1. Spotted this today on BBCs 606 site - please excuse the  plagarism and cultural liberty taking! Sung to the tune of ''Lord of the Dance'' "Saf, Saf wherever you may be Eating sheeps eyes in your own country But it could be worse cos you could be Scum Eating rats in your Council slum"
 2.

I''d like Charlton to stay up and Wigan to go down. Wigan like Blackburn years ago "bought" their success. Curbishley circled like a vulture waiting for Pardew to get the push...then stepped in thinking he would take the league by storm. I hope he gets his come-uppance and Pardew gets the last laugh. I hope Sheff U survive if only to show others that it is possible to hang in there if you show some guts...I doubt there will be a 6-0 defeat for them on the last day of the season somehow! Defeat perhaps....total capitulation no.
So it''s OK if an investor comes in with pots of money to oust Smith & Co but not for other teams eh Cluck??????
There''s a difference between "buying success" and appropriate investment. Personally I have never followed City to see us win every game nor become a short term meteor....but I do want to see decent football on the pitch and a skillful squad...and that takes rather more than your St. Delia is putting in. Something on the Reading scale would be nice...and their rise is based purely on skillful business practise and a good scouting network. Neither are evident at Carrow Road in 2007...nor the preceeding 10 years. Next?
My ''St. Delia'' - now there''s a thought.  Funnily enough Cluck I have no allegiance to Delia or any other member of the board - like you I just want Norwich to do well on the pitch.  All I wanted to do was highlight the apparent hypocrisy of your post as you continue to inhabit Cloud Cluckoo Land while most of us have to live in the real world.  Presumably then ''skillful'' doesn''t include mazy one man runs ending in a goal nor clever back heal interchanges having the same end result.

 4. Don''t you mean ''should have been'' Old Bean   (Wimbim III ''Campaign for Messageboard Grammar)
 5. Anyone know what time the coaches leave Carra Rud on Saturday and can we park in the car park?
 6.
The White Horse This is a popular pub, that can be found at the North East corner of Parsons Green. Leave the Parsons Green underground station using the right hand exit. As you exit the station turn right and walk 50 yds down the road to the White Horse on the left hand side. Scruffy Murphy''s This pub is located 500 yards up the Fulham Road from the ground (turn left out of the ground) just past the Esso garage. It''s a great little pub. The Blackbird The pub is located next to the Tube station, and is the only recommended pub for away fans! The Fox and Pheasant Walk past stamford bridge along the Fulham Road, go over the railway line, first foad on the right (private road) pub is down on right. This is a real gem, looks like it hasnt changed since it was built (the public bar on left) small and snug, serves greene king ales in good condition. Rear beer garden covered, a good crowd on matchdays no trouble. So legend has it, Stamford birdge has the largest number of pubs within a mile radius of the ground so you''ve there is loads of options. Only the ones immediately opposite the ground are best avoided due to crowding, and these are usually packed with home fans   Hope this helps [:)]
Many thanks Super!  I''m sure we can find something half decent amongst that selection - any ideas about food options?  Prefer something a bit gamey.

 8. Someone out there must have some ideas or are you all as inbred as me!
 9. Whatto fellow sufferers!  Just found out that the Roller hasn''t got an MOT (whatever that is????) so will have to take the charabanc to Chelsea with something called ''Club Cabbage''.  Yes, I know I''m getting a bit ahead of myself but I''m a ''glass half-full'' sort of person (actually three-quarters if I can get my hands on the bottle!).  As it says in the Bible (Book of Brian, Chapter 1, Verse 69) ''Always Look On the Bright Side of Life'' (unless you happen to be called Wiz, Cluck, Smudger etc etc). What was the point of this drivel?  Oh yes , I remember...anyone know of any decent watering holes close to the Bridge that will be suitable for an eccentric Earl and his entourage?  I used to know the area quite well - the Second Earl used to have a town house in some Mews just round the corner until that unfortunate incident with the Understairs Maid and the turnip - never mind, any help and info. appreciated!
 10. Supporter since 1964, season ticket holder since 1979 - not to renew would be unthinkable (whatever Division we were in).  Unfortunately it must be inbred (a bit like me really.......whatto)
 11.
Sorry old chap but a Roller just won’t do, I heartily suggest a trip to Kensington High Street and the premises of Bristol Cars to see you put right forthwith.    To think one arrived in the majestic north west under equipped for the task ahead is quite frightful, have you made enquiries as to the availability of lapsang souchong and cucumber sandwiches upon your arrival?   Tally ho and toodle pip and lets all look forward to a jolly game of cup and ball in Mrs Wiggins Pie Shop post footy shall we?
Good Lord, Bury, it''s a while since I''ve tasted Mrs Wiggins delights - do they have such emporia up t''North?
 12.
We''ve been ''rogered'' by the board - for the last few seasons........
I think you''ll find that the correct term is ''Mumbied'' Mello Old Chap!
 13.
Last time I was at Carrow Road I was badgered by a wild bore, what are the chances ? Sir Stanley and Armfield have retired, old boy, although they''d get a game here ! Happy St Wimbles day, WimBim !
Happy St Wimbles to you too, Blah Blah! Must be the same wild bore that I sit behind!  ''The best thing for a wild bore is a small bore'' (Motto of East Ruston Small Arms and Machete Club)
 14. Lord Love a Duck!  Had to postpone getting the Roller out of mothballs and making the trip to the seaside.  Totally forgot that the match coincides with St Wimbles Day when its family tradition to go cavorting round the countryside, strapping a saddle on a passing wild boar, and go pestering badgers.  Much rather be in Blackpool sampling the delights of Reginald Dixon and his massive organ and throwing a few snowballs at Sir Stanley and that man Armfield (they still do play for the Tangerines don''t they? I don''t care what you think, I''m justified and I''m ancient........pip pip!
 15. Bit concerned that Old Mumblie is focussing on potential relegation rather than a potential escape route.  Shouldn''t he be doing some more voice overs or whatever it is he does to earn a crust and put some more dosh into the coffers?  After all, if I''ve got to cough up another £12 for my premier plastic seat in the Lower Barclay then surely the Board should be upping their contributions?
