    That is, he had decided on the clubs ''capability'' and ''desire'' before applying for the job, but he is not quoted on how he determined that the club had the ''desire''. Maybe it was in the interview.

    In summary, there is nothing in the extracts to show that he thinks the club is committed to providing adequate financial resources to get into the Prem again. Especially starting the summer with a deficit of no less than 15 (yes 15) players.

    Not really, there are a few FMs like yourself who start petty topics just to up thier post count. Unfortunately they are usually of an extremely negative nature which, I suppose, guarantees more replies. Sad......

    I am not taking sides here but this whole thread raises the issue of impartial moderation yet again. A few days back I had a post deleted for calling someone a relatively harmless name (fool) yet there is a post in this thread comparing someone to "poo"? I am not saying anyone is in the wrong as there is quite a bit of name calling on all sides, it''s just that some gets through moderation and some does not.

    Great talent, great potential but lazy and has an attitude problem (from Villa fans, not me). WBA have the option to buy him for £3-3.5M at the end of the season (what''s the betting that it is dependant on WBA getting promotion?). I presume that he also preferred staying local as well? Another BlyBlyBabes "kick the Board" post with no real substance, don''t know why I bothered replying really....

    Do you not read the News? FGS you are on the pinkun website, there were articles about how GR had put reasonable offers in for a couple of players. You can not make a reasonable offer if you do not have the cash!!!!

    I''ll say what I like Mr. Humphreys. There is a place to discuss other football on this Forum, the topic should have been started there and not here in what is quite plainly labelled "Main Discussion - Norwich City". I do not go to the other sub-forums because they do not interest me. The issue here is Moderation, or rather the lack of it, it is very inconsistent standards-wise.

    Just a question Mr. Humphreys - are you the sort of person who turns a blind eye to able bodied people parking in disabled bays?

    Please show us the evidence for this as you repeat this statement constantly as if it were a fact. Actually if you go back over the transfer window period GR made it clear that there were a least of couple of players he would have liked to sign but was not able to for differing reasons. I think the fact that sensible offers (according to GR''s valuations) were made does not show a reluctance of the Board to part with cash?
