  1. This is it Championship decider, 93rd minute Buendia brought down, It's a penalty -- ******** steps up and ******************
  2. Watched v. Ipswich game on Sky red button. Transmission extremely poor, picture blurred, no action replays, no close ups. Seemed like only one camera covering the game. Second rate coverage, disgrace. Anyone else agree?
  3. A statement of the obvious. So much criticism on this board but no constructive suggestions. The club at least has a plan now and it must be given a chance to succeed. The pre season sales have contributed to a new intake of young players. Your support and encouragement is vital. The recent criticism of one player is unhelpful and unfair. Stop moaning or buy the club!!
  4. Yes he obviously will get on with the job as he sees fit, my point is that  he is publicly denigrating his players, which  cannot be good for morale and will not engender loyalty. Any good business manager knows about this, PG has a lot to learn about man management it seems.
  5. The new manager is constantly publicly criticising his players. This is sheer bad management and surely will affect team spirit and demotivate those who he criticises. The great managers never resorted to this, and were always prepared to defend their players. A case in point is that of Darren Huckerby. Darren is probably the most skilful player on the books. His talents should be encouraged. If his skills are sacrificed for ''work ethic'' then this will be to the disadvantage of NCFC, and Huckerby will probably leave the club. Peter Grant should  pipe down, and confine his crticisms of his players to within the club''s four walls
