  1.  Since its formation in 1995 NCISA has held roughly 150 monthly committee meetings and not one has ever been held at Carrow road. The cost to hire a venue like St Andrews Hall was £400 when the WORTHINGTON sit -u -ashun was discussed and less than 10 people joined NCISA that evening so our current membership was not built of the back of that meeting as has been suggested. If NCISA was to call another public meeting this time to debate and discuss issues surrounding the board i ask one simple question of our critics on this message board.Would you all come along and join in the evening or continue to put the world to rights from the comfort of your armchairs with your laptop doing the talking.?NCISA acts first and foremost on behalf of its members so if you non members do not like the way we operate come and join us because democracy will rule the day.WIZARD please explain what you mean by NCISA is "too damn close to the club"but before you do make sure that your facts are correct.
  2. As Chairman of NCISA can i just say that the stance taken by Kathy with the full backing of the nine member committee has obviously caused a great deal of debate on this message board. Some is supportive and some critical of what NCISA has had to say. Many feel that the current board are responsible for the decline in our club. I am not attempting to swerve the concerns raised but for those of you who think that NCISA is inactive with regard to holding the board responsible can i ask why not one person has mentioned The Norwich City Supporters Trust that was formed a few years back who claim to year on year purchase shares on behalf of its membership. They hold regular meetings with the board so just maybe a question or two to them may give the answers that a lot of you fans want.I for one would be most interested to hear their thoughts.
  3.  So quoting from your post on this thread and then recalling previous statements you have made in recent months is to be considered as having an aggressive tone is it ?Since my post appeared Mr TRUTHSEEKER there has only been one other person who took the hump about what i said but they contacted me by phone. Maybe there are others out there who have issues with NCISA or me in particular but your crusade to achieve whatever is really tiresome and irritating so how about you give us all a break now and either put up or shut up with your accusations.I do hope that did not sound too aggressive for you.
  4.  well Mr TRUTHSEEKER having not read this message board for a few days i am fascinated to see that you are"keen to highlight the fact that NCISA is inextricably linked to at least one of the EDP''s columnists".What on earth are you saying or trying to prove. Are you saying that NCISA writes Fans Eye or that Adam writes the NCISA columns in the Pink Un. In one of your posts you claimed to have only a passing interest in affairs at NCFC and not to be a regular fan.In another you had information on alleged infighting on the NCISA committee and in yet another your contacts within Carrow Road told you that NCISA were not highly thought of.
  5.  "Supposedly replaced our departed heroes" Who on earth are these departed heroes ?
  6.  Surely Truthseeker you will have read Steve GEDGE in todays EDP. Ignoring the content of the article did you spot those two anti club negative columnists in the photo. What a couple of miserable sods. By the way i will be driving to Rochdale next week and my mate Adam AIKEN has asked if i have a spare seat in the car.Is that ok with you?
  7.  If you were not aware Truthseeker Richard BALLS is now employed by Norwich City Council so i feel you are stretching it a little bit by saying he is an Archant columnist.I am assuming that he is one of the guys you are talking about ? As Neil DONCASTER writes a regular column in the EDP would you refer to him as an Archant columnist ? BALLS,AIKEN and GEDGE all pay good money as season  ticket holders to express their views. The articles they write are by and large spot on unlike the drivel you place on this board.
  8.  NCISA will also have a weekly column in the Pink Un Truthseeker. It will be written in turn by the eleven committee members so you will no doubt have plently of ammo for the pointless posts you place on this website.I have written the first article for this Saturday so no doubt your fingers will be at work on your computer before the weekend is over.
  9.   A few seasons back the 14 year old SHAWCROSS played for Man Utd under 14''s against Norwich under 14''s in an academy game played at Carrow Road.I was one of the match sponsors and had to pick the Man Utd man of the match.I selected Ryan SHAWCROSS and a photo of myself with the young man is on the wall at my pub.Clear your desk GUNNY i am after your job !
  10. JUST FOR YOUR INFORMATION OLD BOY KATHY BLAKE AND I ARE GOING TO TONIGHTS GAME.UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME I CANNOT TELL YOU WHERE WE WILL BE SITTING AS ADAM AIKEN HAS BOUGHT THE TICKETS.AS SOON AS I KNOW THE SEAT LOCATION I WILL ADD TO THIS POST SO YOUR INFORMANTS CAN SIT WITHIN HEARING RANGE TO OVERHEAR OUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS FOR THE FORTHCOMING SEASON.IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN US FOR A PINT ALL THREE OF US WILL BE IN THE COACH AND HORSES THORPE ROAD AT ABOUT 7.15PM
  11.  Please be warned B.B. that a couple of seasons back when in a pink un NCISA article i used the expression "mumbo jumbo" in the same breathe as our Chief Executive he copped a big time hump with me and was accussed of being rude and anti club !
  12.  It came as no surprise to me that Kevin KEELAN has topped the poll in the Eastern Evening News to establish the all time greatest Norwich City legend. His record of 673 appearances will never be beaten.Since moving to America Keelan has been invited back by the club for a handful of club reunions and has a banner with numerous other "legends" hanging within the Jarrold Stand. The man in my humble opinion deserves far greater recognition by Norwich City. The point of this post is that i find it totally unimaginative of someone at the club to decide to rename the revamped "Scores" as "Yellows"following its transformation to a New York style bar in keeping with the Riverside development. How about calling it KEELANS.
  13.   This evening we will see a crowd in the region of 18,000 at Carrow road for the under 21 International. Knowing for a fact that  the F.A.pay for all the stewarding and any Police presence that is required I was amazed to read in tonights Evening News  that DOOMCASTER has stated that Norwich City will not make any money from the game. I assume that the F.A. will also foot the bill for ticket printing and distribution and pay the hospitality bill for their "prawn sandwich brigade"that will descend on us.Who gets the income from all the bars and refreshment kiosks that will be open ?Does not the football club receive a small percentage of gate receipts ?Who prints the programmes and receives the income ? Who gets the money from the 200 or so cars on the club car park ? I do not expect the club to make a significant amount of money in hosting tonights prestigious fixture and do agree Mr D that it is an honour and a privilege to play host to ENGERLAND but surely there must be a few quid in it for us ?Sorry i did not check my facts with you first Mr D but any answers you may have shooting me down in flames need to be shared with all fans and not just on a one to one over the phone.I only question what has surprised a lot of people by the Evening News article.
  14.  My plea to the local media is that our chairman nor our chief executive are asked for their comments on the consequences and financial implications of promotion to the Premiership for Derby County.                                   WE ARE ALL WELL AWARE MR D & MR M.                                                                                               Since the season ended for Norwich City you have informed us that Charlton,Watford & Sheffield United will be bringing with them wads more cash than when we were relegated. Now in tonights Evening News Mr DONCASTER tells us that we will not be able to compete with the new cash rich Wolves and quite possibly Leicester.                                    THIS IS ALL DEPRESSING & BL**D*NG OBVIOUS.
  15. For those of you who wondered why NCISA did not release our press statement until today the explanation is simple. To be Lord Mayor you have to be a serving councillor so had Roy lost his seat in the early hours of this morning he would still be chairman. Congratulations to Roy and his family for when he takes up his position on 22nd May.From now until the AGM later this year i am honoured to be only the 2nd chairman in the short history of NCISA.I hope the following information about myself might be of use to those who are genuinely interested in NCISA.I am 55 years old and own the Cottage pub on Silver Road in Norwich.I am a retired Police Officer and live just off the Dereham Road in the City.I am a Norfolk man and have lived in this fine city for 37 years . .I first watched Norwich play in 1963 and have been hooked ever since. Two cup semi finals, three league cup finals, three away games in europe, every promotion since Orient and Watford in 1972 been there done that.I sit directly behind the home dugout in row B seat 101 City Stand and have seen every home game and 10 away games this season.I have watched City play on 81 different away grounds in England and Wales. Apart from being a season ticket holder i am also the holder of 100 shares and sit on the supporters consultative group. For those of you that know me i think it would be fair to say that i do not suffer fools gladly.Perfect i am not but all i will say is that i will give it my best shot until the AGM.Fence sitting is not a hobby of mine and when i am asked for my views on all matters Norwich City quotes may well be TILSON quotes but any statements issued on behalf of NCISA will only be done with the knowledge of my fellow Officers on the committee and wherever possible the full committee. If any members of NCISA or indeed any City fans wish to discuss anything to do with the club we all love i can be contacted by email john.tilson@tiscali.co.uk or tel 07714216616.
