    I''m happy ish with the strikers, Martin, Cureton, McDonald & a (target man), my biggest concern are some dependable full backs. A solid right back in the Edworthy, Culverhouse mould & the same at left back as Drury hasn''t played in 2 seasons.

    Apparently the new guy is a relatively unknown youngster. A 2nd big man will sign in the next 14 days.

    I really hope we can acquire Bell hes a quality player who chips in with goals something we clearly miss from our current midfield.

    Most people don''t seem to want any promotion from within but I would suggest thats where we should be looking. Recent appointments from within - Worthington, Walker, Stringer, Brown all successes External - O''Neill, Walker 2nd time, Rioch - not much success there. Seriously can anyone think of an external Norwich manager in the last 30 years who was a success.
