1. Have to say I thought the atmosphere yesterday was pretty good although as people say we do seem to sing the same old songs. I dont know what others think but I think atmosphere at away games have been pretty poor at times when I have been this season. There have been a few good ones such as Reading, Millwall and yesterday but went to both Bristol City and Cardiff and they were both dire, hardly and singing from our fans.
2. Watchin on football league show it looks like a pretty dire turnout from both sets of fans
3. Waste of bloody money this bloke is. He had been injured pretty much constantly for three years and yet gunny thought it would be a good idea to pay £250,000 for him I diddnt realise he was back from yeovil tbh.
4. Well what a joke. Russia and Qatar what a joke! Wonder how much richer some of the fifa delegates are now! Now we have lost it our media need to rip that corrupt lot to shreds!
5. As Arsenal are probably geting a little bit worried of the lack of trophies they are taking this cup seriously now and putting out strong sides. Although scum will probably give them a tough game at portaloo road Arsenal will batter them at the emirates. As for the crowd tonight absolutely pathetic for a quarter final league cup game. If that was us the ground would be sold out. Just lookin now and we got a higher crowd of more than 2000 for the first round game against Gillingham (a league two side). Just shows what a disloyal lot of supporters that lot are
6. Was anyone else a bit puzzled when the scummers were cheering ironically when the attendance was announced? Really dont know why as we get much higher crowds than they ever do.
7. They have got Hull away on saturday which you would think is a winable game for them. But surely if they lose that will be it for him. He really is shooting himself in the foot with these comments he keeps making
8. Regarding post match interviews I think managers pretty much have to do them now or they will get fined. I know due to the funding of the bbc premier league managers have to do interviews with the beeb or they will get get fined and im pretty sure football league managers are in the same boat. And before any of you say Alex Ferguson still refuses to speak to the bbc and gets fined but Manchester United pay the fines for him as "Sir" Alex still continues to be a stubborn little baby and refuses to grow up! Obviously if managers are forced to do interviews they should have the right to say what they feel. I know critisising referees is discouraging young people from reffing but when refs make decisions that cost you matches you cant expect a manager to come out all happy and praise referees when asked about then after they make such dire decisions. I know when Palace had that goal disallowed that had clearly crossed the line against Bristol City last season Neil Warnock got charged but you cannot expect him to come out and praise the ref when he pretty much cost them the game!Fair enough what Lambert said was a bit harsh but the majority of managers would have done exactly the same thing  and I cant see to many managers come out and say "Well hes a young ref, hes learning so its ok" because its not this is not park football, this is the second tier and a hell of a lot is at stake and we cant be allowing for silly little experiments like this! And if Lambert got the improper conduct charge for running out of his technical area Jose Mourinho, Slaven Bilic and Harry Redknapp have all done the same thing in the past yet i dont remember them getting charged or even getting sent off but oh sorry as these guys are premier league or international managers it doesnt matter if they do it
9. Well this takes the piss. Lambert has been charged with improper conduct. Not sure if its for getting sent to stands or his comments about the ref. If it is for leaving his technical area, Mourinho done this numerous times when celebrating a goal when at Chelsea and Porto yet I never remember him being sent to the stands of be punished
10. Stoke really do seem to be up it but when you look at it we really havvnt had it much better. Cardiff was definitely a harsh penalty although I think Steven Smith was lucky to stay on in that one and again the Millwall goal defo looked offside to me. But today was just apalling. I have never been so angry at a a referee. Im sure other fans like me who have paid good money to watch us today will be very angry at having what would have been a fantastic away win taken away due to an extremely incompetent referee who is clearly too young to be refereeing at such a high level. On the plus side at least we held on. Under someone like Rodent or Gunn we would have lost that without a doubt but somehow we held on
11. The part towards the end where he said about Oliver working in a kinder garden I found very amusing
12. Well yeh this is not normal fans were talking about better just to keep quiet. I only came from greenwich so had to get on a train full of them and had my norwich shirt on. Even though it is tempting to say something as alot of their fans are a load of knobs best thing is just to keep quiet
13. Yeh Foxs goal was a pretty good strike. Got to be honest was hard to see the Millwall goal. I was slightly pissed which diddnt help to be honest. I honestly thought a draw was probably a fair result. Although considering millwall had their 3 first choice strikers we really should have defended better. Poor game. Good atmosphere in the away end. Home fans were very poor. Clearly they are a load of retards as all they appear to be able to do is some sort of idiotic hissing noise which im guessing they seem to think make themselves sound intimidating!
14.

Just a question on the tickets for this game. It''ll probably be a ballot, if I get to 9 away league games can I use one of my away match stubs from last year to get to 10 and thus move to the second priority group? Thanks OTBC
Only if the match is within 12 months of the date of the Ipswich fixture.
Or if you have 10 stubs from the last 12 months at the moment you could submit them to the ticket office now and can you use them for any written application games
15. Wow i am actually amazed that we managed to get the old bill to agree to do this. Getting a 3pm kick off out of them would probably prove to be very difficult. Lets hope it passes off without trouble so it can happen again
16. Dont get me wrong im delighted with our current league position but I feel that the real test is about to come up now as really the majority of the teams we have been playing have been struggling down the wrong end of the table. Apart from Qpr, Swansea, Watford, Doncaster and Forest pretty much every team we have played this season are currently in the bottom half although against the teams mentioned above we have only lost two out of those. Up until Boxing Day away from home we have Cardiff, Millwall, Reading, Derby and Coventry. All tough away games in my opinion and apart from Millwall all probably sides who will be top half come the end of the season. And then at Carrow Road we have Burnley, Leeds, Ipswich and Portsmouth. Even though Burnley have a crap away record they will still be a tough opponent in my opinion and obviously Leeds and Ipswich you would think will probably be tough games although both are winable while Pompey when you look at them have put a good side together and are slowly creeping up the table. I think if we are where we are in the league come December I will be alot more convinced of finishing in the playoffs
17. Shephards bush on the central line is right near shephards bush market station. Apparently there is a wetherspoons right near there aswell so I think thats where we are going
18. I remember Peter Grant pretty much doing this at Charlton a few years back. Played 4-5-1 with Chris Brown playing up front. From the start I knew from the fact that Chris brown was upfront by his own we had very little chance of scoring. But we pretty much parked the bus and barely attacked at all. We almost got out with a point but two late penalties gave charlton the win. Probably deserved it for doing that
19. For those going by tube I believe White City station which is on the central line, right outside the Beebs tv studios is closer to the ground than Shephards bush
20. God it brings back some depressing memories when you see all those shite players we used to have. All this hype about Joe Lewis seems to have gone down recently
21. Yeh I went to that Gills game and looking back on it I would probably say that last minute equaliser was the turning point of our season. We were down to 10 men and Norwich teams of past would have lost but we showed that fighting spirit that was so badly needed in that game
22. When bored on the train back today I realised that we seem to be pretty much seem to do exactly the same as what Leicester do the season before. 02/03 Leicester got promoted to the prem and relegated the next season. We got promoted 03/04 and then again we got relegated the next season. Both of us then suffered mid table mediocrity and championship relegation battles for 4 years. They got relegated in 2008 and obviously we followed suit the following year before again both getting promoted as champions in our first seasons in the third tier. And they got in the playoffs and lost last season. Hopefully this is different for us haha!
23. I think theres half a chance it could happen. Cardiff have got Barnsley away which im sure wont be easy. Im sure Bristol City wont be an easy game but they are 2nd bottom so surely it has to be one we should be looking to win. I know its still early days but still to occupy 2nd place would be nice.
24. Well at least you can watch the highlights. The greedy fuckers got rid of ssn on freeview. Im finding myself watching sky news just to see if they show any highlights
