4. Evening all - and apologies this is rather late. Fridays are busy days. Can I just say what a stellar job you guys do in suggesting picks and raising money. 5.

If any other companies out there would also like to support our efforts, we''ll be happy to add you to our list of links on this thread every week
Good to see you back on here Michael, albeit temporarily. While you''re here, it shouldn''t be too much of an ask to approach your bosses to see if they''d care to join our list of sponsors. They''ve been generous with other fans groups in the past, so a donation to this group would be very welcome and  beneficial to all concerned.Right Molly, League One where second in the table Peterborough entertain second from bottom Gillingham.......Peterborough v Gillingham.......Home win.For our game........City to win and Oliveira to score anytime.Good luck Molly and Michael. [Y]
I only have the power to ask the question, which I will do.
 6.
Michael -you do realise you have to pay three pounds to do this.. However, can I suggest both teams to score? For Molly I fancy Limerick to beat Drogheda please. Good luck both!
I don''t know what you''re trying to say here Kathy?!

 8.
I''ve probably been one of the Sports Team''s most vocal critics over the years, particularly Cuffley and his magic recycling policy (read tabloid, digest, copy and paste)... but I quite like Mr Bailey, he seems to have brought a new energy to the team.  I might be biased having always enjoyed his input on these boards as a regular poster, pre-''fame'' (if its the same Michael Bailey, of course), but I also think that his hands are going to be tied by the general Archant regime - the ''No Questions Asked'' concept is usually reserved for dodgy goings-on, not newspapers.  Who knows why Archant seem to have this policy of lazily swallowing what the club tell them, but its been going on for as long as I can remember and it doesn''t look like its going to change now, so I''m trying not to hold grudges against the reporters themselves. As for Twitter, well I think the clue is in the name..........
Tis the one and same EM. Good days, weren''t they?I know these conspiracy theories pop up and some things don''t help us - but I make a point of asking the questions and don''t plan on stopping (he says, beating his chest rather unnecessarily).
 9.

It would be great to see some of you sit on the other side of the fence and do the job for a while. I''d love to see what comes out. There are regular work experience slots - you''d be more than welcome [;)]
You mean do the job for free?   [:(]
Yep. You''d have to prove yourself first, with months of free work experience. Just like every trainee out there.

 11. I think that is a picture from his boyish past... [;)]
 12. I think you''ll find tonight''s Evening News has something to say on all this.   Keep an eye out...
 13. I had been know to post the odd suggestion for the pickers myself - not that it ever won the fund anything. Keep up the good work guys.
 14.

What about the signing of Gary Doherty in 2005? For almost a million pounds? Christ.
Does Michael Bailey post on here? I would be interested  to know whether or not he is actually a Norwich fan? If I was going to be even pickier, we also signed Ian Murray who was primarily a centre back, especially when playing for Hibs as their captain before joining Rangers.
Word has it Michael is a long-serving City fan. He would also strongly argue Ian Murray was signed on the basis of playing in about eight different positions - although he wouldn''t want to commit on how well he could play in them. Not sure that would make him a specialist? Discuss.
 15.
Anyone know if Roeders doing him thursday press briefing and when they leave for sweden?
Nope. Yesterday was the last chance to speak to him before the tour.
 16.

Roeder shelled out £2m to take the 6ft 2in forward to Newcastle United from Manchester City in August 2006

“Antoine Sibierski was the other and along with Sol Campbell, he was one of the two best free transfers of last season.”
Horrendous journalism.
 17.

He isn''t expected to be playing competitively again until next season, if the club decides to extend his scholarship.
I think Renton had another year (2008/9) on his scholarship regardless of his injury. However where Academy scholars have a bad injury like Renton''s it usual to give them another season on their scholarship to compensate for the lost season. Lets hope Renton returns to form as he was looking a good prospect as a future target man.
This season is the second year of his scholarship, honest. He made his debut last season. But as you say, the club have the option of extending it a year if there is a serious injury and if he keeps up his rehab, he''ll get that chance I''m sure.
 18. Back on topic, I beleve the proof of the pudding was wen we plaid Wolves. We badly lacked someone in the middle of the park who cood hold on to the ball and pick a pass. Fozzy is that man, and he makes us tick. Good on him for proving his value. Most now accept he was a good piece of bisness and diserves a new contract in the summer. [:D]
 19. Renton isn''t on crutches anymore, although he has a limp. He isn''t expected to be playing competitively again until next season, if the club decides to extend his scholarship. But I agree Jas, would be good to see him out there again. He''s put on a load of muscle and was on good form for the youth side before his nasty injury.
 20. There was a piece in the Evening News a couple of weeks back. Roeder stated he was happy with the academy set up, thought other clubs were jealous at the wealth of young goalkeepers we had at our disposal, and didn''t plan to make any more changes in the near future after bringing in Paul Stephenson. A couple of days later, it becomes clear Hollman isn''t around. Something has clearly happened, and I don''t believe it has anything to do with Joe Lewis. I believe there would be incentives for both sides to be wary of saying too much. We shall see.
 21. Dag narn, I was too late. Sorry guys, although I''m sure this week will see fortune favour us. 7rew, all bestests. I think it''s probably time I changed my avatar...
 22. Absolutely nothing to do with you RD my old mucker, just a painful business (busy-ness?). Anyway, Friday is the day. I''ll sling on my nap them. Touche.
 23. It''s the players fault, the board, the new manager. It''s never us or our attitude, is it. Is it?
