1.
We have been told by Mcnally that we have £15 million in funds and presumably how much we make in selling players so if we do sell players like Barnett and Crofts, I feel we could raise our budget considerably. Out:- - Barnet 600k -Crofts £1m - Martin £1.2m - Lappin £400k - Ward £1m - Lambert ;) £1m And maybe... - Holt £5 million If these players do sell we would have around £20-25m meaning we can bring in targets such as - Snodgrass £2m - Naughton £4m - Davies £4m - Guthrie Free - Rhodes £5m - Emnes £3m - (Longshot) Max Gradel £2m Meaning we would have spent the £20 million and if Grant does go, £5 million for a new striker such as Rhodes would be very suitable and it could work well or it could end up costing us but we will have to trust Hughton to do the right thing. Hughtons Y&G Army!!!
where did mccnally say this?
 2. I would love Alan Curbishley or Chris Hughton, The risk being curbs has been out of the game for 4 years, however he''s so experienced, and we would find consolidation if the risk paid of.  Hughton or Curbishley, can''t pick between them. If the job goes to anyone else, heres hoping its not Steve Bruce..  OTBC.
 3.
If it wern''t for you in ripping apart the team and the club, then i doubt that we would be starting in the premier league in a mere few weeks. Neil Doncaster may still be here, and we''ll be a mid table Chapionship side, with no ambition. We wouldn''t have lost 7-1 to Colchester and poached Our god Paul Lambert. Things would be, very different. Thank you Neil Doncaster in appointing the saviour of Glenn Roeder, Thank you Glenn Roeder for setting us up to this great sucess we have going for us now.
Relegation at the time was a heartbreak for me, but we''ve bounced back stronger because we''ve got proper people to run the club, McNally has been an gem. We have a promising manager in Lambert, the best we''ve had a long time, We are not little Norwich anymore, we are treating the club as a business, such as ticket prices, its part of football im afraid. Im really confident because of how we are buying players, up and coming players who are young and have something to prove, best way of doing things i think.

"Butcher set to swoop for Canaries midfielder CALEY Thistle are understood to be on the verge of signing Welsh international midfielder Owain Tudur Jones from Norwich City. The Premiership newcomers released the 26-year-old from the final year of his contact earlier this week and Inverness CT manager Terry Butcher is set to complete the transfer and add him to his squad to face Hibs in the SPL on Saturday. The central midfielder, who has been on loan at Brentford and Yeovil Town in the past two years, joined Norwich in 2009 from Swansea City after stariting his career at Portmadog then Bangor City. He featured against Scotland and Northern Ireland in the Carling Nations Cup in May and made his Wales debut back in 2009 against Luxembourg. He has been capped six times now for his country."   That''s according to the "Highland News", that well-renowned Scottish organ. Terry Butcher could always spot outstanding talent.
Players like him make me wonder what Gunn was aiming for in league one, and also goes to show the standard of the Scottish Premier League. Me and my mate always debate on this, he''s from scotland and supports Celtic, and say i don''t see norwich winning trophies like we do, to which i always reply we don''t play pub teams.
In fairness to OTJ he was regarded as a key player in Swansea''s promotion from League One to the Championship so can see why Gunny went for him. I don''t think he is an awful player, but his style certainly doesn''t match that of Lambert''s.   The less said about Scottish football the better
Just imagine the standard of The scottish third division.

 6. This boy happened to go to one of the country''s worst top 5 schools, Earlham High School, i was only in year 7 when he was in year 11, but hopefully will go on and make something of himself.
 7. Wiggins is not with the first team squad in Germany City''s fringe first team squad members Owain Tudur Jones, Rhoys Wiggins and Matty Gill could all bolster a youthful Canaries line up with Paul Lambert''s senior players away at a private German training base this week. <<< taken from the article on the homepage http://www.pinkun.com/content/pinkun/norwich-city/story.aspx?brand=PINKUNOnline&category=Norwich&tBrand=PINKUNOnline&tCategory=xDefault&itemid=NOED12%20Jul%202010%2017%3A34%3A35%3A303
 8. http://www.tribalfootball.com/norwich-newcastle-talks-keeper-forster-917241 Norwich City have opened talks with Newcastle United over a loan deal for goalkeeper Fraser Forster. Newcastle loaned City Forster last season and he helped the Canaries win the League One title. Carrow Road boss Paul Lambert is now hoping Newcastle will loan them Forster again for their Championship campaign. But he has also discussed taking fellow back-up keeper Tim Krul from St James'' Park if Forster is made to stay. Sounds good IMO
 9. David Wright would be nice to have as a right-back with Nicky Bailey as a right midfielder and i would like us to splash a bit cash out on a quality championship striker.
 10.
Interesting weeks may be ahead. http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/danroan/2010/04/english_football_on_verge_of_c.html The conclusion must be that it is now even more important for us to build on the current momentum and establish the club as serious promotion challengers next season. There''ll be no room for faint hearts, but Bowker, McNally and Lambert seem to have the attitude and knowhow required. Let''s hope that the right lessons have been learned throughout the club. One love. OTBC
If it do happen then i would hope Leeds get stuck in it!!
 11. Maybe Lloyd Sam with Nicky Bailey, both from Charlton. Billy Paynter is out of contract in the summer. As is Lloyd Sam.
 12.

Sorry couldn''t resist going WACCOE to see what the mood was lik. But found this which is interesting... http://www.waccoe.com/index.php?showtopic=181090 Billy Paynter on a free? Yes Please! Mkandwire at Leyton Orient is a good player too I reckon. Some interesting names on frees potentially. Although the little is not exhaustive. As they have only got Doc as out of contract. Was pretty certain Russell was too.....
Lloyd Sam at Charlton with Billy Payner would do me!!
Yer Lloyd Sam impresses me every time i see him play.
 13. It appears that most of the estimated values are what you''d sell them for not what there worth. I mean come on Doc is an excellent player but would someone splash out 1m for him...no they wouldn''t. We were hoping he''d go for free when roeder gave him that new contract. Hoolahan is worth a lot less then what i''d sell him for. If i was manager i would slap a 2.5m-3m price tag on him whereas in reality he''s worth 1m-2m.
 14.
Squad for Next Year: GK: Forster GK: Rudd LB: Drury LB: Rose RB: *New* RB: Martin CB: Doherty CB: Whitbread CB: Askou CB: Nelson LM: *New* LM: Lappin RM: *New* RM: Mcnamee CM: Hoolahan CM: Russell CM: Smith CM: Hughes ST: Holt ST: *New* FWD: Martin FWD: Johnson UTY: Spillane That gives a core squad of 21 for the season with a few loans here and there, I reckon we need 3 new first-team players especially at rightback and right midfield and a decent like-for-like replacement for Holt Probably about a £1mill to play with incl. transfer fees, wages, agent fees etc Gone: Mcveigh, Cureton Sell: OTJ, Gill, Cody Loan to L1: Adeyami, Daley, Stephens, Francomb, Steer
Anyone likes the look of Albert Adomah, looks quality player but its only league two i guess. I also quite like that Lloyd Sam of Charlton, i think he''s a right winger.  Looked good against was it Bristol Rovers. How about Jimmy Abdou, the one who plays for millwall, he''s a quality centre midfielder. Unless they don''t come up then its hard to see him coming here. Might cost a bit of dosh too. I think we''re going to need to back Paul Lambert with money if we want to secure a nice respectable place in the championship. I don''t think we''ll be seeing Forster again. Hopefully Lambert can pull it off, they will bring him back i would say to compete with Harper. I think Wiggins hasn''t had a fair crack tbh but Lambert obviously don''t rate him. i would replace Rose with Wiggins. We need a proven championship striker because Holt unknown in the championship with him only playing a four game loan for Blackpool. I think he played half a season there when he was younger and was only just picked out of non league football. The same could maybe be said about the other two strikers. Yes Martin has had games in the championship before anyone say anything. But i wouldn''t say he''s a proven striker in the championship. I think our defence is the question as too whether the they can cut it. I am pretty certain that Russell Martin won''t cut it. Possbly Nelson but he deserves a chance, he''s been excellent for most of the season.  I think its fair to say most of the squad are unknown to the championship. It will be an interesting season i am sure.
 15. I''ve also sent a complaint to them. It really annoyed me. It because they were once a big club.
 16. Lloyd Sam winger - Charlton Nicky Bailey goalscoring CM - Charlton we could steal these of Charlton if they don''t get promoted.  Troy Deeney striker - Walsall. Right Back - ? Centre Back - ? Anthony McNamee is unproven in the championship. But you will not know if you don''t try.  I would personally get rid of Micky Nelson and maybe the Doc, i''m unsure whether Nelson can make the step up. Russell Martin steady right back but maybe out of his depth in championship. Hopefully we can get Forster back on loan for the season. The question is, 4-4-2 or the diamond?
 17.

I hope that he''s not ''toast''. He deserves a chance, Only 22, former Welsh U21 international, highly rated at Palace.
"Highly rated" is a term that is very much overused when it comes to young players. If he was that well thought of at Palace they wouldn''t have had him out on loan and then let him join us. I''m sure if he''s shown enough to the manager then he will get a chance if he thinks he''s up to it but from the little bit I''ve seen of him playing he looks a bit too lightweight for what we need.
he rejected a new contract to come here if i recall my mind.
 18. Why do every first sentence they make start with cash-strapped?
 19. I didn''t watch it last night, did anyone change their minds when they saw it from a different view?
 20.     2-1 win, Martin 2  and Lambert with their goal.
