1. I really hope the beeb get robbie savage on there more next year as I believe he is retiring at the end of this season. He talks more sense than Claridge and Leroy Rosenior put together and I know you love to hate him when hes playing but he talks alot more sense than most pundits in my opinion
2. Ah right, was gonna say they need to get them sent out soon with all the bank holiday weekends coming up
3. I went to Swansea so im guranteed a ticket, they still havvnt taken the money out of my account yet, im guessing priority group 1 people should have their money taken out first? Its a bit wierd actually that its taking them so long to announce what groups have been succesful as they usually do it the next day after the close date
4. Glad hes not not coming as he has hardly set the world alight at Coventry and from what I heard alot of Colchester fans were glad to see the back of him at the end of last season
5. While I cant say I want Wales to win I really have gotten to the stage where im not particuarly bothered if England lose and if im honest I think we will lose on saturday. Most England players are just twats and I find it very hard 2 support them due to their actions while the Terry captaincy saga has just emphasised the fact that Capello has totally lost the plot!
6. Hes really setting the world alight at Sheffield Wednesday isnt he!
7. I dunno there giving us 3,100 tickets which has already sold out. Looking on there website getting home tickets looks relatively easy so this may have to be an alternative option
8. Watford is already bloody sold out apparently diddnt think they would sell out so quickly. So I might aswell be the first one to ask, Anyone got a spare ticket? If so PM me or email me at ls934@greenwich.ac.uk
9.
Have treated myself to watford on 12th April, got tickets today with coach travel.....is the no booze rule enforced on the coaches?
Well it is but its not really that hard to bypass it. When we went Charlton just got a 2 litre bottle of coke and mixed it with some vodka. Steward diddnt really seem to notice.
10. Got my ticket for hull in the morning. Was just goin to get one on the day but diddnt realise there was such high demand til last night so thought i better buy one asap
11. Tbh im suprised they would let him go now with them being on quite a good run. My friend who supports Peterborough seems to think that whether Peterborough go up or not Mackal Smith will probably be on his way
12. I think at times it was rather quiet especially after bristol city but when it got to last 10 minutes it got alot louder and after the goals it turned into a teriffic atmosphere.
13. I was very impressed with him. Missed that chance in the second half but apart from that was excellent and would start him against hull but im guessing if Mackail Smith is coming in there is half a chance he will start. I do think he will come good eventually he is still young and I think once he gets a few goals he will bang them in.
14. They must be such an awful club to support as think they have been out of the prem for over 10 years now. I can never even remember them getting close to the play offs since then and they seem to change manager every season. Wonder why they dont just give a manager some time for once like maybe Derby appear to be going with Clough rather than just sacking their manager as soon as they go on a bad run of form
15. Cant see them deducting points for some reason. Can you imagine what Warnock would be like if they did though after the west ham saga you wonder if you would ever hear the end of it from him
16. It was a discraceful act and while I would expect this from idiot Millwall or Leeds fans its not something I would expect from any of us. I hope the idiot who done this will be banned for life. While everyone knows giving players and refs a bit of stick is part and parcel of football anything like this is just discraceful. Even if it was someone who is absolutely hated eg. Robbie Savage, David Norris etc you just cannot throw things at people like that
17. Its a bit of a harsh sacking tbh. This is probably the best position they have ever been in the premier league and every team goes through a slump. Wierd how 2 of the 3 managers who have managed to pick up wins at the emirates this season (the other being Chris Hughton) are now out of a job
18. Use link one on the soccerlivetv.net stream site. I had to download a plug in but it doesnt freeze at all and the quality is better than the other one
19. Thought we woudl probably sell out, thats why we got tickets on tuesday. Diddnt think we would sell out this quickly though
20.
Greenwich to L.bridge 9mins L.bridge to Norwood jnct 13mins Huraah to away days in the smoke! It makes up for all the looooong trips to home games.
Nice to see someone else from Greenwich coming aswell! I was near enough gonna take that same route. Was gonna go Thornton heath though cos here is a wetherspoons near there. Where abouts do you live in Greenwich?
21. I wish the guy the best really. Seems like a good pro and I know some people dont really think hes very good but whenever I have seen him apart from the 7-1 game he has always put in a half descent performance even this season ont he few occasions he has come on as a sub
22.
andy Gray is a twat.Been at sky since it started and the only reason people say"i will miss him" is that they havent had anyone different to get used to.Gray will no doubt be on ITV on Sunday or even bbc 2 tonight... but sky needs freshening up. Richard keys needs out too. and sadly Soccer AM also needs to be put to bed.
Is Soccer AM really that bad these days? I used to always watch it when Lovejoy was on there but lost interest when he left and cant even watch it now anyway has had to get rid of sky
23. That video with Charlotte Jackson was the final nail in coffin in my opinion. Cant say im too bothered as I cant stand the bloke personally and hopefully he wont commentate on the fifa games anymore now. The only problem is there is only one man I can see sky replacing Gray with and thats Jamie Redknapp who is even worse than Gray
24. As others say the rule is ridiculous one and everyone apart from my favourite people at fifa know that. But at the same time rules are rules and you have to understand that especially as Piquonne was on a yellow card
25. Its similar to the run we had in November and we came out of that with alot of draws but still unbeaten. The home games are all very winable ones in my opinion so really we need to be getting at least 6-7 points out of those. The away hames as people say are all potentially tough Leeds and Burnley are both very difficult and even though Palace should be beaten as we all know we very rarely beat them.
