Chelsea brand is tired and uninspiring
Rasputin was a C... replied to Hooleyfan's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Dont worry Hooleyfan, you''ll soon be back there. Norwich''s problem is they have a;ready shown they nor there supporters understand Premiership football, its not one league up from the championship, its a different ball gama altogether. Secondly you have an inexperienced and nieve manager, and his errors cost you games against MK Dons (ohh it doesnt matter i hear you cry, well can you see any of the top teams loosing like that, winning mentality its called) and being very lucky against stoke last week. and lastly - we all know you are in love with delia (was she sober yesterday) but wheres all the money going ?? When you lot were in the 2nd division you had a premiership ground, so why are they not spending money on players ? Delia (are you sober) is doing a "Chase" on you lot and youre too blind to see it - my bet is she and her lot have already calculated the balloon payment will be more than staying in the premiership. Work it out numb-skulls - Does being in the premiership mean you lot get extra income ? are you attendances bigger? is it more expensive to get in ? Think about it - They are not buying premiership quality players, they buy on the cheap, they will be relegated as its good business for the board - its not rocket science
I''m sure I speak for the majority on here when I say thank you for offering your opinion from such a lofty, educated position. If we didn''t have an individual such as yourself putting us to rights then who knows what nonsense we''d be spouting. -
Got to agree that he was certainly looking for it. Then these tosser''s know they''ll get the decision at this level. Same with the penalty in the Blackburn game, the striker goes over like he''s been shot. In that case it was a penalty, but for the diving it should have been given against the attacker as cheating should be seen as a more serious offence. Sadly, it''ll be a rather nippy day in hell before that sort of logical decision making will occur.
The cheating bastard has just had another one. Can you tell I''m watching Match of the thingy. We''ll need to be careful of this Formica chap as he seems to have quite a poor sense of balance when close to the goal.

Match report - well done BBC

All being said, Alan ''Charisma'' Shearer was clearly in pain having to praise us tonight on MotD. At least the respected pundits Alan Hansen and Mark Lawrenson were not present. -
is Villas-Boas for real??!!

I get the impression that he thinks Lambert is just some other ex-player who is having a go at management. Or at least he doesn''t have respect of those who achieved more in the game than he has. Bless him. -
Aaron f*cking Wilbraham

Odd as he was far better than his strike partner. Seems we''ve got another season long wait to see the best of Jackson again who seemed devoid of confidence and his touch was hopeless. -
I''d agree that the atmosphere for the majority was excellent. However, as the second half got under way there was bugger all noise at all. It was a little odd.

Holt and Mick Dennis winding up opposition

It is fair to say that Holty knows how to get decisions in his favour. However, to suggest he''s in the same league as some of the diving fairies in this league is a little misguided. I seem to remember on a number of occasions the "big, strong, tough" Stoke players going over a little easily and staying down or having a whinge.Bless. -
Posh v scum skysports 2

Even if they did bring in a new manager, is it really likely that they''d get it right. I suspect they''d go for yet another ''name'' who had been there and done not a great deal. No particularly fresh ideas, signing players that are already beyond their prime and can''t be arsed any more. Makes you chuckle doesn''t it. -
Match of the Day

Shame they can''t just make MotD 2 the main format as that is actually worth watching. Mainly because the pundits aren''t completely biased towards the top four and can recognise when teams play well. -
Predictable Delia "recipe" quip - yawn ... Why does Shearer think Swansea are better equipped to survive than us, when they haven''t even played yet? What is he basing his assumption on? Pillock.
He saw them a couple of times last season. Does he need any more reason than that? [:|] -
Re: Anglia Square riots?
Rasputin was a C... replied to claud's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
From what I''ve heard and read, there is an slightly increased police presence around the city centre. It''ll be the same as every other built up area around the country. Nothing out of the ordinary considering what''s been happening. I''d be very surprised if anything occurs in the city. The number of cretinous idiots who might think of copying such things will most likely be matched in numbers by those who will step in and the police. -
Sick Ipswich fans!!

Yet another fine example of the low levels of intelligence enjoyed by our poor Suffolk rivals. It seems that they are so insecure about their own club that everything has to be centred around us. All a little bit pathetic really. -
Terrible article from Fox news

"Norwich City were a founding member of the Premier League, a fact that is easy to forget because, um, Norwich crashed and burned into the third division not so long ago." Um... UM!!! Jesus this truly is terrible. The wonders of the internet I suppose. -

How very tragic. No doubt they were shunned by the majority during their formative years, which are seemingly still in progress and have decided to act in such a manner in an attempt to convince themselves that those who did so were wrong. I should imagine that one day they will see the error of their ways, or at least feel a sense of embarrassment and shame. Got to admit its very brave to be weakly saying ''bottlers'' whilst walking through relatively quiet areas. Had they have walked through the crowds to voice their obvious disgust at the many thousands who had turned out to celebrate success for their city they I may have had a bit more respect for them. Can you tell I''m bored?

Didn''t appear to give a toss towards the end of the season. Another player who perhaps believes he''s better than he actually is.Having said this I''m sure Lambert would be a far better manager for him than the whinging git he''s been used to. -
