2.
I am currently in a relationship with a very lovely woman who is unfortunately from Ipswich. After a few months of getting to know her she said she was an Ipswich Town supporter.
Sounds like she''s deeply in love with you if she trusts you enough with the darkest secrets of her soul.
 3.

Wow. Get out of the wrong side of bed did we ? Today we had 15 shots to their 7 and 8 corners to their 4…
Don''t confuse people with the facts. There are many on here who have problems with awkward things like facts.
You want facts Clappy?
Wiz "manning up" to Ricardo is like Piers Morgan trying to pick a fight with Bank Ki-Moon.
 4.

We scored with ten minutes left. Leaving it as it was after we scored didn''t work as we lost. To bring two players on with a minute left isn''t really very effective
Yes we scored with 10 mins left. But the wails for him to make subs were much, much earlier. Hoots decision got us a goal and he tried to give it a chance for another. He was proved more right than any conjecture of what might have happened if he''d made changes after an hour.
He played Elmander on the wing. I don''t think i''ve ever been so frustrated at an away game. 5 hour trip, Newcastle didn''t get out of 3rd gear and we played Elmander on the wing. I was pretty much ready to top myself at that point.
I understand that St. James'' Park even provides you with enough stairs to do it!
 5.
Two games ago was a very long time ago. We''re 1-0 down and still playing with one up front!
Ah, bless."More strikers = more goals."
 6. Funny that.  Two games into the season, consensus on here was that it was embarrassing we couldn''t beat Hull City away as they were a tinpot recently promoted side bound to be relegated.Let''s stop beating our club with that stick, and switch to beating them with the "Fulham" stick instead.Good work, everyone.
 7. 1628:  SUBSTITUTION - Norwich City 0-1 Man UnitedManchester United are playing with the swagger of Mick Jagger in his 1960s pomp now. They are controlling the game as Javier Hernandez tests Norwich keeper John Ruddy with a rasping low drive. Norwich''s big-money summer signing Ricky Van Wolfswinkel, who has been a massive disappointment since arriving from Sporting Lisbon, comes on for Gary Hooper.
 8. If you don''t score when you''re on top in this league then you will be punished.  We should have been at least 2-0 up at half time, couldn''t score, and now we''re going to get f*cked.
 9. Interesting line up, and against a far from full strength Man Utd side.  Could be getting something from this today.
 10.
The fact about Hughton that has me thinking he''s not the man is this. We had a striker that consistently bagged a hat full of goals for us in every level he played at….until Hughton. We have proven goal scorers in the team now, but not under Hughton they don''t. We have players quite capable of creating chances for our strikers, but it doesn''t happen. We are slow, we don''t make it easy for the player on the ball, no one makes a run. We play more like a Fussball team than a football team, that has got to be down to manager tactics. No one is enjoying what''s going on, fans or players.
But do you think Malky Mackay is the answer?
 11. Another point on Malky - he won the Championship with heavy financial backing and the best squad in the division.  Precisely the same reason trotted out to discredit Hughton''s winning it with Newcastle United.  You can''t have it both ways.

Why on earth did Everton hire Martinez? Or indeed Liverpool Rodgers. The simple fact is these are dissimilar clubs. Cardiff only recently won promotion as champions, after making the play-offs and a cup final appearance in their previous seasons, we are now premiership regulars in our third season. If you think we are on a par with recently promoted Cardiff, it only goes to show how good a job Mackay has done, and how bad a job Hughton and NCFC have done.
I don''t think we''re on a par with Cardiff, and - more importantly - neither does the league table as evidenced by Cardiff''s record being worse than ours both at home and away.  Throw in some spending on some dubious signings, and complaints about their negative and boring style from their own supporters (I suppose at least he''d be used to that) and you have the reasons why I think replacing Hughton with Mackay would be borderline mental.

 15.
Chops, it would be ironic if I started the insults. Why do British people think they have a monopoly on irony and then misuse it?
The irony being your post of two halves: "As expected, you have no comeback except insults."Followed by"Go drink another pint and visit a dentist and hair replacement joint."i.e. having alleged someone could only come back with insults, you then came back with an insult.  Two insults, I guess. I hope this helps you understand what irony means, and that it''s not a description used by metalworkers.
 16.
hang on chops i thought we were originaly  talking about the whole matchday experience being mind numbingly boring ? if it wasn''t for smart phones there would be suicides  [:D]
Is Hughton now to blame for the entire matchday experience?
 17.

Chops, I''ve seen some very exciting games involving Villa, crystal Palace, west Brom, Soton, Wham and others this season. How many of our games would a fan of a team not involved in the game call his friends and say, Wow, did you see that Norwich game? The win over Wham and .........
I watched Palace v W Ham a few weeks back and it was the most dire pile of dross I''ve seen in years. I often watch other games on Sky and on streams and can''t honestly say any of those between the lower half teams are any better than what we see at CR. It''s the same everywhere in the lower half of the Premier, nothing to play for except survival and every team more concerned with not losing than winning. If you can''t learn to love the struggle then perhaps the Championship is the place to be but then we would soon be skint again and lurch from crisis to crisis.
i watched that game as well and whilst the quality wasn''t great the atmosphere was electric and the place was bouncing, Tony Pulis has galvanised that team and at least they look like they know what they are doing and there is some sort of game plan... and all of the crowd are up for it, I wish carrow road could be like that again... you don''t need quality  for excitement and we have neither [:(]
Hang on, we were talking about exciting football... now here we are agreeing that Palace v West Ham was gash in terms of quality, but "the atmosphere was electric..." - that''s the fans, not the footballers.  Of course they will be the twelfth man, their team were bottom and they are trying to do the equivalent of Luke Skywalker using the force to lift his X-Wing out of the Dagobah swamp.  It doesn''t disguise the fact the football was crap.As I said earlier,Hughton''s team loses = "it''s a results business."Hughton''s team wins = "it''s an entertainment business."

I''ve seen nothing from Villa or Palace to get me even remotely excited, never mind call up my friends and say "wow".

 20. Anyone who thinks Hughton plays "dull soulless and negative" football should check out some of the Cardiff highlights. But Malky''s a good old Anglo-Saxon lad, I guess.
 21.

Metntal, utterly mental.
As expected, you have no comeback except insults. Go drink another pint and visit a dentist and hair replacement joint.
Americans embracing irony.  I like it!
 22.
You often see comments that we''re not entertaining enough and it''s more about the performance, but I''ve still yet to see anyone lauding a great performance when we''ve lost. Could it be the two are connected in some way?
Yes, this is a good point.Effectively:When we don''t win, it''s "a results business".When we do win, it''s "an entertainment business."
 23.
Wrong nn. The atmosphere here isn''t a result of fans no longer excited about being in the Prem. If it was, Stoke, Spurs, Newcastle, Villa and most of the other teams would be playing before deathly silent audiences. It''s quiet because it''s boring, frustrating football.
Well, a brief google of "football message board where is the atmosphere?" would suggest this is not an NCFC-specific issue.http://www.toonforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5613http://oatcakefanzine.proboards.com/thread/224061/why-atmosphere-poor-days?page=2#scrollTo=4122297etc.etc.
 24.
Stupid solution. The boring games are not typical Prem mid and low level, they are typical Norwich under Hughton. Even our wins are boring to casual fans. You can''t say that about all the other bottom 12. Ok you can just to be an obnoxious prrick or to show how deep your head is buried.
How well acquainted are you with the rest of the bottom 12?  We aren''t playing great football, and it is pretty turgid stuff at times, but we are by no means alone in this.  Aston Villa are one case in point, Cardiff another.  Have you spent much time watching Crystal Palace or West Ham recently?  I''d rather skin my penis and wrap it in salt.

You don''t even know what a troll is.So if we beat Man Utd, will you be changing your stance again?
No, because it''ll be just another false dawn.................CH excels in those .
So, for the record, you are a Hughton outer, and this will never change?Ever?
Yes and no.   I want him to do well, he''s a nice bloke, maybe thats the trouble.
Ever thought of changing your name to "The Vicar of Bray" Wiz?
I think "Lord Haw Haw" is more fitting.
