1. Thankyou for the many responses - to be honest I read only those in the 24 hours or so following my post and (in general) these have confirmed my opinion. In a nutshell about 1/3 of subsequent posters got the point whilst the remainder miss it completly - these include the following (totally inaccurate) assumptions: "I am not a real fan"; "I agree with the current regime"; "I am insulting all posters"; "I consider posters to be beneath me"; "I am upbeat about the clubs current status"; "I pretend the garden is rosy"; "I back Doncaster"; "I am a binner"; " I am Doncaster"; etc, etc.  This demonstrates my point  very neatly - those that actually read my post understand where I am coming from; however the majority missed it completly, jumped to conclusions and started throwing insults. All I am suggesting is that in our clubs'' current situation all the nonsensical whingeing, whining and backbiting is doing nothing but dragging us further down and, as someone who wishes to to be furnished with relevant factual information and digest educated, balenced opinion, I find trawling through the drivel that is posted both irratating and frustrating - hence my opinion that it would be better suited to having its own dedicated area. However, as the 2/3 majority have demonstrated, the prefference is clearly for the opposite, thus is the price of democracy... La revedere.
2. I have followed the Canaries for over 35 years, through thick and thin, good times and bad and take a keen interest in the club. Having studied (and occasionally contributed to) the forums on line I am left with the opinion that contributors to this site possessing even a modicom of intelligence are in a distinct minority. I appreciate that there are some well meaning (perhaps niaive) souls, youngsters and other "trainee" fans together with those that do genuinely struggle with the concepts of commercial reality, grammar, history and indeed basic spelling abilities - however my frustration is directed at those who should really know better The subject matter of this forum often beggars belief - talk of take overs by parties who have expressed no interest, sacking the only people who have had the guts to put their money where their mouth is, suggestions that Chase was a positive influence, and most recently suggesting a consortia bid fronted by an ex player (without any liaison with the media) demonstrate the level of muppetry that prevails. More concerning however is the fact that contributors seem to devote hours of time to responding/debating/argueing the toss, pros and cons of such posts depicting a stark reality - this being that if you lot represent the core fan base of the club then god help us!! If you are not a binner and have nothing constructive or of value to impart then either start your own Halfwit Forum or shut the f*** up. Our club is in dire straits and can do without the continued spouting of utter drivel. It would be nice to see an educated response to this post - however I wont hold my breath....
3. Keeper - Keelan Defender - Forbes Midfeild - Crook Winger - Neighbour Striker - MacDogall & Boyer - fantastic together.
4. Same old same old.... Once again we see that whoever disagrees with these amoembae spouting  bull***t is branded a child - well Clutz wrong again. Knowing that while specimens such as you and your mate Smuppet are around makes me appreciate the benefits of that Secondary Modern one attended..
5. I am sick of you Smuckin Fudgers and your ilk constantly whining and whinging - now at least you have shown your true (blue) colours. You girls epitomise what is wrong with our club - small minded bigotted six fingered single eyebrowed muppets.  Did anyone notice you in the Barclay shouting for the Binners....  No? A distinct lack of courage then ladies.
6. I saw Aidy B at Vicarage Road on Thursday - and have to admit it went through my mind what a shocking move it was to let him go from Carra Rud. If only we could turn back time - Aidy, Foley and Webb... compared to what we have now they would be a dream team and to think we had ''em all, under contract, in the same place at the same time.......
7.

Did anybody else listen to it today? I thought the last caller was absolutely spot on. The players are grown men, the players are doing a job they WANT to do and they are getting paid well for it. Before people blame everything on the board just remember the players should take some of the blame as well.
You mean players brought in by managers the board appointed ? FFS the buck stops with them, sure the players are the ones on the pitch, but some muppet brought them in, the same muppets brought the managers in that brought them.
Strange, seems to me that when we got promoted to the Prem that it was Worthington, Hucks, Malky & co that got most of the credit rather than Delia. But when things arent going so well, suddenly the players and coaching staff have no responsibility and its all the board''s fault. Do grow up.
Well Said. Players are gutless - no desire to win whatsoever. At least half our squad are an embaressment to the shirt. Doomcaster and Mumty should also be held accountable and should go, however should those muppets who insist on blaming DS & MWJ get thier wayand hound them out (unlikely as it is) just who do they anticipate would step into the breach?! Too many examples of Narfok small mindedness communicated via typing posts prior to engaging brain on this site.....
8. Hear Hear Jimmy500 (excepting the wrestler bit - not gonna get involved in that stuff!) Its sad that such a significant element of the "support" seem to only find satisfaction in assasinating the characters of those who are committed servants and/or influences to/on the club.. Still, each to their own - whatever flicks the switch to keep the poisonous small mindedness churnig out.... and thus maintaining their contentment.  Personally I''d rather get behind those who are at least making the effort to make a positive contribution to salvage something from what is left of our season. Its a pity that being constructive is a quality is such short supply amongst this fraternity - perhaps they should consider getting out more.....
9.
he was once talked as a futre england boss and done really well with the u21''s, maybe he could be the man to try and turn things around!!
I would love to see he and Stu Pearce team up again - still, stuff of Carrow Road dreams methinks....
10. Re: Brum to Carrow Road Why would an astute businessman choose Dipswich over City?  Their debt is significant - ours is purely operational and secured solidly. Study what the man says and read between the lines. His bailing out of Brum is not about travel whatsoever - its about profit. Notwithstanding that Ongar to Norwich is around a two hour drive and North Weald to Norwich a 30 minute flight. The ONLY thing NCFC needs is a solid backer with business acumen in the football field - we have the ground, the infrastructure and the fan base - a modest investment by the (soon to be ex) Brum team and they''d soon be seeing a healthy return. If you were they, are you seriously suggesting Dipswich, Colchester or Southend offer a better investment opportunity for the money, or, are you truly as shrewd an operator and as far sighted as your nom de plume? PS My apologies for not not previously replying to the intended recipient.

12. Having read the (general) twaddle bandied about by the seemingly fantasist/terminally morose contributors to this message board I feel obliged to add my two pennyworth. Has no one switched on to the fact that Sullivan, Brady & Bruce et al are bailing out of Brum?  Carson Yeung wants full control and is paying a top price for it, does''nt want any other influence and is leaving this lot with a handsome ammount of cash to invest elswhere. This Brum team work well as a team and have made clear their desire to continue to work together within football. NCFC fit the bill perfectly for them to repeat there feats at minimal risk whilst pocketing a good profit. Everyone, including Delia and Michael (and good luck to them, I say) are left content - the club is reinvigorated and all is well with the City once more.... No doubt some of the die hard professional Carrow Road Whingers will still find something to complain about and I doubt if Doncaster or Munby would fit into such an effective footballing orientated business environment - still you cant please all the people all the time! Reality or fantasy football?
13. Now that really does take the biscuit - talk about a rose tinted veiw of the past! Three reasons why: Refused Walkers, request to loosen the purse strings Refused the funds to buy Dean Windass Forced Martin O''Neil quit due his failure to deliver the promised funds Topcat
14. It''s not the Board killing us (although they certainly dont seem have a grasp on the seriousness of the situation) and it''s certainly not NCISA that needs to act -  it is solely the players that have that responsibility. These gutless wonders need to display some heart and hunger for winning. So far those with any fight in them are in a distinct minority (of these few Dublin really stands out) - the majority are an embarrasment to the club and themselves.  Topcat
