1. R.I.P to a real Norfolk legend, Thanks for the memories Roy.
 2.

Brought in Alnwick on loan. Gave Spillane a contract. Spillane has had a contract for several seasons now Was due to expire at end of last season Gunn offered him new deal Signed Askou. Brought back Paul McVeigh. Raised Lappin from the dead. Did he? Cant recall him starting under Gunn. Birmingham away last season. Gave Korey Smith his chance. Signed Hughes. Chased Grant Holt and caught him! Bet on Cody McDonald. Gave Tom Adeyemi his chance this season. Of course I''m not there at the moment, so I might be talking rubbish. Anyway, I wish Paul Lambert all the best and hope that he can weld a winning combination from the ''Gunn''s men'' and a couple of new signings which I am sure he will be given funds for; no doubt from the sales of Hoolahan and Russell - and I wonder if he can get anything from that Australian goalkeeper fella? Football is full of ironies. We shall see what we shall see. One love, has the same effect of people who start by saying ''with respect'' which has precisely the opposite effect OTBC
I too can buy a good jigsaw, but lack the spacial awareness to complete it. Same with Gunn, got most of the pieces yet no idea how to put it together.
3. What a true gentleman a real football man , Sadly we are unlikely to see the sort of man as Sir Bobby again. Rest in peace.
 4. Dreadful news for John and his family all the best getting through this John.
 5. Simpson plus a lot of cash for clingan I would seriously hope.
 6.
Good, they were shite. It was embarrassing watching the Sultana sports news, the commentry was pants, especially Burley.
I bet the 200 people who just lost their jobs are thinking good too ! Think yourself lucky your not one of them.
 7.

hmm... it''s hard to know if this is a fair assessment of him as i am sure the fan who wrote this knows he is leaving. However, if that is the general opinion of all the hartlepool fans it is certainly a worry. for the record i would pprefer to see whitbread if we could afford him or, trotman from preston.. both are very good all round centre backs. Also i would be happy to see Baldwin of colchester sign for us... maybe we could give them cureton?
i would still rather have fozzy!
You''ve just given up the right to a sensible opinion in that statement.
 8.
I believe wee Peter still has legendary status at Celtic so there might be something in it.   He is i believe however this was also the period that Rangers dominanted the league and Celtic won little what does that tell you ?
 9. More likely he will be assistant or coach to Mowbury when he takes the celtic job
 10. Part of the problem with Setanta must be that must of their subscibers get it free as part of another package ( Bt or Virgin ) like me , I don''t know anybody whos actualy paid for it , sure i know they sting pubs to have it but their normal paying customer base must be fairly low.

Well outside the top four, and the big bucks of Spurs, Man City and Villa, there''s: Everton (in dire need of investment and in Moyes have a man who has worked wonders turning them from relegation candidates to a regular top 6 team) Fulham (look like a low budget team who have got it right this year, and may not be as good next year) West Ham are skint supposedly but have a good team despite injuries and a good youth. They aren''t safe next year by any means however (see portsmouth last season). Then comes the bottom 7: Hull (will be whipping boys next year at this rate, lucky to stay up) Stoke (might get found out but fair play to them this season, they''ve brought there own game to the league and had a plan B that Hull didn''t which nearly cost them, but they could do an Ipswich or Reading and get too cocky and go down next year) Blackburn (pretty useless but have the odd bit of class to suggest they had enough this year) at the end of the day tho, football isn''t played on paper. Bolton (pretty useless last year, but found some solid players under Megson who has done suprisingly well. Traditionally not a big clubb and will never have many fans, so are simply waiting to drop again) Wigan (see Bolton but more recent and even less followers) Sunderland (now they stayed up, Kenwyne will stay and there''s apparently massive investment  from their american shareholder whose name escapes meand they are now the sole north east top flight club, one to watch next season, (new megabucks american owner doesn''t always work tho! especially in the north east!) Portsmouth (a small club finally on the decline again, now that the faulse money has been sucked out of them with nothing to show for in terms of infastructure, they still have a good team but let''s see how long that lasts when the clubs accounts get published) All of these are beatable, maybe not next year, but maybe in the next few years. Message to Phil Gartside "go **** yourself if you think that the gap with the premiership and the championship is even wider now, if anything, it''s closing, won''t be long before your club Bolton get swallowed up"
All this slagging off of so many clubs, and this from a fan of the poorest run club in britain LOL.
Maybe so but at least we''ve never run our club so badly we had to go into administration unlike some...
If you think you are safe from Admin then you are even more stupid than I thought, and no im ashamed my club went down that route and I genuinely hope NCFC doesnt go the same way, but it aint looking too good is it ?
I don''t think we''re safe from admin at all ( Neither are most clubs below prem level even those with rich owners and backers would be stuffed if those people walked away , Not a dig at Ipswich ) just making a response to your line about being the poorest run club in Britain.
Im not having a dig at you the fans either, and I know i''ll just be told to piss off, but i genuinely feel sorry for you guys. The way your club has been run is a disgrace, i know cus we have been there too remember, yes marcus evans could well walk away in the future, but just as norwich fans would enjoy the chance of success we are going to enjoy it while it lasts.
Quite correct and I couldn''t blame you either.
