  1. Seems like Ian Clarke is feeling the Blues - but is there reason for optimism? http://xtheline.co.uk/feeling-blues-not-looking-rosy-canaries/
  2. Yes it is Crawley Town - but that is why I think Josh Murphy needs to be pushing Redmond for a start. Goals in his game
  3. Firstly, what a win! Fantastic game and one we thoroughly deserved. Never in any doubt. I thought it was a brilliant team performance, but stand out players for me were Turner, Tettey and Hoolahan. The only comment I would make it Redmond. Despite being blessed with pace and flair, he looks so reluctant to use it. Very casual and sloppy player at times. I for one, would like to see Josh Murphy pushing Redmond for a start very soon! Anyway, brilliant win! COYY! OTBC!
  4. Completely agree! So frustrating! We need to play to our strengths, a typical case of how the players should adapt to the formation, not adapt the formation to the strength of the players. Johnson needs to be challenged, Tettey is better in my opinion. Cannot wait for Howson to come back. Redmond should not be up top, its a nice idea, but it won''t work. Grabban and Lafferty has to be first choice, until Hooper is back. Then I would play him over Grabban. Bennett and Redmond need to be pushed wide. With Hoolahan droping behind in that number 10 role, floating and doing what he does best. Russell Martin should be RB, Whittaker is a liability. Garrido is not good enough, but will have to do whilst Olsson gets a ban. Josh Murphy should be pushing Redmond for a start. Pilkington should be there or there abouts, he adds diversity. Bassong, I think he has to start. Despite whatever he has done, he is too good a player to leave out.

  7. I think Belgium can, seeing as they failed to make previous World Cup or Euro''s. Completely new squad...
  8. Columbia is a great shout! Mexico not bad either. Belgium just look class with that squad!

  11. Hi guys. I have entered a competition to become an intern for the World Cup. The competition involves writing 3 football articles; its judged on social media hits as to which 3 writers get the internship. I would really appreciate if you could help a fellow Norwich City fan out. Please have a read of my article and share it across any social media spaces you guys are involved with. Whether it be Twitter, Facebook, Pintrest, Google+. Anything. I would be so grateful. Thanks so much, lets get NCFC out there! http://hereisthecity.com/en-gb/2014/05/13/canaries-relegated-from-premier-league/#ncfc OTBC!
  12. For me, changes need to be made... Ruddy, Martin, Yobo (if fit), Bassong, Olsson Tettey Snodgrass Fer Pilkington Hoolahan Hooper

  16. A fair debate. Apologies I meant now that "Howson" is back, not Tettey. I would like to see Hughton play Fer, Tettey and Howson. 3 very different players who offer alot as a trio. Saying that, with Fer out...Johnson''s place is in no doubt. I commend his efforts and would love to be proved wrong; but just feel he is technically not as good as other players in the middle. Often left feel frustrated at times, but this is football. Opinions are subjective.
  17. Hi guys. I am currently starting my own blogging page. I would really appreciate your views on my articles, please respond, follow and discuss my views! Here is my latest article - Bradley Johnson..."A Vicious Circle" - http://olliebaines.wordpress.com/2014/03/12/a-vicious-circle/ You can also read all of my articles from Shoot.co.uk and all my blogs here at olliebaines.wordpress.com Many thanks for taking the time to read this.
  18. This lad is always on the scoresheet. Yes it is in the reserve league, but you have to score when your played and he has been. I wonder if CH has ever been tempted to include him in his 1st team squad with the lack of goals upfront.
  19. To be fair, I would rather have a winger who WANTS to take touches, get at players, have a go, be selfish sometimes and make things happen...rather than a winger who doesn''t want to know. Redmond looks class for me. Exciting, pacey, he ran the Spurs full backs ragged both times he switched wings. He is young, still developing. But I for one am really encouraged by him in his first Premier League season so far.
  20. I still think it''s too early to judge Ricky. Give him time, he has been so unlucky, once he gets that break...which he will, we will see a reformed man. Big fan of RVW
  21. The age market for shoot is surprising, it is read by most football fans and in particular teenagers - particularly the website. Thanks for the feedback
  22. Hi guys, I just want to invite you to take a look at my article I am writing for Shoot Magazine. This particular article is on the website, I would really appreciate your feedback, views and thoughts on the article. Additionally, I am writing for the magazine on a monthly basis and would love to post them on here for you to have a look at and discuss. I appreciate it is not centred around the beloved Norwich City, but I''m hoping to sneak something about RVW in there somewhere. Many Thanks Here is the link to my first ever article published last month - http://www.shoot.co.uk/monthly-focus-portugal/
  23. £2m bid turned down. Is he good enough?
  24. Johnson is a player who works hard, but sometimes, the hard work he is doing is trying to retain the possession from his own mistakes. I would definitely have Fer and Howson in the middle instead. Johnson has a good work ethic; but technically not good enough for me. Tettey is a better all round player.
