1.
Just You Watch Curo He Will Go on a Scoring Spree Thanks Roader!!!!
I can''t understand the abuse levelled at Jamie by some on here,he''s not played well this season but he''s not out to screw the team over playing poorly deliberately. The loan can only be a good thing all round, if he''s still not doing well then he is off our wage bill whilst away, if he does well then his confidence will soar and we have the option to have him back. There is no point worrying about him scoring a shed load of goals as you then assume it will automatically be to the detriment of us , you can just as easily thank him for banging in goals AGAINST those teams around us, ffs!! As we are skint, offloading, even temporarily, a 3rd/4th choice striker releasing wages to help out in other areas of the pitch has to be the correct way to use our limited resources.
 2.
Sounds great Prisoner - how would you achieve that in one summer ?
Now come on Blah you know you wont get a reasoned response to a question like that!!
 3. If you read the whole article Fram he was speaking generally not specifically our club and the vast majority of his experience is with Premier League clubs. Again you are spinning a statement from the guy and twisting his comments to slag off the board and suit your own agenda - and no, I''m not a fan of the board per se , but I am a realist!!
 4. Where in the article did it quote Roeder giving himself a vote of confidence, if you are so quick to accuse the Club of spin all the time, at least have the good grace to accept the spin Archant have put on the story ffs
 5. You guys go on and on about "spin" from the club yet when the press spin a headline you suck it all up and claim he is being arrogant.   Nowhere in the article does it say he stood up and patted himself on the back and said how good he is. Having gone on to say had he spent millions on a squad then we would be right to question things - those of us in the "real world" know that following a major upheaval it aint gonna happen in 1 season. P.S. by saying living in the real world - I mean being realistic - not arrogant!!
 6.

from one Guardian reader to another - thanks BigFish, good post.
Christ that''s at least three of us on here!   Very good post, Big Fish, but stand by for the inevitable storm of protest!
Nope, there''s at least 4 of us - unless you were talking about being a closet Guardian reader![:$]
 7. I think the Club have to stick with him. Generally speaking people that are successful in their field of work are confident in their abilities to succeed. there is a fine line between being perceived as confident and being arrogant - Michael Schumacer was a prime example. The times you would see him on TV with a smug grin talking to the camera''s and you would think " you cocky git!!" but in hindsite it was his confidence in his ability that came across. Glen Roeder has had  a reasonably successful career in football - before you all shout me down - he played professional football and has moved in to top level managment , irrespective of your personal thoughts on the man!!  I am NOT a big fan of the man per se but he is confident in his abilities to make this club work, he has always expressed a long term game plan due to massive restructuring and sod all money, we assume this confidence to be arrogance and as for his display at the AGM - I wasn''t present by the way - it was ill conceived to say the least but again was he arrogant or is it a case of him feeling the pressure and being way too sarcastic for a man in his position.  Think about it, things are not going well and you are receiving loads of criticism, you feel supporters do not know the full story and why decisions are made when they are ( no reason why we should know everything) and your defence mechanism is to fire off a sarcastic broadside. We are all frustrated with what is happening, we are all guilty of finding a simplistic solution "sack the board, sack Roeder" without having one simple REALISTIC way of doing it. Do we really think Delia and Co are deliberately ruining the Club, why would they possibly do it- unless it is a grand binner masterplan- be serious!! To finish, I wish there was a large pot of money or a billionaire investor willing to bail us out financially and with fresh ideas - but there isn''t and I do believe that given time and resources we will improve - it''s no good saying we haven''t got time as there is no realistic alternative here and now.
 8. I''ll give you £50 for it I''ve been a Norwich fan since I was a boy and consider this a fair offer.... however should we get relegated I will want my money back!![;)]
 9. Not saying you''re wrong -( apart from childish "Ratty" comment - thought you of all people would be more respectful) but....... REALISTICALLY, how do you get a decent Manager and GR out without any money. I''m bored of all the hollow words please explain how it will happen in our current financial predicament??
 10. Gets rid of decent players who contributed to us almost getting relegated last season ffs!!
 11.

Norwich City confirm that Hucks has been told he can train at Colney and make use of the gym "and associated facilities."
* sits back and waits for first person to say that its another of Delia''s lies *
It''s lies all lies I tell ya, you can''t believe anything they say anymore ....  Peter , Peter heelllllllllpppppppppp!!!![:$]
 12. Chops, you didn''t dissapoint with the full version.!! Here''s an idea, why not get on to Chris Goreham and try and get it staged on " The Scrimmage" as a Xmas Special!! [:)][:D][:O][Y]
 13.
i would like to know where roeder gets his three year plan from..as he said , at the end of the season all the players will have to go back and we are back to square one. and to take loan players in pay wages and never play them is crazy. loan players are never going to feel the same as perminent players for the simple reason "it isnt thier home", the sooner roeder and people realise this the better.
No one is keen on a team full of loan players but the alternative (to the bit highlighted) is to have hung on to some of the dead wood from last season as a back up to cover injuries and suspensions. Like it or not GR is trying to give us options for every position that are better than we had last year.
 14. Brilliant piece of work Mr.Chops, as others have said this is worthy of a far bigger audience !! Bring on part 2!! [:D][Y]
 15.
"So we should be grateful for CM contributions but not for the Board''s larger contributions which they may or may not get back at some stage? Cash is cash" It is slightly different though isn''t it? Moore''s cash is a donation, he never expects to see it again. Delia/MWJ''s (very welcome) £2m in the summer was in the form of ''a loan''. OK, technically they may not get it back but it''s not written off is it? Depending on the terms of any future takeover it might be waived but it''s not guaranteed.
I don''t know the exact in''s and out''s but it is totally untrue to say Carl Moore''s input is purely a donation, there is an arrangement in place for financial return and concessions in other ways - how much and when I do not know but this was from "the horse''s mouth".   Nonetheless as every one else has said, a big thank you to Carl Moore and a shame we have to rely on this form of player funding.
 16.

A big mistake to drop the Doc. This could be embarrassing tonight.
Without doubt. He made a change he didn''t need to. And football tends to show you that you don''t win anything if you keep making changes.
Yep, huge mistake to bring Kennedy in to team today, LOL!
 17.

I agree with you sentiments, Vos, but as a tactic, if you present questions picked from the pinkun forum, the club will be well-prepared to swipe any questions away. They will have a much more difficult time if they are unaware of the exact nature of the questions, so I recommend that your views/comments are sent to the NCISA team for co-ordination. j.tilson@sky.com YH
NCISA are a total and utter waste of space.  When did they last say anything criticial of the current Board?  NCISA make a show of respresenting supporters but it''s just a mouth piece of the Board.
For £2 a year membership why don''t you come long and have your say, you can bring your keyboard and speak from behind it if it makes you feel safe!!
 18.
forgive me if im wrong im sure crooks astrailian record is fairly good , i just have a feeling he would do a good job he was tactical as a player a real playmaker who with a hardman in midfield like andy townesend quick skillfull wingers fox gordon, it was the right mix , i think he would be respected more as he was really well liked always a bonus whilst being a manager.
Jeeezzzz  TC you''ve spent ages banging the drum about get Roeder out and this is your best effort at a replacement, you''re entitled to your opinion obviously, but you don''t even sound convinced yourself!!! Before you ask I appreciate things aint rosy but I also believe you don''t go changing Managers annually and feel he will do a better job working within our  financial constraints than anyone else realistically available.   OTBC
 19. So is there any point in having a marketing dept then Jas, as the whole idea of one is to generate additional revenue streams in to the club from private and business people? OTBC
 20. Got your "neg. head" on again Jas? You guys moan when the Head of Marketing leaves the Club yet whenever the club come up with a marketing initiative you whinge that they''re sucking us dry!!! Same reply as at other times, if you don''t like it, don''t buy it and it''s not compulsory to attend the dinner either. We know they are generating more incoma but in anther light it is good for the survivors of that Cup run squad to be honoured... a win win situation IF you want to get involved. OTBC
