert has apparently quit Norwich. Burnley, of course, approached the club for permission to speak to the Scot last night.
4. Tom1902 people like you make me so angry you believe every little story out there... The truth is he played for morecambe on the saturday was do back in norwich on the monday so morecambe fc wanted to say thank you... At 5.30 that evening after winning man of the match again roeder called him back, he got straight in his car and drove back to norwich... He had the flu the next day that''s why he was not on the bench... With regards to a bad season I wouldn''t agree... Considering he was the busiest keeper in the league he was bound to make a mistake or 2... As someone else pointed out he saved them from embarrassment more times than not...he was man of the match when spurs beat them 4 nil... He also won all 4 player of the year awards so he couldn''t have done that bad... Rant over don''t get me wrong its a tough choice but don''t believe everything you read on this site...
5. I had the pleasure of meeting him a couple of years ago and he is top bloke who would talk to anyone nothing was to hard for him... I even said he was our answer to Hucks as he has got so much skill... He is a credit to footballers and my heart goes outvto him...
6.
I find it inconceivable that the our attendances at both Championship and now League 1 level can go unmissed week after week for years by parties looking to invest in a football club.
So do I notts county are spending millions on a single player peterborough have got money... I believe there must be someone out there who has tried to buy us but has been refused... When delia took over we had debts of 15 million and today we have debts of 15 million and nothing to show for the last 10 years... At least chase brought land etc to get us in that position
7. Well he can''t now but why would he? The pitch is awful for batting on so we don''t want to be batting on it 4th
8.
I saw and spoke to Lee Croft briefly at Cromer Carnival, he looked fitter than he was last season. Seemed a bit shocked at Norwich''s demise, but was certainly pleased to have got out of it. Didn''t seem to disappointed or like he cared which in turn disappointed me, he seemed like one that cared on the pitch, chasing everything. Thenhe realised he might get paid more elsewhere, so buggered off.
You have said it all... He cared on the pitch surely thats the most important thing... Being a footballer and playing for a club is a job he then got an offer which was playing in a higher league/more money and took it... You are telling me you wouldnt have done that... It doesnt bother me one bit if an ex player does not care when they have gone as long as they give 110% when here and i think croft did... Thats the problem with some fans as well as the club we are soft hearted and its good to see a CE with some balls its what we need...
9. are there any connections between Lambert and any of the players?
10. http://www.cu-fc.com/page/News/0,,10424~1758963,00.html   an old boy could be coming back... i hope they keep crook though...

12. am i the only one who thinks this could be a good paring... If it is Puyet he has had experience at this level with swindon and leeds (maybe not as manager but assistant) with JFH as an assistant they would get respect straight away from the players as they were not just bit part players they were 2 greats of the premiership..
13. i live in lowestoft too and had to get a mate who is an Ipswich fan and member to buy mine for me as they refussed me...
