Couldn''t he do a job in the Roeder set-up?
What''s he doing now he hasn''t got a Lotus to show -off in ?
-
Can''t we loan Splat to Luton and get Baggie Bird (Peter Grant ) on loan for rest of season ? -
Excellent plan -why are we critiscising it ?
Managers like Owen Coyle (Burnley ) and Paul Sturrock (Plymouth ) and Gazza Johnson ( Bristol City )who can turn things round quickly on less money with a smaller budget are two-a - penny when compared with a "name" like Roeder.
Other than John Sergeant Roeder is the most popular man with fans and players. Salute.
We should be delighted that the 3 year plan is buzzing- contract extension is imminent . Rocking .

Is that you ,Ginger ? -
Returning North ? -
Back to Peterboro'' for their promotion push ? or MK Dons ?
First team footy and a happy squad .

Very revealing and supportive-quite an interesting comment towards the end of the interview- be prepared for a contract extension for Roeder soon -
Cullum says in today''s EDP
"Most of the Championship clubs are almost run, in my view, for the benefit of the players and the manager because many of them are financially non-viable entities."
If you want any evidence of that look at the car park at Colney . Oh sorry you''re not allowed there very often as the tactical genius is at work. Matty Patty is probably the only exception.
Players , managers -call them contract hoppers.
At the moment Roeder is getting a lot of stick as a lot of fans don''t like Norwich''s league position. They forget about the clubs precarious finances and the fact Roeder has only been in a year.
Although in this time he has achieved the first phase of his job which was to save Norwich from seemingly certain relegation by plugging the huge holes left in the squad by the woefully inadequate Peter Grant.
The finances require that almost the only way to get the quality is to use his fantastic contacts and loan in many players otherwise unaffordable. So instead of langishing in league 1 right now we are still in the Championship.
So how about phase 2?
Personly I want to see Roeder given the time required to now move on and build a team from quality youngsters and lower league buys, supplemented by high level loanees. This may take a year or two, but I believe you must put faith in the manager and give them time to do the job properly.
I didn''t know you took an interest in football Mrs Roeder .

Roeder isn''t fit for purpose. Notwithstanding the financial constraints he is punching well below his weight . -
Mumbles was clearly speechless -
...both got rid of their managers are are only marginally behind us. That leaves Saints who have got a cut price squad of kids . Alos below us are Donny and Forest who both came up last year and feel some loyalty to their managers who got them there.
By my reckoning Gloan Roeder should feel threatened but , of course, he isn''t as we have a board with a history of letting managers go way past their see-by date . Has enough been seen of Gloan to suggest we need to part company NOW ?

no money but better to give lee clark the manager''s job-pay roeder off
SACK ROEDER
I''d rather keep Roeder than waste at least £500k sacking him. I''d like to think that there are three worse teams than us in the league, and we can maybe get rid when he has less time remaining on his contract.
good post -this season''s a write -off so save the cash and we''ll probably stay up on goal difference
