All these preview magazines just seem to be rubbish. I remember I got the official league one two years ago. I think Tony Gale reckoned us, Leicester and Southampton would be in the promotion hunt. Leicester went down, we just about stayed up while Southampton escaped the drop by the skin of their teeth. They also seem to predict barnsley will fiish bottom every single year

What is happening with Stefanovic now? I thought he would play a part for us this season but looks like Gunn doesnt seem to be a big fan of him. Cant honestly see anyone else getting him after his injuries especialy with the money he will be wanting

As much as I like Semmy to go forward the big problem is that it then takes him another 5 minutes to actually get back into position. But in general good performance today and if we play like that against colchester shouldnt have too many problems. Did anyone else not find Wigans support slightly pathetic. I mean i know its pre season but there couldnt have been more than 100 of their fans their and for a premier league club thats pretty poor. Was anyone else not getting annyoed by that fat women in the wigan crowd who kept on shouting come on wigan

That as a whole is very baffling. Southend 2nd no chance! Cant see Southampton finishing so low even with that deduction

I think it very much shows you what a great man the guy was when you see so many people paying respect to him. Just saw the documentary they had about him on bbc1. Found it sad as they show him just a few years ago when he was still at newcastle looking so active and well back then and to see him in his last few months in such a frail condition is very sad. 

Did anyone else see titus Brambles family were sitting in the Wigan crowd. Spotted his brother Tes there and think the rest of them were his family

Mate do u live in Norwich cos if you do please come and join da protest on sunday. Also i do not want all english clubs being taken over by russians it is becoming stupid. Also mate green is a very good keeper. He doesnt really do anything when free kicks come his way which did annoy me a bit especially last season as Gary Dohery liked to give away free kicks just outside da area alot last season
