1.
He was also slow in dealing with Leeds'' problem area, defence.  Gregan and Butler were stuck with despite obvious flaws, whilst promising youngster Kilgallon was relegated to the bench and token appearances, only really staking a claim later in the season.  The inadequate Dan Harding (you''ll remember Hucks toying with this lad as if he was a small, helpless animal at Carrow Road) was only replaced at Left Back when he got injured.  Gary Kelly is the only outstanding star in that line-up, and this summer he bought... midfielders, and not many of them either.
Killa wasn''t dropped, he was pushed to Leftback in the final and that did it for us, Butler and Gregan are probably the slowest players ever to have played proffesional football!Kelly has kept our defence together for the past 16 years, I do hope he gets the honour he deserves.Harding was a bit of a joke, so is Crainey, it really points out the flaw''s in Blackwell''s plans, Anyone who thinks that Blackwell is the answer to anything, please go through the thread that I opened a few day''s back, it''ll give you a rough idea of what to expect.
 2.
How do you hope will become the Leeds Manager?
I hope it''s Alan Curbishley, Ranieri has been linked with us aswell and he''s waiting for a call but I doubt whether he''ll be able to work on a tight budget.
Kelly aside, and I believe this is going to be his last season at Leeds, they need an entirely new defense and new strikers,
You didn''t mention Kilgallon though, he has been the only reason that we werent conceding atleast 3-4 goals a game.Crainey is probably the worst player ever to have played for us, Butler is slow and incapable, same goes for Gregan, We have a decent centreback in Hayden Foxe but he''s never used, Dunno why, he was great in pre-season.About the strikers, Cresswell is a very good striker, only If he would spen more time on the pitch rather than the treatment table!Healy is moody, play''s well when he wants to, which is not often enough, Blake is very unfit and hates working out, Moore has no quality.
 3. I was just browsing around to see what the Norwich fans seem to think of Blackwell as he is one of the fav''s to get the vacant managerial post, Many of you are under the impression that he did a great job with a tight budget, I just want you lot to know what comes along with Blackwell. He is a good man, make no doubt about it, he''ll always give a 100% and won''t ever give up but he has many short comings which unfortunately overshadow his finer points....First of all, his tactics are poor, very poor, his team will always play pathetic football, Longball''s all day long, at most, the team would create 2-3 decent chances in the whole game, which simply isn''t good enough, He has been known to buy over the hill, slow, lazy and useless lumps like Butler, Gregan, Lewis...His main problem is that he doesn''t give a chance to the youngster''s, he''d rather put in 30+ slow and lazy players, Whilst Blackwell was incharge, we played the worst football we''ve played for years, we made it to the play-off final''s due to all the luck in the world, where we got the punished for playing shite football. This season, we started where we left off but the only difference is that we didn''t have luck this time around.Secondly, he has no balls, he never takes the blame for anything, no matter what happens, he''ll blame it on anyone besides himself. He is infamous for his excuses, from "When I first started at this club, there was only me and Gary Kelly here" to "We have a new set of lads out there who don''t know each other and it''ll take time for them to gel together", If he is hired, be prepared to listen to this sorts excuses 24/7.Paul Butler, who happens to be our worst player and the club captain has/had a lot of influence over everything, word was that he literally chose the starting 11, There have been countless occasions on which this influence has been demonstrated, Blackwell never had the guts to drop him, being the manager, he should ahve enough balls to drop or play whoever he wants whenever he wants...Thirdly, those who think that Blackwell worked on a tight budget are wildly mistaken, He spent a cool 7 million, which is a lot of cash by Championship standards.true, he did bring in some quality players like Derry, Cresswell and Healy but he bought many many more worthless players...Just my two cents.
