1. Fantastic post, i pop on here now & again but dont think ive posted for a couple of years
2.
as the suggestion now appears to be that some of our "new" players can''t handle playing in front of crowds of 25,000 people !!! (despite the fact that it was one of main reasons that they wanted to join us), we need 16,000 people to stay away from our next home match to allow these players to feel a bit more comfortable in there surroudings.  A gate of around 9,000 should be a fairly managable number?, I''ll put my name down as first volunteer, anyone else?
I''m not going back to Carrow Rd while she is in charge.... away games only for me from now on I shall be cancelling my direct debit tomorrow
3. If Gunn got the sack Delia & MWJ would appoint Butterworth & Crook
4. Went down to the bar when the 4th went in otherwise I would have upset some people... left for home after the 5th So angry I was shaking..... The day was summed up for me on carrow rd @ 3.40 when I asked some old boy who had just walked out of the City Stand who was about 75 if he had ever seen anything quite like it..... in his eyes was just bewilderment "never, no never" Not sure if I will go back to Carrow Rd while Delia is still in charge
5.
my previous post was meant to be in reply to 1st Wiz''s last post... Doh
Aaahhh is this how it works ?
6. my previous post was meant to be in reply to 1st Wiz''s last post... Doh
7. Grif good spot.... waghorn & bailey on twitter have both confirmed it My money is on Fireman Sam
8. I was saying the exact same thing to my Bro & Dad before the game last night
9. Great post unfortunately our board do not have any vision... was it not MWJ who asked the floor for any ideas on generating investment @ the last AGM Our board of directors are well intentioned but incompetent I am sick of being patronised and hearing that its not their fault as all the other nasty clubs in our division have wealthy benefactors.... I wonder why we haven''t ?, perhaps it has something to do with the strict criteria Delia has set on the sale of her shares ? Enough is simply enough Delia, MWJ, Munby, Doncaster & Foulger OUT
10. Whilst I am not a member I''d like to ask if your planning a "city hall" meeting when this sorry season comes to an end regardless of its outcome I think this would be the best way to show the board the strength & feeling among our supporters
11. Hmm I have just posted something similare to Zema Tendons post.... here goes: "an earnest desire for some type of achievement or distinction, as power, honor, fame, or wealth, and the willingness to strive for its attainment"
12. whether it works or not it shows they have ambition.... although most Norwich fans have probably forgotten what the word means and hence let''s provide the meaning of the word: "an earnest desire for some type of achievement or distinction, as power, honor, fame, or wealth, and the willingness to strive for its attainment"
13. That was me..... & he was most upset at my "Sack The Board" chant which led to an arguement and me regretfully calling him something that rhymes with Prat I should not have called him that and was wrong to do so, but I was not wrong to sing sack the board.  What really gets me upset is the complete and utter apathy that seems to exist within our supporter base I was not at Ipswich as I am in the middle of moving house but if what I hear is correct and many of our "Lemmings" sang Delias name after the game then quite frankly they''re gonna get what they deserve I am on the point of handing back next seasons season ticket which I am already paying for because I can not put up with this any longer, no board change this Summer and we will have yet another season of misery next year In 4 yrs after relegation we have had 4 managers, 80+ players and 1 board of directors...... If we go down I hope its Monday night because otherwise Queen Delia & her cronies will escape what they deserve, on second thoughts most supporters will probably thank the lord we have her & the wonderfdul facilities in which to eat a lovely dinner before our League 1 games next season
14. Yes, although I think I need my head read
15. Really good thread guys You all make some good points, in my opinion for the root cause of our current malaise you only need look so far as the board room, as pointed out above they mean well they''re just not very good at their job !, too many mistakes over the last 5years If relegation as seems quite likely, does arrive this season (and if we do avoid it, with no change at the top we''ll only be here again in 12months time) then the position of our current board of directors is untenable Untenable or not the big question remains is who will replace them ?
16. thanks for the update.... nothing ground breaking but a good insight
17. Top work..... a little something to cheer me up in the ever depressing world of Norwich City Football Club
18. how about something along the lines of "you dont know what your doing" towards the board
19. Dont joke.... this board have finally proved beyond any doubt they are totally clueless I used to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the biggest PR balls up they could possibly have made...... what on earth possessed them to think this was a good idea ?. The only logical explanation was it was a really short term appointment say for 3-4 games but that doesn''t seem to be so reading Worthys comments Delia, MWJ, Doncaster, Munby & Foulger do us a favour will you and kindly do one
20. or the year we finally get whats been coming to us for the last 2yrs & get relegated Sorry for your loss this year Here''s wishing 2009 turns show us turning a corner !!!
21. He deserves time Our permanent signings are all showing potential in addition to the fact that we are now beginning to play well on a more consistent basis... yes I know the results are not coming our way just yet but both performances @ Reading & Watford were deserving of at least 2 draws He may not have bags of cash to throw about in January but I have faith in him to improve our squad again with any permanent signings he makes Win our home gams at Xmas and we should be pulling away from the bottom 3
