    Grant seems punish players for scoring goals (Curo withdrawn twice because he was in real danger of scoring hat-tricks, Grant trying to break him ?)

    Big Dave scores on Saturday and is the obvious choice to start in tonights tactics, so why not play Chrissy no-goals.

      I was never a fan of Grant as a player, plenty of enthusiasm and experience but past his sell-by date. Now he''s still got that enthusiasm but no experience and blaming other people if things go wrong.

    If only we could clone Dions attitude,strength,leadership and football ability.

    I''ve just been watching those highlights too. The commentator repeatedly refers to Ostemathingy as Lawrence for some reason. Still, i suppose Lawrence is easier to say (and spell, lol) Must say he did look very effective as a right winger tho.

    Y'' load sixteen tons and what d''ya get.

    Another day older and deeper in debt.

    But what happened to the 50 million pounds getting into the premiership was worth when we went up. We''ve spent virtually nothing on transfers since then apart from Ashton & Earnie, but we made profits from those two.

    Plus, for the last few years City have had sell out ticket revenue coming in. It makes you wonder where the money goes dont it.

    Smudger, in vaious alias''s is just a joke and not worth worrying what he says. He is certainly an attention seeking Binner who would like nothing better than to Citys season go pear shaped.

    I''m not a doom and gloom merchant but i do believe we''ve rode our luck so far this season. Any realist would agree.

    I we were to get those 2 young defenders that we are supposed be intersted in i would think that would be us set up for a good season. But i dont suppose they will be coming. Prove me wrong Peter please.

    st joined last night, and waiting to recieve a club. I think i will rceieve my club sometime today (my club will be called Gorleston City)

    So, is anybody already playing this game and whats it like ? Any tips ? The graphics look excellent although the translation to English from a foreign language is a bit strange. (as does this post lol)

    For 90 minutes we''d be bloody dangerous lol.

    Seriously tho i think we''ve been very lucky so far this season.

    Reminds me very much of the 2003/4 season, when we were also very lucky on so many occasions.

    So far this season we''ve played against teams that are pretty poor and we''ve struggled, buy managed to just about come away a result.

    I want to be positive but, when we do come up against a decent team i fear we''ll be found out.

    One of the earliest memories for me was the League cup run in 1961-62 season. We beat Rochdale in a two legged Final, beating them in the first leg 3-0 away (Billy Punton, Lythgoe 2) I bet Billy fell on his ''arris as he scored, i cant remember, but he usualy did Lol.

    Then it was was a bit of an anti-climax at home 1-0 but job done. (Jimmy Hill scored, no not that one Lol.)

    Yes, happy days.

    Getting some league games under his belt should do him the world of good. No good him twiddling his thumbs back here.
